Comments:
Caitlyn is a great role model to all of her residents. I feel confident that everyone can learn something from her
leadership. She sets a great example for all Daleville residents.
Caitlyn is always available to residents. She keeps her door open when she is on duty and does her best to
approach people in a difficult residence hall.
Administration

Comments:

Overall Strengths:
Caitlyn knows many of her residents and can identify with them with their names and specific details about
them,
This is Caitlyns strongest skill. She runs staff meetings all on her own. She never is late or misses her one on
one. She takes the information I give her and distributes it well. She always turns things in on time. She does a
great job supervising the Daleville staff. She usually can anticipate the need before I have to tell her.
Daleville is not a frequent policy violating building, but in several roommate issues and conflict, she has kept me
up to date and informed. She helps the RAs with conflict among the staff.
Would like to see more assistance with the other RAs on their programs.
