Proposition 38 pros restore and expand school funding; Proposition 38 makes schools a priority again (General). . Props 38 can help teachers in teaching all students of different learning styles. It will give the schools the budget they need to have updated books, computers systems, and providing supplies that students could not afford. Props 38 will set the students up for success; it will set in motion education the future for children. Props 38 will allow schools to spend the money how the schools see fit. Annual audit will be performed to verify that the school is spending correctly and making sure that the money goes into the students.

SOLUTIONS
Props 38 would be set in place for one reason and one reason only. That is to provide funding and better education for the future of children. Props 38 will have set annual audits that will set the schools responsible for the spending. If any spending found fraudulent would result in felony charges. The increase in budget creates a better learning environment for not just the students but for the teachers.
