THE METHODOLOGY
The programme uses Experiential Learning Techniques. These tools and behavioral exercises have been developed by scientists such as David Mc Clelland, John Nash and Daniel Goleman. Unlike most of the traditional training programs that focus on the enhancement of existing skills and knowledge, our methods make participants examine openly and honestly the limits of their current field of vision and existing skills. The recognition of the current limitations allows for stepping beyond them and acting on opportunities never considered before.

THE FACILITATORS
The workshop will be led by Priya Chopra and Tarunjit S Bachher, both of whom are Directors with Manford. Priya leads Coaching and Breakthrough interventions for Manford at the Leadership level. A facilitator with an exhaustive certification list that includes MBTI, FIRO-B, CPI 260 and Appreciative Inquiry, she has led interventions in over 15 countries and with participants from over 20 nationalities. She carries a rich organization exposure and specializes in pedagogy and Instruction Design. Being an engaging and empathetic facilitator she is able to draw participants into deep levels of reflection and inquiry. Tarun co-founded Manfords foray into scalable leadership development. Tarun has executed work with over 30 organisations in 7 countries. Tarun led a Large Group Intervention that covered 10,000 participants over a fortnight.
