TERMS REGARDING COMMISSION AND MINMUM PEFORMANCE

REQUIREMENTS PURSUANT TO THE INSURANCE ADVISOR AGREEMENT

Part A Commission
1. The provisions of this Part A has been issued / published pursuant to Clause
3 (or any corresponding clause) titled Copensation and !euneration" of
the Agreeent for Appointent of #nsurance Advisor" (Agreeent") e$ecuted
%ith you (for your appointent as #nsurance Advisor of #C#C# Prudential &ife
#nsurance Copany &iited) and applies to and is binding on all #nsurance
Advisors.
'. The base coission rates for all products are given in Anne$ure A to this
docuent and %ill be applicable to all #nsurance Advisors.
3. Coission shall be paid to #nsurance Advisors t%ice in a onth (
a. )or the period fro the 1

day of a onth till 1*

of a onth.
b. )or the period fro the 1+

of a onth till the end of that onth (each
of these periods called a coission cycle").
,. The Copany %ill send to the #nsurance Advisor a stateent of coission
for each coission cycle.
*. The Coission shall be paid by directly crediting the net aount to the
#nsurance Advisor"s ban- account %ith #C#C# .an-. #t shall be the
responsibility of the #nsurance Advisor to open a ban- account %ith #C#C#
.an- &iited and -eep the Copany infored of the ban- account / any
change in any particulars relating to the ban- account.
+. /o separate counication shall be sent to the #nsurance Advisor %ith
regards to the crediting of the aount in the ban- account.
0. Applicable ta$es (including surcharge) shall be deducted as per the
provisions of #ncoe Ta$ Act1 12+1. T34 is deducted after ta-ing into account
the service ta$. T34 is also applicable for all gifts / life style redeptions /
contest payents given to/paid to/ received by the #nsurance Advisor.
5. 4ervice Ta$6 As per current service ta$ la%s1 the Copany is liable to pay
service ta$ to the 7overnent on behalf of the #nsurance Advisors on all
aounts paid to the #nsurance Advisor. This service ta$ has to be borne by
the #nsurance Advisor hiself. 8o%ever1 as a policy decision1 the Copany
currently bears the service ta$ on coissions in respect of the first year
preiu1 and service ta$ on rene%al coissions are deducted fro the
coissions of the #nsurance Advisor1 and paid to the 7overnent.
8o%ever1 it is clarified that the above right does not create neither is intended
to create in favor of the #nsurance Advisor a right or entitleent to deand
the service ta$ reiburseent1 %holly or in part1 fro the Copany1 and the
Copany is entitled to reverse or odify the above decision.
2. .onus Coission %ill be paid on a 9uarterly basis (ie1 for 3 onth periods
of Apr:;un1 ;ul:4ep1 <ct:3ec and ;an:=ar). The sae shall be paid at the
rates as given in Anne$ure A to this docuent. #ncentives %ill be given in
accordance %ith the ters in the Anne$ure A to this docuent.
1>. Copany %ill be entitled to hold bac- / forfeit the .onus Coission based
on certain persistency nors in respect of policies sourced by the #nsurance
Advisor. 3etails in relation to this are provided in Anne$ure A to this
docuent.
11. This Coission 4tructure %ill continue to reain in force till revised. Any or
all rate of Coission/ ters entioned herein ay be revised (rates ay be
revised up%ards or do%n%ards) or further ters ay be specified at any tie.
#ntiation of revision in the structure %ill be given in accordance %ith the
provisions of the Agreeent.
Part B Minimum Perorman!e Re"uirements
Minimum Perorman!e Re"uirements #in t$is %o!ument !a&&e% 'Minimum
Business Guarantee( or 'MBG()
1'. This =.7 nors have been issued / published pursuant to Clause '.+ (or any
corresponding clause) ?regarding iniu business perforance"@ read %ith
Clause *.' (or any corresponding clause) ?regarding terination of the
#nsurance Advisor@ of the Agreeent e$ecuted %ith you (for your appointent
as #nsurance Advisor of #C#C# Prudential &ife #nsurance Copany &iited).
13. The =.7 4tructure applicable to the #nsurance Advisors shall be such as
issued / published fro tie to tie. The current nors in force are as per
Anne$ure A to this docuent. )urther or additional ters and conditions ay
be provided in regards to such =.7 structure.
1,. )ailure to achieve =.7 for ' consecutive 9uarters and /or failure to achieve
annual =.7 targets %ill entitle the Copany to terinate the #nsurance
Advisor Agreeent as per the provisions of Clause *.' thereof.
1*. The Copany %ould revie% the business perforance of the #nsurance
Advisor on a 9uarterly basis.
1+. Any or all ters and conditions relating to =.7 ay be aended or revised
at any tie. #ntiation of the aendent / revision %ill be given in
accordance %ith the provisions of the Agreeent.
10. #nsurance Advisor shall be deeed to have accepted the contents of this
docuent including its anne$ure on the date it is posted on the %ebsite of the
Copany or on the date it is infored to the personally or on the date it is
posted on the notice board of the .ranches of the Copany1 %hichever is
earliest.
