Take Control Over Emotion
Blake is kno#n $or getting in trou%le o$ten at school& ho#ever& he is
$re'uentl( let o$$ the hook on the account that he has anger management
pro%lems. The pro%lem in this situation is that anger is %eing hel) responsi%le $or
Blake*s actions #hen& in realit(& Blake has control over his emotions an)& more
importantl(& his actions rather than his anger. Emotions& no matter ho# intense&
are not in control over the person+ the person controls the emotions. ,t is crucial
that people #ho struggle #ith strong an) impulsive emotions learn to control
them properl( in or)er to lea) a happ( an) health( li$e.
The importance o$ emotional control
,$ a person )oes not seek control over his emotions& he is not onl( putting
his emotional health at risk& %ut also his ph(sical health. One*s ph(sical an)
emotional health are %oth )epen)ent on the other. A person #ho has poor

ignore such emotions %ecause the risks to their health& to their 6o%s& to those

o%taining such control. The risks are real %ut so are the emotions. The( cannot
