Years and years research for the betterment and well-to-do of man throws a

suggestion that management can give safe hands to institutions. Roaring favors to
good governance open vistas for experimentation process that at what extent the
system is fathomable. Its outcome is marvelous if practiced on virtual and sound
measures. Long-term and short-term strategies due to their decisive nature on
collateral bases do not prove fatal. Cohesive forces of modus operandi hold water.

Earnest approach and incentives is the core of the nut of good

governance. The theory of good governance is put forward for the welfare.
Institutions strength is as much necessary as a guardian of a family, which is
dependent on guardian.
In the case of applying this theory on Pakistan, first of all,
country should be in condition to take pains of everything. People are satisfied
by equality treatment. Equality and faithfulness to every big and small fish do
not leave space for objection and injustice. How justice can be prevailed by
master-slave relationship? Symbiotic relationship permeates spirit and incentives
in all and sundry heart to work on collective platform rather than a useless
effort of an individual equal to a drop of water in the ocean. Unfathomable depth
and grandeur of the ocean will usurp all efforts. No one attempts to put hands in
the swarm of bees. Nation herself supports transition. Alien powers do not dare to
look in the den of lion where there is always lurking on the head. Pakistan seems
to be a darling of suicide bombers and terrorist attacks and above all, the US has
dared to challenge our sovereignty. Why nation is silent knowing hidden and
nefarious pursuits of the super power? Iraq and Afghanistan both seem to be at
last breathe of destruction. What is the improvement in their condition rather
than tumultuous circumstances do not leave any opportunity to give hard blows to
the country without thinking about the motherland, they are engaged in the
irrational sectarian conflicts.
Institutional make up is the first requirement of a welfare state.
How institutions can be saved when policy makers themselves are pessimists or
enshrined in cultural values. Culture is only promoted when it is regularly
practiced. Culture of Balochistan to treat women less than an animal is only
propagated by our efforts. If anyone tries to challenge has to bear the brunt. The
recent case of alive burial of women is enough to point out nasty and nefarious
tradition. Institutions will be stronger, if they are respected while Jirga system
of Balochistan does not give any valuable place to government structure. Whatever
is decided in the meeting of elders can not be challenged either it is right of
wrong. Furthermore, policy makers at provincial level if themselves declare that
criminal and inhumane treatment as a tradition, and then who is to blame. There
applies the beautiful and the meaningful verse of Iqbal:
“Khuda us koam ka hallat nahi badalta na ho jis ko khayal apni hallat ka
badalna ka”
According to a wise and analysis’ policy making is gravely important.
Educational, economic, social, political formulized policies should be on regular
terms. They should not work temporarily like the arrangements of relief camps. The
outcome will be timely supportive, after couple of week people will be on the same
track then what will be the purpose and advantage of using country’s coffers so
unwisely. Flour crisis can be solved by solemn policy sans greed of selling it at
double rates.
Goods governance structure can ameliorate the challenges but on
collective level performance is warranted. Our country is like capsizing like a
boat. Our political parties should leave their prejudices and riots of particular
agreement. They should wok as a single body leaving behind party politics and
personal vendettas. Look around, is not a good terms, the home is transferred into
a house. Save our homeland. Do not let it be a house of a nation but a homeland of
a nation. Our country is a blessed one but nation seems to be incompetent to make
these blessings in order and working abilities are challenged. Learn from the
history it always leaves a lesson to be followed rather to be repeated.
