INSTALLATION PROCEDURE

Methods in preparation of Foundation:

1) Foundation bolts in Concrete Slabs. (Fig 1.1)

2) Bolts in Concrete Columns. (Fig 1.2)

#Length and size of bolts used depends on weight of complete structure

A) Installation of Column onto foundation:

1) Level check for individual connection. (Fig 1.3)

2) Installation of Individual Column onto foundation bolts. (Fig 1.4)

3) Tightening using proper torque wrench sets. (Fig 1.5)

B) Column & Beam Installation:

1) Connection plates for Column to Beam. (Fig 1.6)

2) Connection of Beam to Column using HSB M16 Bolt & Nut c/w washer.

C) Installation of Steel Staircase:

1) Installation of brackets for stair.

2) Connection of Step Board.

3) Installation of stairs landing. (Fig 2.2)

4) Repeat steps to get the other half section of stairs. (Fig.2.3)

5) Tightening of all bolts and nuts. (Fig 2.4)

D) Roof Installation:
1) Set Roof Pattern ( Z PURLIN). (Fig 2.5 )

2) Laying of Aluminum Foil follow by Rock Wool (12kg/ m3) respectively. (Fig 2.7)

3) Assemble of Facial Board. (Fig 2.6 )

4) Place roof panels in order & fasten by using 32mm Hexagon Head Self Drilling
Screw. (Fig 2.8)

5) Place Ridge Capping in order & fasten with Bind Rivets. ( All physical holes
drilled must be covered by application of Roof Silicone). (Fig 2.9)

E) Floor Installation:
1) Floor support Beams. (Fig 3.0)

2) Assemble Floor Frame System (C PURLIN) and fasten with Bolts & Nuts
c/w washer accordance to diagram.(Step 1). (Fig 3.1)

3) Assemble Floor Frame System (C PURLIN) and fasten with Bolts & Nuts
c/w washer accordance to diagram.(Step 2). (Fig 3.2)

4) Application of GX-adhesive 282 to the surface before laying of besta board (Fig 3.3)

5) Installation of lower layer Besta Floor Board . (Fig 3.4)
Securing of besta Board using screws against C purlin
Apply next layer of GX-adhesive ready to install next upper layer of besta floor board.

6) Installation of upper layer of besta board. (Fig 3.5)

F) Column & Beam Cladding Installation:
1)
2) Column Cladding Steps. (Depends on Individual Countries Requirements, exposed
Steel Columns to be covered with MGO Board for Fire Proofing Purpose). (Fig 3.6)

3) Installation of Column Web using 18mm Besta Board. (1m spacing between).
(Fig 3.7)

7) Covering of expose Steel Column using 12mm Besta Board and fasten with 25mm
(using pneumatic air gun) nails. (Fig 3.8)

4) Beam Cladding. Using similar installation methods. (Fig 3.9)

G) Wall Panel & Ceiling Installation:

1) Partition Walls and Ceiling can commence/start once completion of floor
boards, Column and Beam Cladding are in place. (Fig 4.0)

2) Lay U Stud (Top & Bottom) and fasten with 3omm Hexagon Head Nut Self drilling
screw. (each screw distance 500mm between). (Fig 4.1)

#Internal wall U-Stud 50*50*0.6mm
#External wall- U-Stud 75*50*0.6mm

3) Laying of Aluminum U-stud (Distance 600mm between) & fasten together using
Metal Splitter Tool (Hand Tool). (Fig 4.2)

#Internal wall C KEEL 50*50*0.6mm
#External wall- C KEEL 75*50*0.6mm

4) Mount 10mm Besta Board wall using 22mm self embedding Head self drill
screw to fasten Besta Board to Wall Frame. (Fig 4.3)

5) Before mounting adjacent Besta Board, applies Contact Adhesive (GX-Adhesive
282) to the gap to bond the 2 board together. (Fig 4.4)

6) Before install opposite Besta Board, put Rock Wool (40kg/m3) into wall Frame.
(Internal Wall use 50mm thick (40kg/m3) Rock Wool and External Wall use 75mm thick
(40kg/m3) Rock Wool ). (Fig 4.5)

7) Seal gap and screw holes using GX-Fix 269 Putty (apply 2 layers) (Fig 4.6)

8) Then smooth the uneven surface with sandpaper for finishing. (Fig 4.7)

9) Ceiling Boards are mounted to bottom of floor frames (C PURLIN) and fasten
with 22mm self embedding head self drill screw. (Fig 4.8)

10) Before mounting adjacent Besta Board, applies Contact Adhesive (GX-Adhesive
282) to the gap to bond the 2 board together. (Fig 4.9)

11) Seal gap and screw holes using U-Fix 269 Putty (apply 2 layers) then smooth the
uneven surface with sandpaper for finishing. (Fig 5.0)

H) SP Planks & External wall (ALC panel) Installation:
12) Steel beams spread strips tapping nail links. (Rubber Strip) (Fig 5.1)

13) Install SP Planks. step 1 ( Fig 5.2)

14) Install next SP Planks. step 2 ( Fig 5.3)

15) Insert poly foam in between SP Planks ( Fig 5.4)

16) Filling up gaps with mortar,. ( Fig 5.4)

17) Install mounting brackets. ( Fig 5.4)

19) Installation of ALC panel. (STEP 1) ( Fig 5.4)

20) Installation of ALC panels by insertion of screws at side. (STEP 2) ( Fig 5.4)
