small handful of brazil nuts

mixed green salad. 500ml of water
Snack: 1-2 boiled eggs
Dinner: Chicken breast, spices, pepper,
asparagus, spinach, broccoli with olive
oil and vinaigrette dressing
Day 17
Breakfast: Left over steak, 2
tablespoons of organic nut butter, long
black and cream and cinnamon
Snack: Smoked salmon, 6-8 brazil nuts,
500ml water
Lunch: 100g chicken, 3 handfuls of
spinach, 1/2 avocado
Snack: 3 celery sticks and organic nut
butter between stalks
Dinner: 100g salmon steak cooked in
foil with lemon and spices, served with
asparagus, green beans, spinach and
500ml of water
Day 16
Breakfast: Left over chicken breast,
handful of macadamias
Snack: 2 lamb cutlets and handful of
spinach
Lunch: Kangaroo of beef steak,
cauliflower, spinach, broccoli and a
large cup of green tea
Snack: 2 chicken thighs, handful of
nuts and blueberries
Dinner: Home made chilli-con-carne,
spinach, snow peas and beans
Night Cap: 20g dark chocolate and a
tablespoon of organic nut butter
Day 18
Breakfast: Left over salmon steak,
chopped cucumber and handful of
almonds
Snack: beef jerky and a green tea
Lunch: 100g salmon steak, asparagus,

limes, salt and pepper

Dinner: Lamb cutlets, tomato, broccoli

Dinner: Baked salmon fillet (add spices
like garlic and others) asparagus and a
wedge of lemon

and double thick cream
