Create a high-quality but low-cost system for creating and distributing learning materials. Offer online courses that are accredited by a legal government education ministry. Offer courses that are transferable to other universities, meet prospective employer needs, and result in very high test scores in standardized tests. Design high-quality lessons with highly effective elements of motivation and user intimacy.
