TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. The costs of artworks, color separation & commission of the Advertising Agency shall be shouldered by the
Advertiser.
2. For colored and black & white advertisement, please submit the actual print out of your ad material
together with the electronic copy in JPEG format in high resolution.
3. All ad materials must be submitted to the IIEE office on/or before October 7, 2013 (Monday).
4. Full Payments must be made two weeks after the receipt of the statement of account.
5. Unpaid advertisements after the due date will be cancelled. Slots will be given to other interested advertisers.
6. If at any point there are other interested parties on the advertisement slots, the Advertiser shall have the right of
first refusal by paying the amount even before the given deadline.
7. Advertisements should not be inimical to the objectives and advocacies of IIEE.
8. IIEE reserves the right to refuse application without giving a reason thereof.
