This week was the start of my bell-to-bell experience. I helped finish up the self-portrait unit and I have started a new project with the 8th graders. I was responsible for

making/delivering the lesson, manage the classroom, and got the experience of teaching in the classroom without my mentor in it. 2. What were your most satisfying and challenging experiences? The most challenging experience was delivering a lesson with deeper level thinking to 8th graders. It was interesting to teach concepts Ive learned in my later years to 13 and 14-year-olds. The most satisfying experience was hearing the discussions that went on in the classroom. It really surprised me to hear some of these students thought processes because it was way beyond what I thought they were capable of! 3. What are the plans for the upcoming week? Next week, I plan on helping my students out on their social betterment project.
