Summary of Qualifications:
Mental health counselor with experience in crisis intervention and working with the adult, children
and adolescent population. I use a variety of theoretical perspectives in individual and group
therapy sessions with a primary focus in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy. I believe in encouraging
the client to utilize the various DBT skills to help identify their strengths to ground their emotions
involved with romantic, family and friend relationships. And with that, to build upon them in order
