?irst$ this is an easy or7one acc0m0lator to b0ild. Anyone can do it !ith materials that
sho0ld be available at most places aro0nd the !orld.
4aterials needed areG a6 rolls of cottonF!ool b6 rolls of steel !ool c6 cotton fabric for a
pillo! case.
A do0ble layer consistin7 of a layer steel !ool and a layer of cottonF!ool. is also #no!n as
a ;fold; in or7one acc0m0lators. 2ne can ma#e this blan#et or pillo! si8e acc0m0lator !ith
as many ;folds; as their fabric !ill allo!. Ahe fabric 0sed to enclose the acc0m0lator
sho0ld be fairly thin fabric li#e that 0sed on a pillo! case.
Ao const0ct an orac the si8e of a pillo!$ one sho0ld start ma#in7 alternatin7 layers of steel
!ool and cottonF!ool. 4a#e s0re that the sE0are foota7e si8e of each layer is sli7htly
smaller than the si8e of the pillo! case so that it may be inserted into the pillo! case !hen
all the layers are done. Ne s0re each layer is thic# eno07h so that the layer belo! can not be
seen tho07h the 0pper layer. Generally a three to five ;fold; acc0m0lator is ample to fit into
a pillo! case. Ne s0re to have the steel !ool as the bottom layer and the cottonF!ool as the
top layer.
