The consumer friendly feature of the tanks is the threaded lid. This ensures that the tank stays tightly screwed shut and sealed for safety and it also enhances the sleek appearance of the tanks. So no more ugly trappings to place on tanks to keep the lid safely and the convenience of opening and shutting the tank with ease.

We have installed the state-of-the-art blow moulding plants at our various production facilities at Kashipur (Uttrakhand), Sikandarabad (UP), Gwalior (MP), Raipur (Chattisgarh) and Bangalore (Karnataka) with a combined installed capacity to process 12,000 MT per annum. These plants are one of their kinds in the subcontinent, encompassing the complete process in-house. Blow moulding is a highly versatile manufacturing option that allows for unlimited design possibilities. The process starts with a good quality mould that is placed in a moulding machine that has a loading, heating, and cooling area. The process also has a number of inherent design strengths, such as consistent wall thickness and strong outside corners which are virtually stress free. For additional strength, ribs form an integral part of the design.
