As of this writing,  we  already have received many positive responses from different chapters 
and alumni associations not only in Mindanao areas but from Visayas and Luzon as well!   We 
are  excited  to  see  you  all  here  in  the  historical  municipality  of  Pikit,  Cotabato  during  the  7th 
Mindanao  Summit.  Pikit  is  the  first  American  Agricultural  Colony  in  1913.    Your  brothers  and 
sisters are all excited to warmly welcome you on November 21‐ 22, 2009.    
 
As you prepare of your coming, may I remind you of the following:     
 
1. to wear  printed t‐ shirt as this is your passport to enter  the venue;  
  
2. to bring toiletress, towels, malong‐ your stay here is “cowboy” style;  
  
3. for  distant  places,  there  are  host  chapters  who  will  gladly  accomodate  your 
overnight  stay  on  Nov.  20‐  Friday  in  order  to  make  your  travel  memorable  and 
adventurous  experience.    Alumni  association  of  the  designated  areas  will 
accomodate  your  stay  before  proceeding  to  Pikit  on  the  21st.    If    you  intend  to 
dropby to these places,  contact thru texting the host Alumni of the said area.

 Note:    Host  chapter/association’s  assistance  is  only  limited  into  hosting  your 
overnight’s stay.  If you wish to stay in a hotel/lodging house, they will be glad to  help 
you find one, however‐ you will pay your stay there..   In travelling to Pikit, you shall 
shoulder your fare.     
 
You are all expected to be in the area (Pikit) at 9:00 in the morning  to catch the 
OPENING CEREMONY AND PEACE RITUAL  at 10:00 AM.  Don’t miss this part 
as this is very memorable portion!

5. contestants for “Ginoo at Binibining Alpano 2009” (undergraduates only) please 
notify  your  entry  thru  texting  (Bro  Rey‐  0908‐9484‐123);    You  can  send  either  all 
male contestants or all female constestants.  
 
6. reminding  all  alumni‐  POSTER‐MAKING  CONTEST  and  DANCE  CONTEST  are 
open  for  you.  Poster    will  be  submitted  on  November  21    in  its  “finished  form”, 
meaning‐  you  will  submnit  the  ready  made  poster.    (NOT  an  on  the  spot  poster 
making  as  previously  announced);  any  art  medium  is  accepted,  to  be  painted  in 
18x24  size  cartolina/canvass,  illustration  board,  may  use  crayons,  paints,  water 
color, oil pastel.  For Dance Contest, 4‐8 persons, any dance piece is accepted. 3‐8 
minutes performance.       
 
7. REGISTRATION:    Alumni  P500.00    &  Undergraduate  P200.00.  This  includes  food, 
snacks, accomodation and souviner items.   PLEASE ADOPT AND SPONSOR THE 
TRAVEL  OF    AN  UNDERGRADUATE  TO  GIVE  THEM  THE  CHANCE  TO 
PARTICIPATE.     
 
8. Everybody will  participate  in all  activities.  No one is an observer.  This is OUR 
affair as an Alphan.
