Mavi can provide you with the most advanced line of vibrating mechanisms. Our standard program includes:

Pneumatic Vibrators Luftmax Ideal for applications in small bins or transfer chutes. High frequency and low impact can avoid material to stock without cause any damage to the wall. Can be provided in many sizes.

Electromagnetic Vibrators Vimag

Recommended when accuracy is needed. The vibration amplitude can be regulated during the operation by changing the electrical tension. Successfully used in heavy applications up to 1000 ton/h.

Vibrating Motors Vimot

The easiest way to create vibrations. The electric motor with counter-weights is the most recommended for vibratory equipment weighting up to 3.000 kg. Used in pairs, will provide linear vibration. Used alone create elliptical vibrations. Mavi has a complete series to match your needs.

Exciters E series

The best choice for heavy machines. Produce linear vibrations, and can be installed side by side, increasing the capability to create great amplitudes even to machines weighting 30 ton. Driven by a regular electric motor connected trough a cardan shaft.

Eccentric mass vibrator

One of the most common vibratory drives, used in inclined screens or conveyors. Produce elliptical vibrations and is normally installed inside a protected structure inside the equipment. Driven by a regular electric motor connected trough a cardan shaft or V pulleys.

Crank Resonant Drive

A revolutionary drive for long conveyors up to 35 meters long. Arms moved by an eccentric shaft, forces the equipment to a near resonance frequency, providing great amplitude and speed control.

USING VIBRATIONS
Mavi equipments are designed to use the vibration techniques to process bulk materials in all branches of mining and industry applications. The most common use of vibrating machines is the controlled discharge of bins. In this application there are a choice between dosing the discharge using an electromagnetic drive, or simply work with a fixed rate when utilizing vibrating motors or exciters. Mavi feeders con be manufactured up to 3 meters wide for 7 meters long, with hard alloy or ceramic lining plates. Other traditional product manufactured by Mavi with UHDE technology, are the Screening Machines. The heavy duty constructions of Mavi screens make us one of the main providers in Brazilian market.
