GRIND GEOMETRY
FLAT TOP GRIND (FT) Teeth ground flat across top with 0 degree bevel. Best for ripping and general purpose, where quality of finish is less important than cut force. TRIPLE CHIP GRIND (TCG) Flat top teeth alternate with slightly trapezoidal teeth that make a narrower cut, to prevent chipping brittle materials such as laminates. ALTERNATE TOP BEVEL (ATB) Teeth where the top bevel alternates from left to right, with bevel angle ranging 10 to 25 degrees.
