WAIVER AND ACKNOWLEDGMENT OF

WIRELESS DEVICE POLICY Mexico Only


By signing below, I acknowledge that I have either been issued a mobile device by American Standard or have been
provided with a wireless device allowance to be used toward the purchase of a supported mobile device. I have received a copy
of Mexico Politica Telefonia dated August 1, 2009 (the Wireless Device Policy) and agree to comply with its terms. I further
acknowledge that the mobile device issued by American Standard or purchased with the wireless device allowance is governed
by the Wireless Device Policy. Below my signature I have identified the mobile device that is governed by the Wireless Device
Policy as of the date that I executed this document.

Pursuant to the Wireless Device Policy, I understand and acknowledge that the mobile number and wireless device
issued pursuant to the Wireless Device Policy is the sole property of American Standard. I acknowledge that all of the data on
the mobile device is the sole property of American Standard (whether the data is derived from personal or business use of the
mobile device) and may be deleted by American Standard, at its discretion, if the mobile device is lost, stolen, and/or my
employment with American Standard ends for any reason. If any of these events occurs, I agree to notify the ASB Service Desk
immediately and to return the mobile device to either my manager or American Standards HR Department within two (2) days
of my separation from employment with American Standard. Finally, I understand and acknowledge that I am not permitted to
download or transfer any of the data on my mobile device, at any time, without the written approval of American Standards HR
Department. If, upon my separation from American Standard, I believe certain data on the mobile device is personal in nature, I
agree to request American Standards HR Department to review the relevant data and determine, in its sole discretion, whether
the personal data will be erased or transferred to me.

I further understand and agree that American Standard will install Mobile Iron client on most mobile devices prior to
connecting the devices to the corporate network. The installation of Mobile Iron will require you to implement and maintain a
password on the device. I understand that the Mobile Iron client will enable American Standard to remotely locate, review
applications installed, and view hardware configures on any mobile device. By signing below and accepting either the mobile
device or the mobile device allowance, I agree to permit American Standard to take such actions and acknowledge that such
actions are legitimate and necessary in order to protect American Standards confidential business information.

I acknowledge that the information, policies and benefits described in the Wireless Device Policy are subject to change
and may be modified, amended or terminated at any time at the sole discretion of American Standard. I also acknowledge that
any violations of the Wireless Device Policy will not be tolerated and may be grounds for disciplinary action up to and including
termination of employment. I agree to only utilize the mobile device for legitimate reasons and to not utilize the mobile device to
the detriment of American Standard.

THIS IS A WAIVER AND RELEASE OF LIABILITY. I HAVE READ THIS ENTIRE DOCUMENT AND THE WIRELESS
DEVICE POLICY. I AM INDICATING MY VOLUNTARY AGREEMENT TO THE PROVISIONS OF THIS WAIVER, TO
THE WIRELESS DEVICE POLICY, AND TO THE RELEASE OF AMERICAN STANDARD BRANDS FOR ANY AND
ALL LIABILITY THAT MIGHT ARISE FROM ITS WIRELESS DEVICE POLICY OR MY USE OF THE MOBILE DEVICE
ISSUED BY THAT POLICY.
