Ingredients:

1 measuring cup 1 medium sized pot 1 small bowl 2 fry pans 1 spatula (plastic) 1 egg flip/slide 1 medium bowl 1 whisk 1 scrap bowl
Method: Filling:

Put on apron and hair net, and then wash hands. Collect all equipment and ingredients. Wash, peel, and dice a small red onion Wash, deseed, and slice half a small red capsicum into strips. Wash, and dice 1 small tomato. Wash, peel, and grate 1 small carrot. Remove fat from chicken thighs and dice in approximately 2cm cube pieces. 8. Add oil to a fry pan on high heat, and put the chicken pieces in. 9. Add salt and pepper to season the chicken, and stir around. 10. Cook until golden. 11. Add the garlic paste and cook for a minute 12. Add the carrots and capsicum and cook for a minute 13. Your filling is finished
Sauce: 1. Mix the cornflour and water together in a small bowl 2. In a pot, put salt, sesame oil, vinegar, sugar, and the tomato sauce. 3. Turn the stove on to medium heat, and use a spatula to stir and press down on the
lumps of tomato sauce, so it mixes properly. 4. Take the cornflour mix, and mix it again as the cornflour will have settled into the bottom. Then pour it into the pot. 5. Mix with the spatula and turn up the heat. 6. When you see little clots, turn it back down to medium. 7. When you see that it seems to be becoming clear and is bubbling, the sauce is Pancake: finished.
