Examination of Clothes:
Patient was wearing yellow color shirt , under shirt , shalwar and dupta of skin/orange color and a jursi of pink color .
there was a tear on shirt and undershirt and also on jursi. Tear was on front cruspiondig to injuries on chest. Dupta
shirt , undershirt and jursi were blood stain shalwar was also blood stained.
Examination of Neck :( including tindings on tissues under the skin, hyoid bone and thyoid/ arytenoids , Cartilegs on
dissection:
On external examination there was no ligature mark on her neck . hyoid bone was normal. Thyroid , parathyroid were
normal .
Description of Injuries: (Including findings on dissection:

Injury NO. 01 is a lacerated wound ( 1x 1cm ) on right side of front of chest. 3cm form right sternal border . NO
burning ,blackening seen around the edges of the wound. It is an entry wound. The track of the wound passes through
right lungs the margins of the wound are inverted .

Final Opinion:

After careful external and internal post mortem examination I have collect the above
mentioned samples to rule out through ting , any lungs, heart disease , poising and sexual
assault. Therefore final report about exact cause of death will be given after receiving the
reports from histopathologist chemical examiner and DNA typing from Govt. of Punjab
of Lahore.
