Missouri Sales Tax unless you have a resale license. If you have a resale
license, we must have your sales tax number on a sales tax form from
Missouri. We can mail or fax you a copy of the form. We must have this
form at the time you pick up your order or you will be charged Sales
Tax/NoExceptions.

Permits: Licenses: A copy of your Federal License or Permit for Display

Fireworks must be sent with your order for our files. So please send a
readable current copy of your Federal License, signed in ink after copied.
Also, if your local state, county, or city requires a written permit, such a
permit must accompany your order. Please make sure all of your permits
and licenses are on file before having your order shipped to avoid delays.
Missouri residents must have this permit before picking up any order.

Along with your BATF License, we will need a letter, in accordance with
ATF Regulation 27CFR55.103, listing agents authorized to order for your
company. If your company picks up at our warehouse, we will need a list of
agents authorized to pick up for your company. We will need name,
address, date and place of birth for each agent. Please also state
intended use of merchandise purchases. This must be in our files before
any orders can be picked up or shipped. A copy of the form is enclosed. If
you are going to have your order shipped the Truck Line will also have to
belistedontheauthorizationform.

Never let any spectator inside the danger zone after the display. First
make sure to see if any duds have fallen to the ground. If there are any,
collect them and dispose of them. Warn all spectators before the display
to stay away from duds after the display and to report if they spot any to
the appropriate authorities so that they can be safely disposed of. A
Spectator (especially children) may pick up a dud and may take if home for

Mortars: Take great precaution to fire each shell from the proper size mortar. It is not
possible to put a shell into a mortar one size too small (it will not fit) but it is easy to put a
shell into a mortar one size too large. The result will be that after ignition that shell will be
blown only a short distance into the air, probably falling on the ground before it goes off. If a
shell does not slide relatively easily into a mortar, try inserting it into a different mortar of the
samesize.Ifthisstilldoesnotwork,settheshellasideanddontuseit.

Shells are to be loaded carefully and slowly with the lifting charge facing the bottom of the
mortar. When using boxed finales, make sure to follow the instructions of the boxes. The
boxes should be buried least 3/4 of the way. Shells over 8 inches should be loaded into the
mortar with a rope. Make sure that the shells have reached the bottom of the mortar.
NEVER expose any part of your body above the mouth of the mortar. Have a second
person supervise the loading of a shell into the mortar as a safety measure. When reusing
the same mortar after firing a shell, make sure that there are no remnants of the previous
shellinsideandaroundthemortar.

Please be sure your mortars are the proper length. If a mortar is too short, the shell will not
attain its proper altitude. If a mortar is too long, you may find that the lighting fuse is not long
enoughtoextendouttheendofthetube.

there is always a possibility of human error in its construction, but if you take all the proper
safety precautions, there is no reason for personal injury to the operator or spectators.
Fireworks are one of the greatest audience pleasers available, and it is only through their
careless use that accidents result. We buy the best products available. However, we are

All merchandise is carefully packed before your order is given to the delivery carrier. Once
the carrier picks up the shipment our responsibility ceases. If your shipment appears to be
damaged upon receipt, please have the delivery agent make a notation stating the fact.
