caused a deep sleep to fall upon the man, and he slept! then 'e took one of his ris and closed
up the flesh at that place. The L+,- God fashioned into a woman the ri, which 'e had taken

We are not recreating the &a%ernacle of /avid %ut we love the spirit %ehind it#
/avidEs model was %rilliantly inspired and it reveals a profound understanding of
.odEs heart for relationship# &he &a%ernacle in its open simplicity pointed
prophetically to faith in the provision of the coming 8essiah# It communicated a
foundational principle5 it is .odEs pleasure and desire to %e in relationship with
humanity and we will find our highest pleasure in en!oying open relationship with
Him#
/avid understood this en!oyed it and modeled it# He walked in the confidence of
the generous relational merciful nature of .od# &herefore /avidEs &a%ernacle

/avid lived this in reality and led the way in pouring out his affections upon .od#
+ecause of the environment he cultivated 'revealed %y the Lord prophetically* he
entered into a whirlwind of prophetic revelation himself# With his heart focused
on en!oying .od he modeled a template for relationship that was an entirely new

and the people eDcept worship and intercession# It is noteworthy however that
