but no one has provided sworn affidavits to the FBI of felony criminal
conduct to my knowledge calling for a full investigation and arrest of

LARCENY OR THEFT OF TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS OF PUBLIC MONEY
BEING GIVEN TO PRIVATE CORPORATIONS, corruption and conspiracy
victimizing myself as a NATURAL BORN CITIZEN OF THE UNITED
STATES AND RESIDENT OF THE STATE OF FLORIDA and the American
people before and after the 2008 Presidential Elections and Continuation
of AN ILLEGAL WAR BASED UPON ADMITTED LIES FROM FORMER
PRESIDENT BUSH AND MEMBERS OF THE CABINET OF PRESIDENT
BUSH PLUS MEMBERS OF THE JOINT CHIEF’S OF STAFF KEEPING

Afghanistan, Pakistan ATTACKS KILLING INNOCENT MEN, WOMEN
AND CHILDREN UNDER COLOR OF LAW OR AUTHORITY plus events
draining the money in the Treasury belonging to the American People of
OVER $27.5 TRILLIONS OF DOLLARS reported in 2006 plus some $7 OR
MORE TRILLIONS OF DOLARS TAKEN BY OBAMA AND CONGRESS
against some 45 State Constitutions provisions forbidding giving public
money to private corporations is and remains unprecedented even by
members of Congress in the history of the United States and needs to
be investigated and prosecuted without further delay.

The Principals and ALL Conspirators know they have a duty to the
public and this entire Nation but have colluded to create an uneven
playing field favoring select Conspirators through appointments to
Cabinet or Executive Branch Department heads as candidates while
ignoring or virtually disregarding AMERICA IS NOT NOR WAS IT
INVOLVED IN A LEGAL WAR WITHOUT LIES WITH THE PEOPLE OF
IRAQ, AFGHANISTAN OR NOW PAKISTAN where American forces are
using unmanned military drones and bombs or missiles to take out
specific targets when America IS NOT AT WAR killing hundreds upon

thousands of innocent men, women, children, animals and pets plus
destroying buildings, water treatment facilities, electric facilities,
gasoline and propane capabilities, causing loss of basic sanitation and
medical facilities again increasing the deaths in all areas under color of
law or authority since 2001 against Congress, Constitution and Laws of
this Nation Of the People, By the People and For the People !

I am a bona fide Federal and State victim-witness to these felony crimes

along with countless millions of other defrauded Americans who were
told of the LIES which took America to WAR against Saddam Hussein
ILLEGALLY where we remain today. The Principals, Accessories,
Conspirators, Aiders and Abetters, plus persons not yet named or
uncovered until after the investigation starts, including media owners
and Corporation executives who are involved in this illegal WAR,
monopoly, RICO racketeering and conspiracy include but are not limited
to: President Barack Hussein Obama [Kenyan Born FRAUD sitting as
President] Present Vice President Joseph Biden, Secretary of State
Hillary Clinton, Former President George Bush, Former Vice President
Dick Cheney, Former Secretary of Defense Rumsfeld, Present Secretary
of Defense Gates, Former Secretary of State Condoleza Rice and ALL
JOINT CHIEF’S OF STAFF OF THE U.S. MILITARY SINCE 2001, Speaker
of the House Nancy Pelosi, Senators John McCain, Ron Paul, John Kerry
and other members of Congress failing to RISE and stop the WAR
knowing there was no reason to occupy these Nations who will be
identified later during the investigation who profited monetarily buying
stock in Corporations who were to benefit and supply weapons and
equipment purchased.

Known and other yet unknown individuals working in collaboration with

or for these former and Current members of the Legislative and
Executive Branches of the United States Government including but not
limited to NEWS media barons including but not limited to executives,
legal consultants, representatives, news personnel and employees who
are—more likely than not—actively involved in this felony crime and
conspiracy and who should also be arrested and investigated for their
participation. I also formally accuse these individuals of treason against

the people of the United States of America…pursuant to Efforts of
licensed Attorneys such as Orly Taitz, Gary Kreep, Phil Berg plus others
who will testify and furnish affidavits as their extensive research and
other information we have obtained or observed and read…who
individually and collectively—more likely than not—confirm those who
possess evil intent to overthrow the United States Republic form of
government and our hard-won national sovereignty as established by
our founders and for this diabolical purpose they have used their
tremendous wealth, power, influence and illegally monopolized control
over this nation’s Presidency, Military Leadership and Executive Branch
Offices plus media/news sources to facilitate this criminal conspiracy.
For example, as documented in the February 9, 1917, United States
Congressional Record wherein it was announced in pages 2947- 2948
that J.P. Morgan interests had bought 25 of America ’s leading
newspapers and inserted their own editors in order to control the press.

Clarence Douglas Malcolm, Federal and State Victim-Witness.

tremendously escalated and expanded into all other media/news
sources since that time. Moreover, Ted Gunderson has meritorious
information which has led him (and others including me) to believe that
these conspirators and their cohorts have controlled past elections
through the felonious manipulation of electronic voting machines.

Further, I hereby formally accuse the Republican and Democratic Parties

via known and yet unknown members—having membership in the
Counsel on Foreign Relations, an organization I believe I can easily
prove to be a subversive unAmerican and anti-American criminal
organization via rogues therein—of actively participating with evil intent,
directly or indirectly, in the aforementioned felony crime and conspiracy
in willful collaboration with the accused aforementioned outlaws in the
mass media.

I have acquired much evidence to prove my meritorious criminal

allegations. Moreover, henceforth, any public officers, employees and/or
contractors who become aware of these felony allegations and

to be co-conspirators in said felony crime. I reserve my right to send
affidavits of CRIMINAL ACTS to the Sheriff’s of any County where the
suspects work, reside or frequent including that of all accused felons
herein named and their accomplices, cohorts and co-conspirators.
