You may know Dedicata Woman, the only person who can save

the fate of our universe from evil Dark Prevaricator. With her super
speed and beneficial traits, she is certain that she can defeat Dark
Prevaricator. She is dedicated, determined to succeed, hardworking,
brave, and sympathetic. I am also dedicated to running and making
good grades in school. I am determined to meet any goals I set for
myself, in cross-country or track. I work hard in running and at making
good grades in school. Difficult circumstances, or obstacles do not
easily intimidate me. I also can easily sympathize with others when they
are having a difficult time. Dark Prevaricator wants to defeat Dedicata
Woman and turn the universe into an evil place where she completely
controls everyone. She is critical of everything that Dedicata Woman
does. Dark Prevaricator also refuses to place trust in other people. Dark
Prevaricator is also dishonest, greedy, and stubborn.
Dedicata Woman is superhumanly dedicated to everything that
she sets her mind to. Whether she is running or saving the world, she
applies herself fully to the task at hand. She is dedicated to achieving
her full potential and doing her best at whatever she does. I am also
dedicated to everything that I do. I try my hardest at everything,
whether it is running, helping others or doing my schoolwork. I always
apply myself fully to the task at hand.
Dedicata Woman is also determined to succeed. She will stop at
nothing to help save the world. When she sets a goal for herself, she is
physically unable to stop fighting and working until she has achieved
her goal. In this sense, I am very much like Dedicata Woman. I am
determined to meet any goals that I have set for myself. I will not allow
myself to fall short of success. I set my standards very high, and strive
to meet them. I never compromise my standards, but instead work
harder to meet them.
Dedicata Womans ability and drive to work hard relate to
Dedicata Womans next superpower. Dedicata Woman is hardworking
and never backs down from a difficult task. She can work at super
speed, which allows her to be able to get more work done. For Dedicata
Woman, failure is not an option. She pours all of her strength and
energy into any hard task that she is faced with. She will never back
down from a challenge, but will only fight harder to overcome any
obstacle in her way. In this sense, I am also very similar to Dedicata
Woman. I am hardworking. I train hard for Cross Country and track and
push my body to its limits in races. I also work hard in school and work
hard to help others.
Dedicata Woman is also very brave. She physically cannot become
intimidated by evil, but will risk everything to overcome the forces of
evil. She never worries about losing to evil, as she knows that light and
goodness will eventually outshine all evil and darkness. I am also brave
and will not back down when faced will a challenge. I will overcome any
challenge that I am faced with. I do not allow anything to intimidate me. I
instead push through the challenge, ignoring the odds stacked against
me.
Dedicata Woman is also sympathetic. She has the ability to know
about and feel all other people's suffering, grieving, heartbreak, and
disappointment. Dedicate Woman will do everything that she can to help
them. She hates to see other people suffering and feels that it is her
duty to help those in need, as she is such a high position of
responsibility and power. In this sense, I am also very similar to Dedicata
Woman. I am sympathetic of other peoples troubles and try my hardest
to help them. I feel that it is the duty of the strong to help those in
need.
Dedicata Womans arch nemesis is Dark Prevaricator. Dark
Prevaricator is an evil villain who tends to think on the darker, more
sinister and pessimistic side of life. She lives in the lies, pessimism, and
darkness that she has created for herself. She refuses to believe in the
goodness of humanity and believes that all people are inherently evil.
She wears a suit of armor, as she feels insecure and thinks that the suit
of armor will protect her from being harmed.
Dark Prevaricator is critical of everything Dedicata Woman does.
Dark Prevaricator is determined to use any of Dedicata Womans slight
mistakes to discourage her and make her feel as if she has failed. To
some extent, I am similar to Dark Prevaricator in this respect. I can be
overly critical of any slight mistakes that I make. Instead of learning
from mistakes that I make, I sometimes allow them to make me feel
inadequate.
Dark Prevaricator also lacks trust. She has been abandoned by
too many people and has lost trust in the goodness of humanity. She
will not place any trust in anyone else. She refuses to allow anyone else
to perform an important task for her, as she does not trust anyone Elsa
and is afraid they will fail. This relates to Eriksons stages of
psychosocial development, as stage one is trust versus mistrust. Dark
Prevaricator has still not progressed past stage one of Eriksons stages
of psychosocial development. Dark Prevaricators lack of trust in others
reflects me, to an extent, as I do sometimes have a hard time trusting
people who have not proved to be trustworthy. When people break my
trust for them, I have a hard time ever placing any trust in them again.
Part of the reason that Dark Prevaricator does not trust people is
because she also is dishonest. She cheats to get ahead by ways of
stealing and lying. She will lie to others, or distort the truth to make
herself seem like a better person to gain favor among other people.
This reflects me, to an extent, because I sometimes distort the truth to
get what I want.
Dark Prevaricator is also greedy. She seeks money, control, and
power over others. However, she does not explain to her followers her
real motives. Instead, she lies to them and tells them that she is only
looking out for their best interests. She does not share any wealth she
gains with others. To an extent, I am sometimes similar to Dark
Prevaricator, in this respect. I sometimes try to keep more things to
myself, than I should, instead of dividing it equally among everyone who
deserves it.
Dark Prevaricator is also very stubborn. Once she has her mind
set on something, she will refuse to listen to anyone elses logical
reasoning or opinions. She will also refuse to think about any negative
consequences of her plan and believe that her plan or opinion is
correct. To an extent, this reflects me, as I can sometimes be stubborn
and not take any outside opinions once my mind is set. I sometimes
refuse to see any issues with my opinions, plans, or goals. I want to
believe that my plans are perfect and not admit that there may be any
downfalls with them.
Dedicata Womans alter ego is Alexa Golbus. She is a kind person
who wants to help other people. She is compassionate, sympathetic,
and loving towards everyone. She encourages others to dream big, set
their goals high, and never settle for anything less. She encourages
others to never give up on themselves and to work hard to overcome
obstacles in their lives.
Though most know her as Dedicata Woman, Alexa Golbus is also
a talented professional runner and physical therapist. She enjoys
running, and has being doing it her entire life. Though, her favorite part
of running is the joy and sense of achievement after she finishes a hard
race. Nothing parallels the sense of pride and achievement she gains
after a race well ran. Alexa also enjoys being a professional runner, as it
allows her to be able to focus on running, which is her true passion. She
is able to dedicate time and energy towards running. She enjoys
breaking the limits of what people tell her is humanly possible. For
Alexa, running is about the drive and dedication to achieve more than
what is thought to be possible. For Alexa, running is also about breaking
free of any and all limitations, and proving to herself and others that
she can accomplish anything that she sets her mind to. She views
running as a good metaphor for life; it is about realizing your potential
and achieving it, it is about the journey, not necessarily the end. For
Alexa, running, like life, is also about enjoying every moment; it is about
the countless obstacles that she is faced with and learns to overcome; it
is about learning from her mistakes to make her a better person, and
ultimately, it is about never giving up and continuing to persevere
against all odds.
Alexa has always dreamt of being a physical therapist, as it relates
to what she enjoys-exercise and helping others. She had always wanted
to be able to help people overcome challenges and obstacles. Being a
physical therapist allows her to combine her love of helping people
overcome obstacles with her love of running and exercise. As a physical
therapist, she can help people to overcome injuries so that they are able
to walk, run, or play other sports again.
The leadership style of Dedicata Woman is Theory Y. Dedicata
Woman believes that those she leads are internally motivated to work
hard and give their best effort. She does not threaten others, but
instead trusts in them to work their hardest and to help to contribute to
a successful end. Dedicata Woman believes that people will work harder
when they are not coerced into doing it. She also believes that people
appreciate the opportunity to have responsibility for their work and to
prove themselves. She allows people the freedom to take responsibility
for completing tasks. She enjoys her work, saving the world, and also
being a physical therapist and professional runner, and believes that
other people also enjoy their work. She also believes that others, like

Unlike Dedicata Woman, the leadership style of Dark Prevaricator
is Theory X. Dark Prevaricator does not believe that most people are
intrinsically motivated. Instead, she feels that most people are
extrinsically motivated. She feels that a successful leader must threaten
her followers or reward them for a job well done. She does not trust in
others to voluntarily work hard. She thinks that if people were told to
complete a task, but not be offered a reward, nor be threatened for if
they fail, they would not try hard. This relates to one of Dark
Prevaricators traits; she does not trust others. This is partially because
she is dishonest and believes that everyone, including her self cannot
be completely trusted. She does not see any reason why people would
enjoy work and would strive to do their best. She thinks that people will
only do the minimum amount required. She believes that people just
work to fulfill the lower levels of Maslows hierarchy of needs and do not
derive any satisfaction from their work.
Dedicata Womans theme quote is: If you ask me how I want to

is somebody who has given her best effort, who has tried the hardest
they possibly can, who has utilized every ounce of energy and strength
within them to accomplish something. It doesnt mean that they
accomplished their goal or failed; it just means that theyve given it their

This quote means that a winner is not necessarily someone who wins a
game, a fight, or a race, but someone who gives it their all. A winner is
someone who gives their best and does not hold back. A winner is
someone who never gives up and puts forth their best effort no matter
what challenges or obstacles they are faced with. Someone can lose a
game or a race, or fall short of a goal, but if they tried their hardest,
and put forth their best effort, that person is a winner. Dedicata Woman
is determined to succeed. However, success is not necessarily only
about winning. To me, success is risking everything and pushing as hard
as you can to give your best effort. Dedicata Woman is also dedicated
to what she is doing. This will allow her to do her best at what she is
doing. Dedicata Woman works hard at everything she does. She will
never stop until she knows she has given all of her strength and energy
left in her.
Dedicata Womans theme song is What Doesnt Kill You Makes
You Stronger by Kelly Clarkson. I chose this song because the lyrics are
about challenges and hard times making you a stronger person. In life,
you will face challenges and obstacles. However, as this song says, you
should not allow these challenges to define you. You should learn from
these challenges and allow them to help to make you a stronger person
and build your character. As we overcome challenges, we become
stronger people- not necessarily only physically stronger, but mentally
stronger. We will learn to be able to better cope and be able to more
easily overcome the next challenge that we were faced with. Any good
leader or superhero must learn from difficult times to build herself up
and become a stronger person. Dedicata Woman has the determination
to never give up and to continue to push through hard times, knowing
that they make her stronger. She is dedicated to giving her best effort
and striving to do her best. She never gives up, even in hard times.
Dedicata Woman's ability to work hard, and her good work ethic helps
her to continue to push through hard times. Dedicata Womans bravery
also helps her to not back down, even when faced with challenges
or difficult circumstances. Dedicata Woman also easily understands
other people's sufferings and tries to help them when they are
struggling. However, she realizes that, like the song says, what doesn't
kill you makes you a stronger person, and she helps other people to
learn to use hard times to build them up.
Dedicata Woman will overcome Dark Prevaricator; just as light
outshines darkness, good will defeat evil. However, there will be a battle
between Dedicata Woman and Dark Prevaricator. Dark Prevaricators
battle plan is to secretly attack Dedicata Woman. Dark Prevaricator will
inform her followers of her plan, so that they can help her I her battle
against Dedicata Woman. Though, she will only inform them of a bit of
her battle plan, as he is afraid that her followers will betray her if he
actually places trust in them and tells them her full battle plan. Dark
Prevaricator also plans to accidentally email Dedicata Woman her
battle plan. However, the battle plan will be a fake battle plan, to trick
Dedicata Woman. The fake battle plan will say that he plans to drown
her in a pond, though he plans to trap her in a corner and immediately
kill her with her armor -covered fists.
Dedicata Womans battle plan is to use her many followers, who
love her because of her sympathy, determination, dedication, bravery,
and hard work, to overwhelm Dark Prevaricator. As Dark Prevaricator
tries to harm Dedicata Woman, she plans to run away. However,
Dedicata Woman will then sneak up behind Dark Prevaricator as
Dedicata Womans followers surround Dark Prevaricator. Dedicata
Woman realizes that she has more followers who are devoted to helping
her, than Dark Prevaricator has, as Dedicata Woman is kind and
sympathetic to her followers. Dark Prevaricator will not be fighting
Dedicata woman with many of her followers as Dark Prevaricator does
not trust her followers, and therefore does not allow them to help her
perform large tasks. Therefore, she will not allow most of her followers
to help her fight Dedicata Woman, as Dark Prevaricator is afraid that
her followers will betray her during the fight. Dedicata Woman will use
her bravery to stand up to Dark Prevaricator and tell Dark Prevaricator,
once and for all, that she is never listening to her evil criticism again.
Dedicata woman will use her determination to succeed, and to not
surrender, no matter how hard the fight becomes. Dedicata Woman also
realizes that Dark Prevaricator will probably not fight according to the
Accepted Code of Superhero and Arch Nemesis Fighting. However,
Dedicata Woman is determined to fairly and honestly defeat Dark
Prevaricator and will fight according to the guidelines. She will use her
ability to work hard to fight against Dark Prevaricators evil, cheating
ways. Dedicata woman will use her dedication to do what is right, and
her ability to work hard to continue to fight, no matter how tired she
gets. She knows that it will probably be a long, drawn-out fight, as Dark
Prevaricator is stubborn, and will also fight hard. However, Dedicata
Woman realizes that her dedication, determination and ability to work
hard will give her more drive than Dark Prevaricators stubbornness will
give her. Dedicata woman also plans to use a pot of money as a
temporary decoy, as Dark Prevaricator is greedy and cannot resist
taking money for herself. While she is gathering the money, she will
attack her. Ultimately, Dedicata Woman will defeat Dark Prevaricator by
honestly fighting using her ability to work hard and her determination
and dedication to never give up.
Dedicata Woman represents our study of leadership, as she is a
strong leader who influences positive change. She uses her positive
attributes to help those in need, and to defeat evil. Dark Prevaricator is
not a true leader. She does not influence positive change. She strives to
create darkness and chaos in the world. She has not progressed past
the first stage of Eriksons stages of psychosocial development- trust
versus mistrust. As a young child, Dark Prevaricator was never able to
fully trust her parents. She grew up being wary of people, and
eventually lost all trust in people, after several family members and
close friends betrayed her. Due to the fact that she was never able to
fully trust anybody, her psychosocial development, according to
Eriksons stages of psychosocial stages of development, has been
greatly retarded. Dark Prevaricator leads others to do bad by
manipulating them and telling them half-truths to distort the reality of
the evil that is being done.
Dark Prevaricator is stubborn, dishonest, does not trust others,
greedy, and criticizes Dedicata Woman. I can sometimes be stubborn
and refuse to accept other opinions. This is one of my major flaws- I
need to learn to be more accepting of other peoples ideas and
thoughts. I am also sometimes, dishonest, with myself. Also, I sometimes
do not place trust in other people. I never give people another chance
to prove themselves to me, if they have failed me before. I also often
criticize myself when I make a mistake, instead of accepting my
mistakes and learning from them. Dedicata Woman is determined to
succeed, hard working, brave, sympathetic, and dedicated. I am
determined to succeed and achieve any and all goals that I set for
myself. I am brave and not afraid to stand for the truths and morals
that I live by. I am sympathetic and jump at the chance to help people in
need. Lastly, I am dedicated in every aspect of my life. The definition
of dedicated is: Wholly committed to something, as to an ideal, political
cause, or personal goal. I feel that I fully live by this definition. I am
dedicated to meeting all of my goals in
Krunning, dedicated to making good grades in school, dedicated
to live up to moral standards, and dedicated to loving God. I apply
myself fully and refuse to give anything but my best. To sum everything
up, Dark Prevaricator is an evil, critical manipulator who tries to destroy
the goodness left in the world while Dedicata Woman is a strong leader
that influences positive change and helps to make the world a better
place to live. As is true in reality, the darkness created by people similar
to Dark Prevaricator will be overwhelmed by the goodness and light
created by leaders similar to Dedicata Woman.
