DT-315A Rechargeable Stroboscope
The DT-315A heavy duty, rechargeable battery powered stroboscope possesses
the same great features of the DT- 311A with the added convenience of total
portability via its own internal power supply. The quick recharge battery lasts up
to two hours of full continuous usage at its high intensity flash rate. The DT-
315A provides power flexibility by utilizing either its rechargeable internal battery
or AC line power when plugged into the included AC adapter/charger unit.
DT-725 Rechargeable Stroboscope
The DT-725 portable, lightweight stroboscope with rechargeable battery
possesses many of the same features as the DT-300 Series Stroboscopes,
but is lighter in weight. Constructed of strengthened high-impact plastic,
these rugged units are exceptionally reliable and withstand the same
harsh conditions as more expensive units.
DT-311A AC Powered Stroboscope
The DT-311A heavy duty, AC-powered stroboscope provides the illusion
of "stopped motion" by adjusting the strobe's flash rate, causing the
equipment to appear to be standing still or in slow motion. The DT-311A
also measures rotational (RPM) or reciprocating (strokes per minute)

Split Point Step Drills
The spiral flutes of RUKO high-perfor-
mance step drills are CBN-ground from the
solid hardened form. Because CBN
(cubical boron nitride) is a much harder
abrasive than even silicon carbide or
corundum, a better and sharper cutting
edge is achieved without burrs. Because of
this higher dimensional precision, the drills
will last considerably longer while main-
taining precise process tolerances. Drill
bits are available in High Speed Steel,
Cobalt 5 alloy High Speed Steel and
Titanium Nitride-coated High Speed Steel.
HSS-Co5 bits are the best choice for
cutting stainless steels. The added titanium
nitride coating increases the surface hard-
ness to approximately 2300 HV and the
heat resistance to 1100F (600C).

Features
What makes these step drills special?
CBN-ground flutes without burrs mean a
superior cutting edge and longer tool life.
Each step has a radially adjusted relief
produced by CBN grinding, relating
directly to the diameter of the step, so the
cutting edge is always the highest point of
the diameter.
Each step is axially CBN relief-ground,
meaning the cutting edge is also the
highest point of the axial cutting axis.
The cutting edge of each step has relief
angle, meaning the cutting edge is also the
highest point in advance direction.
The CBN-ground point ensures centering
and spot-drilling, even in thin-walled
material.

with 5% Colbalt alloy (HSS-Co5) and

Features
The HSS ground twist drill is made of
heavy-duty high-speed steel. The fully
ground twist drill has a more precise
concentricity. HSS-Co5 drills are ideally
suited for materials that are especially
difficult to drill such as stainlesss steel and
for higher chip loading. HSS-TiN models
add a titanium nitride coating to increase
the surface hardness to approximately
2300 HV and the heat resistance to
1100F (600C). This also provides longer
tool life with increased cutting speeds.

Knockout Punches
RUKOs knockout punch hole-cutting tool
includes punch, die and draw bolt (without
ball bearing). Use for sheet steel, stainless-
steel sheets, non-ferrous and light metals,
and plastics. Replacement bolts are offered
in three of the most popular sizes.
Features
Cuts holes in thin materials quickly,
easily, cleanly and without burrs.
3-point cut ensures less deformation of the
punched parts, preventing damage to the
draw-in bolt.
The optional ball bearing between draw-in
bolt and die plate makes handling simpler
and quicker, reducing the force required
by approx. 67% (replacement bolt part
numbers, 103110K, 103112K, and 103116K).
The metric draw-in bolts are of the highest
quality and are designed for extreme
loads. If lost, they can be replaced for short
periods of time by standard metric fine
threaded bolts.

Pliers Family Overview
Combination Pliers
Combination pliers, or combi pliers,
combine the basic functions of gripping
and cutting in one tool. The cutting
edges are suitable for cutting wire, nails,
and smaller cables. The serrated
gripping jaws hold flat parts and small
tools tightly. The burner hole is suitable
for gripping and turning items.
Wire Stripping Pliers & Tools
These tools are suitable for stripping
insulation from a variety of wires.
Anti-slip ergonomic handles provide for
user comfort and safety.

Gripping Pliers
These pliers are designed for finer grip-

Water Pump Pliers

Shears, Crimpers & Circlip Pliers
We offer shears for cutting copper and
aluminum, tools for crimping insulated
and non-insulated terminals, as well as
pliers for fitting circlips into bores and
shafts.

Do not use pliers on nuts and bolts. Never use them in place of a wrench or screwdriver.
Do not use pliers as a hammer.

Protect pliers from rain, snow, and excessive heat. This will prevent problems such as rust and tool deformation.
Oil pliers periodically; a drop of light machine oil at the hinge will lengthen tool life and ensure ease of operation.

The DT-311A heavy duty, AC-powered stroboscope provides the
illusion of stopped motion by adjusting the strobes flash rate,
causing the equipment to appear to be standing still or in slow
motion. The DT-311A also measures rotational (RPM) or
reciprocating (strokes per minute) speeds with the same precision as
an electronic digital tachometer. The DT-311A stroboscope is ideally

The DT-315A heavy duty, rechargeable battery powered
stroboscope possesses the same great features of the DT-311A with
the added convenience of total portability via its own internal power
supply. The quick recharge battery lasts up to two hours of full

The DT-326 is a portable stroboscope utilizing super bright LEDs in a
robust, durable all-metal design. The DT-326s unique LED array
provides an accurate, stable strobe light. The innovative LED design
allows for a longer flash life (5 times longer than traditional xenon
flashtubes). The DT-326 is designed for speed (RPM) and frequency (Hz)
measurements in motion and vibration analysis. It is ideal for predictive
and preventive maintenance applications such as: motors, shafts,
roto-gravure printing, extruders, blow molding, wire lettering and striping,

The DT-725 portable, lightweight stroboscope with rechargeable
battery possesses many of the same features as the DT-300 Series
Stroboscopes, but are lighter in weight. Constructed of strengthened
high-impact plastic, these rugged units are exceptionally reliable
and withstand the same harsh conditions as more expensive units.
Employing its unique phase shifting feature, the DT-725 freezes
rotating or reciprocating machinery for visual inspection of covered
gear teeth, shafts, oil/fuel/ink injector patterns, and print media; all
without stopping production.
These features make the DT-725 ideal for quality inspection and
preventive maintenance of automated motion equipment. Units can

The Shimpo ST-1000 is a Stroboscope-Tachometer with LED flash
technology. This velocity analyzing and measuring device is ideal for
rotational machine inspection. The stroboscope is capable of
flashing the light in a synchronous frequency to the operating
machinery. This creates the illusion of viewing stopped or slowed
images so that machine parts and processes may be inspected for
defects. Plus, the rotational speed of the machinery and systems
may be recorded for further performance analysis.
The ST-1000 is adjustable in either coarse or fine step flash-rate
tuning. The backlit display shows the current flash rate, 10 user-
stored pre-set flash rates, as well as a low battery warning. The
backlit feature can be switched off to save battery life if desired. The
ergonomic, handheld device is made of sturdy ABS plastic and
comes with batteries and protective carrying case. The LED tech-
nology extends operation due to the low energy requirement of the
light diodes compared with xenon stroboscopes. Typical applications
for the ST-1000 are to inspect rotors, meshing gears, vibration diag-
nostic equipment, textile equipment, printing production lines,
power tools, speaker acoustical analysis, fan balancing and many
more.
