$iving money is the topic o% this particular passage. I kind o% think everything applies.

The basic premise in this chapter though is this'

&ome money is seed and some is bread. &eed is to be so!n liberally and (uite %rankly
does not taste good. Bread tastes good and is the money the )ord is providing %or our
needs. *ll !e have to do is ask +im ,Is this seed or is it bread-,

*s missionaries !e tend to have a bucket mentality. i.e. I'd love to give and !ill/ - !hen
my bucket is %ull (all o% my needs are met" and then as it is over%lo!ing I !ill give the
over%lo! a!ay - promise. 0n%ortunately the bucket is never (uite %ull and !e tend to
be %ear%ul so !e don't give.

1esus said "Give, and it will be given to you. %hey will pour into your lap a good measure22pressed

1esus is describing a pipeline mentality.

* pipeline mentality is the idea o% being a conduit o% resources both giving and receiving
%reely. i.e. money goes out as a %ree expression o% love and %aith in the )ord's provision.
money comes in as a %ree expression o% love and %aith in the )ord's provision. money
goes out as a %ree expression o% love and %aith in the )ord's provision. and so on and so
%orth. &hortly they start happening simultaneously and you have a pipeline.

2ood %or thought (%orgive the pun"' &eed al!ays precedes bread. But Bread is also meant
to be broken and shared.

Basic rule o% scripture' I% you so! sparingly you reap sparingly i% you so! generously
you reap generously.

$od !ill al!ays delight in a cheer%ul giver and most assuredly !ill never chasten you %or
being too generous or too %illed !ith con%idence that +e loves you and provides %or you
al!ays as you %reely so! into others and provide %or their needs. The &ermon on the
