Colors for vinyl ooring

Calendering and extrusion Calendering is a decoration method for making vinyl sheets and tiles used in ooring. Coloring PVC used to be made with powder pigments and plasticizer pastes that caused dust and dirt together with shade reproducibility concerns. Today industry has found the way to make coloration of PVC an easy, clean and reproducible process by using Ciba MICRANYL NQ-F pigment preparations. These are low-dust, free-flowing single pigment dispersions in a lead-free and phthalate-free PVC carrier.
