There others do not reveal their names because it is a government site, but because it is a government site the information is most likely valid. Value? There is no author, but the site is credible, and supplies valid information about bullying. Value? There are two authors from Marshal University, which is a very good university, and a credible source. Value? It has great value compared to other sites dealing with school shootings, because it gives statistics, facts, different points of views and arguments.
