On the above date and time officer was on patrol in the area of Second St and Bridge St when officer noticed a male subject with dark colored pants on
and black zip up hooded jacket on walking around the businesses of Crispy Creme and Valero. Officer noticed the male subject had his hood pulled over
his face and officer was not able to see who the subject was. Officer pulled over and became stationary in the area at which time officer saw the male
subject run into the Valero at 61 N Bridge St. Officer had Ofc M Short come in the area at which time he parked at the rear of Valero and was able to see
inside the store. Officer was then advised the male was standing by the back door of the building and was changing into a grey hooded sweat shirt at
which time he pulled up his hood over his head and started to approach the counter and the clerk. Officer then pulled in front of the doors of the store
and started to go inside when male saw this officer and fled to the rear of the store and out the back door. Officer gave chase and advised the subject
several times to stop. Officer chased the subject down the alley behind 61 N Bridge St that was parallel to Second St at which time the male cut across an
open field now running towards Second St. The male then crossed Second St and was attempting to run into 342 E Second St at which time he was
apprehended and id as Bradley Harris. Mr. Harris advised he had a warrant for his arrest and that is why he ran. Mr. Harris did have a warrant from
Greenfield but it was outside the pick up radius. Mr. Harris was advised he was being charged with Obstructing Official Business as officer thought he
may have been attempting to rob the Valero as most people don't enter a business and then change clothing.
Officer made contact with Russell Eversole, employee of Valero and he advised he wanted Mr. Harris barred from the Property from this point
forward. Mr. Harris was then transported to the Ross County Jail to be held and he was advised he was barred from the property of Valero. Mr. Harris
was advised he would appear in court on 05/19/14 at 0900 hours. Officer has nothing further

Ofc was dispatched to 145 S Bridge St, Tiffin Elementary School, ref to a parent causing a problem. Ofc arrived and contacted the principle Jason Fife,
who said a parent of a 3rd grader, John Gallaugher, came in wanting to discuss a problem his son was having with another student and had allegedly been
assaulted last week. Mr Fife said Mr Gallaugher started to demand he call the parents of the other student and get the other student in the office and
wanted a confrontation with both parties. Mr Fife said he told Mr Gallaugher he just learned of the alleged incident over the weekend and it is only
Monday and has not had time to investigate the issue. He also told Mr Gallaugher he was not going to have a meeting and asked Mr Gallaugher to give
him time to handle it. Mr Fife said Mr Gallaugher then said "Is this a black and white thing?" because his son is white and the other child is black. Mr
Fife then told him race had nothing to do with this and asked him to leave and walked him out of the front of the building. Mr Fife said Mr Gallaugher
then told him "You better be God damn sure I'm gonna take care of this" and left on foot with his son (whom he removed from the school today). Mr
Fife asked that Mr Gallaugher be barred from the school property.
Ofc then made contact with Mr Gallaugher as he returned back to the school to pick up his car that was broken down. Mr Gallaugher denied
threatening anyone and said his son is "problem student and has been in several fights this year". He said he told Mr Fife that his own staff had told him
this about the other student and also that "he would probably not discipline him for it either" and Mr Fife got upset and asked him to leave and told him
"you aren't going to tell me how to do my job or discipline anyone". He said he left when asked by Mr Fife and was going home to call the police about
this issue. This Ofc advised him that the only call to the police about this issue came from Mr Fife. Ofc advised Mr Gallaugher, on behalf of the
principle Mr Fife, that he was barred from the property at 145 S Bridge St (Tiffin Elementary School) and he would be charged with trespass if he
returned. He said he understood and was transferring his son to Allen Elementary School next year and departed the area without any further incident.
All calm on Ofc departure, nothing further.

Ofc contacted her ( Robin Bates). She told ofc that she was suicidal and wanted to hurt herself. Ofc asked her how she was going to do this and she said
by taking all of her medication. At this point she had not consumed any medication.

Ofc dispatched to 816 Madison Av reference possible drug activity. Upon arriving, Ofc contacted the occupants including Eric Cottrill who was found
to have an active warrant out of Waverly Mayor's Court held by the Waverly PD, case number 2012TRD00327, for FTA on a DUS original charge. Ofc
transported Cottrill to the RCJ where she was held awaiting bond or extradition to Waverly.
While in the residence, Ofc noticed nothing in plain view pertaining to drug activity. Nothing further.

visiting friends. Mr Delk said he was doing some yard work and had his gloves and wallet on top of his car and drove down the street towards Watt
Street and went down Watt St and realized he left it on top of the car and went back and it was gone. He found his gloves in the church parking lot on
the corner and the business cards that were inside the wallet were behind the church, but the wallet and money were gone. Mr Delk said he will contact
his bank as soon as he can to cancel the debit car that was inside and will have to obtain a new driver's license, ss card, CCW permit, and health insurance
cards. Ofc checked the area on foot but did not locate the wallet. Nothing further to add.

Ofc was dispatched to Walmart and contacted LPO Don Barton ref to Ryan Butterbaugh in custody for theft. Don said he observed Ryan go to the
sock isle from grocery and select some socks and concealed them in his pants. He then past all points of sale without paying for the concealed items and
exited the store where he was stopped by LPO Manager Ken Hay and Don Barton, who identified themselves as LPO and escorted him back to the LP
Office and recovered the socks as well as some boxers and t-shirts and called the police. Don provided Ofc with a receipt for the items: 4pk of And 1
socks, boxer briefs, tank top undershirts, and men's socks (totaling $28) as well as his typed statement. Don said since it was Ryan's first offense at the
store, he did NOT want him barred, but did want him charged with theft. Ofc photographed the items and left them with Don Barton at the LP Office.
Ofc contacted Ryan and he admitted to the theft and did not have any money on him when he entered the store. Ofc advised Ryan he was still allowed
back to the store, but he was under arrest for petty theft and he was transported to the RCJ and held in lieu of bond until his municipal court appearance
on 5-2014 at 9am.

Keaton pulled up in a white truck and did not say anything and drove off. Cheryl advised there is an active Protection Order protecting Jadelynn from
John. Cheryl advised John was with a female and he did a U-turn and pulled up in front of her house again. Cheryl advised she screamed at Jadelynn to
get in the house because she was in fear of John. Cheryl advised John screamed at her " I am back Bitch now your in for it". Cheryl advised she yelled at
him that she was calling the police and he drove down the street and circled back while she was waiting for the police. Cheryl advised John pulled up
again and said "I will be back soon Bitch don't worry". Cheryl advised she is worried for her safety and for Jadelynn safety and took the statements as
threats towards both of them. Cheryl completed a written statement.
Officer located the Active Order of Protection Case # 09 C1-825 protecting Jadelynn Kuhn from John Keaton. Officer observed the order was served on
John on 4/28/2010 and that it is valid through 7/1/2015. Officer observed that John shall not stalk, be within 100 yards, and initiate any contact with
Jadelynn.
Officer was unable to contact John and will request a warrant charging him with Violating a Protection Order and Menacing.

Officer was dispatched to 576 Buckeye Street in reference to a theft that happened around 5:30pm. Upon arrival Officer contacted Armelia Easterday
who stated she an her eight year old son, Evan saw an older square truck, either faded black or dark green, stop in the alley (Delano) next to their
property. She advised a white male was driving (unknown description) and a white male passenger who was wearing a ball cap, green shirt, blue jeans and
black shoes. She advised the passenger walked onto their property and stole a red Radio Flyer tricycle (all metal) that was against their garage which is
about 30 feet from the road. She advised he threw it in the back of the truck and drove off. She was unable to stop him and could not provide any other
description.
She advised the tricycle has a storage box that is between the rear wheels which is not common in those tricycles. Her property is insured by American
Family.

FORD EXPEDITION WITH RED CAR FOLLOWING THEM
Officer was dispatched to University Apartments (590, 600 West 5th Street) in reference to an unknown disturbance. I was advised by dispatched that a
white male in a red vehicle possibly has a gun and a knife.
Upon arrival Officer contacted Josh Peoples who stated he was outside eating and watching his child play. He then saw his brother Jeff Peoples running
across the parking lot and a green Ford Expedition with two white females pulled up. The driver of the Ford told Josh that Jeff just robbed her. Josh
advised seconds later a maroon car with a white male and two female came onto the lot and the male got out of the car and was looking for Jeff. Josh
advised he had a large knife on his person but did not see any gun.
Officer then spoke with Betsy Walker who said she was outside in front of her apartment building and saw a white male running east. She then advised
the same as Josh whoever she did not know it was Josh whom she knows. She also claimed to see a leather gun holster and the large knife on the
unknown white male but did not see a gun and assumed he had one because of the holster.
Betsy stated after Josh spoke to both the female and male they left the lot and had not returned.
Officer asked Josh if he knows those other people and he stated he did not and does not speak to her brother.
Officer patrolled the area and could not locate either of those vehicles or Jeff.
Officer was later contacted by Deidra Pitt and her boyfriend Wade Pummell at the Law Enforcement Complex. Deidra stated she was at the University
Arms apartment laundry mate waiting a friend to do laundry. She then saw Jeff Peoples walking around and he approached her. She had waited for about
15 minutes and got her money from her pocket to see how many one dollar bills she had. Jeff then grabbed her money and took off running. She advised
she was able to grab him by the shirt but he turned and pushed her down scrapping her knees and cutting her right ankle. She advised Wade's sister
Jennifer Pummell who was in the car saw what happened and took off running after him but lost sight of him. She advised Jennifer returned and they
called Wade. Wade arrived and they drove around looking for Jeff before then came to the Law Enforcement Complex.
Deidra advised she had around $300 cash but is not sure on the exact amount.
Officer then questioned Wade about being in a maroon car and possibly having a gun and large knife. He claimed he was showed up mad but did not have
a gun or a knife.
Deidra and Wade both remember speaking with Josh. Deidra stated she knew Josh from about 10 years ago but he probably did not remember her.
Officer called Jennifer and spoke to her about this incident. She advised she was in Deidra's vehicle waiting for her to do laundry with a friend and after
about 15 minutes she heard yelling and looked up. She advised she saw Deidra get pushed or thrown to the ground but a white male that Deidra later told
her was Jeff Peoples. Jennifer advised Jeff then took off running and she chased him but lost sight of him because he went in and out of the apartment
buildings.
Officer believes the laundry mate at the apartments have security camera's. Officer will follow up on this incident. Depending on the surveillance footage
Jeff might be charged with robbery.

Officer was dispatched to 107 N Sugar St in reference to a theft. Upon arrival Officer made contact with Eric Rose. Eric said he has been helping
Wendall Oakes remove his remaining property out of the house Wendall moved out of. Eric said there were here together getting property and left for
Columbus at 2 pm. Eric said he returned at 7:30 pm to get the remaining items out for Wendall and he found the back door was open and a 6 foot tall by
4 foot wide cabinet was missing. Officer examined the door and found the door did not have any new damage showing the lock had been slipped. Officer
was not able to find any witnesses to the incident. Wendall said he did not have any insurance on the property at this time.

Kimberly Jones came to the Law Enforcement Complex to report that she and her nephew Bradley Ramsey got into an verbal argument when he wanted
her to drive him to Dayton Street. She advised while en-route they began to argue about money. She advised it started on Main Street and that he wanted
money to buy drugs and she did not want to give him money. She advised they continued to argue until she got to Dayton Street near Renick Avenue and
prior to Bradley getting out of the car he pulled her hair and she bite his finger. She advised he then got out and she drove away.
Officer did not see any injuries to Kimberly and she did not know where Bradley was going. Officer is not pursuing charges do to the lack of any
physical evidence.

Officer contacted Ryan Camponeschi and his 17 year old daughter Nicole Camponeschi at the Law Enforcement Complex in reference to a custody issue.
Ryan stated he and Nicole went to 169 West 2nd Street Nicole's mother Elizabeth Camponeschi for her week for custody. Ryan and Nicole advised
Elizabeth never answered the door. Nicole continued to explain that her mother has not responded to any of her text messages since last Friday and has
not responded to the messages today.
Ryan explained there is a custody hearing on Wednesday and that Elizabeth had been served her court papers today.
Officer did not contact Elizabeth and Nicole went back to her father's house.

Officer was dispatched to Walart in reference to the theft of a wallet. Officer was advised the wallet was located at Sears by Dale Cooper and he will
meet this Officer at Walmart. Officer arrived and made contact with Jesus Hernandez. Jesus said he was purchasing his items from Walmart and walked
up to the sales clerk in charge of the self scanners for assistance. He left his wallet at the terminal and it is now gone. Officer was located by Dale
Cooper who handed this Officer the wallet. Officer handed the wallet to Jesus and he advised everything is inside the wallet, nothing is missing. Jesus
said he lives out of town and does not want to press any charges. Officer advised Jesus to monitor his ID, and credit reports to prevent a Stolen ID.
Officer made contact with Don Barton from Walmart Loss Prevention. Don showed this Officer the video to the incident and said they have
identified the subject as Jacob Wilt and he wants him barred from Walmart. Don said Jacob was identified by a female employee who went to school
with him at Huntington High School. Officer attempted to contact Jacob and left a message advising him he is now barred from Walmart and if he
returned he could be arrested or cited for Criminal Trespass. Nothing further at this time.

Officer made contact with Christina Madden who advised her 4 year old niece, Cherokee Funk, was kicked by her great grandfather, Virgil Madden.
Christina advised that Virgil was laying on the couch and that he was on the phone and got frustrated at Cherokee and kicked at her knocking her down.
Christina advised that he also earlier hit Cherokee on top of the head with an open hand. Christina advised she did not call the police and that this
occurred over an hour ago. Christina advised that Cherokee is just staying with her for the weekend and showed Officer two photos of Cherokee's side
that showed some redness and a few scratches. Christina showed Officer Cherokee's side and Officer observed no redness now and some scratches.
Officer photographed the scratches. Officer observed Cherokee was carrying around a cat and asked her how the injuries happened. Cherokee advised
that the scratches were from the cat. Christina provided Officer with a written statement and later stated that it appeared that Virgil just pushed
Cherokee with his foot.
Officer made contact with Virgil and advised him of his Miranda Rights which he advised he understood. Virgil advised he just pushed Cherokee off his
injured knee when she jumped on it while he was laying on the couch. Virgil advised he did not do it hard and that he did not hit her on top of the head.
Virgil advised Christina is drama and that she is exaggerating. Virgil advised any injury Cherokee has if from the cat that she has been playing with.
Officer made contact with Cherokee's mother, Amy Funk, who advised she is sending her husband down to pick up Cherokee and that she wants the
Virgil charged.
Virgil voluntarily left for a few hours so that Cherokee could be picked up.
Officer did not feel there was enough evidence for any charges at this time.
Officer will place a copy of this report to Children Services to review and possibly follow up.

THE WINDOW AND SCREEN DOOR
Ofc responded to 905 Sherman Park in reference to an unruly juvenile complaint.
Upon arrival Ofc contacted Teri McGowan who stated her son, Isaiah Mcgowan, got into a verbal altercation with her over a missing cell phone charger.
Teri stated during the altercation, Isaiah called her a "fat bitch" and was very verbally abusive and disrespectful towards her. Teri stated Isaiah then
purposefully slammed his head into the kitchen window causing it to crack. Teri stated Isaiah then broke the screen door as he exited the apartment.
Teri stated she was immediately contacted by neighbors whom informed her Isaiah was shouting "Im going to kill myself" as he was running from
Sherman Park. Teri stated Isaiah has a history f suicide attempts (attempted to lacerate his wrist) and has a medical history of depression. Isaiah is
described as a dark skinned 16yoa male, dark hair, brown eyes, 5'9, 160 lbs, and was last seen wearing jeans and a white t-shirt.
While Ofc was departing the scene, Ofc was informed by dispatch that the subject had just returned home. Ofc contacted Isaiah in the kitchen of his
residence. Isaiah denied actually wanting to harm himself. Isaiah stated he shouted that he wanted to kill himself out of anger, because his mother (Teri)
told him he was just like his dad and she wished he was never born. Isaiah stated he was very upset that she would say that to him, so he hit his head
against the window and ran out of the apartment. Isaiah also stated he had no tendencies to harm himself or his mother.
Ofc was able to speak to Isaiah and calm his anger before Ofc departed. Ofc spoke to Teri and Isaiah separately and explained to both of them that there
are resources available to assist with mediating their issues. Isaiah returned to his bedroom for the night and both subjects were informed to contact this
department or "211" if further assistance is needed.

Ofc informed Teri of how to file unruly charges on Isaiah. Ofc entered Isaiah into LEADS as a missing endangered juvenile.

While on patrol Officer observed Charles Reed staggering on foot walking southbound on Mulberry St. near Riverside Dr. Officer observed Charles was
having trouble keeping his balance, his pants were un zipped, and he had a large wet spot on the back of leg and on the inside of his leg possibly due to
urinating his self. Officer made contact with Charles and could smell a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage coming from his person and observed his
speech was slurred. Charles advised he is looking for the park and Officer told him that he is walking the wrong way. Charles advised he has no one who
can care for him so Officer arrested him for his Safety and transported him to Ross County Jail to be held until sober.
Officer issued Charles a Minor Misdemeanor Citation # 5254 charging him with Disorderly Conduct (ORC 2917.11B). Charles was unable to sign for the
citation due to his intoxication level and being passed out in his cell. Officer had the Jails staff place his copy of the citation with his property to be
released with him when sober.

Officer was dispatched to Pizza Hut on Western Ave in reference to a robbery that had occurred on Pine St. Upon arrival Officer made contact with
delivery driver Seth Grandstaff. Seth said he had parked his car on what he thought was Piatt and walked to 678 Pine to delivery a Pizza to a customer
that paid online with a credit card. Seth said when walking back to the car he was hit on the head from behind and knocked the ground, he was then
punched in the face and the $10 in cash he had on him was stolen. Seth said all other money was safely locked in the car. Seth said as he laid on the
ground he saw a male running towards Tiffen Ave while holding up his pants. Seth said he was only able to tell that the guy was wearing blue jeans and a
hoodie. Officer photographed the back of Seth's head where he had been hit, also Officer photographed his face showing the small amount of blood on
his nose and lip. Officer gave him a written statement form.
Officer went to 678 Pine St and made contact with Roger Moore Jr. Roger said they had the pizza delivered, they heard the car door shut, they got
the pizza. Roger said he thought the delivery guy had parked in the alley next to his home. Roger said he returned to playing his video game and ate the
pizza. They did not hear or see anything.
Officer contacted Seth again. Officer asked Seth again where did he park his car. Seth said he he parked across the street from 678 Pine St, 4 house
down towards Piatt (east). Seth said he had to walk towards Tiffin to get to the address. Officer asked Seth what time did he deliver the pizza. Officer
asked Seth is he sure he did not park in the alley, Seth said yes, he parked on Pine St. Seth said he left the store with his last three deliveries at 10 pm.
The 1st one went to Ledgewood Dr, the second went to the North Plaza Blvd and the last one was at the Pine Street address. Officer asked Seth why
did he wait to call to the police. Seth said after he got off the ground he had to sit in his car for a little while to gather himself before driving back to Pizza
Hut, where his cell phone was plugged in and charging. Officer asked Seth where the money taken, Seth said from his right back pocket in 1 dollar bills.
Seth said he is still light headed and dazed from the assault. Officer asked Seth if he could remember the size of the male that assault him. Seth said he
was taller than him with a medium athletic build.
Officer has no other leads or witnesses at this time. Officer checked the alley next to 678 Pine and was not able to locate the place of the robbery.

Officer was dispatched to 457 E Water St. reference a theft of two lap top computers. Upon arrival contact was made with the victim Kayla Richmond
who advised she had been out of state from 05/16/2014 thru 05/19/2014 and during that time someone took her two lap top computers one being a older
model Acer gray in color with unknown model and serial.
The other a new black Dell Inspiron 15, 156 HD Serial # C9DK2X1 model I15RV1382BLK.
Ms. Richmond advised she placed them under her living room sofa so in case someone broke in while she was gone they wouldnt be stolen.
Ms. Richmond advised when she arrived home she discovered both laptops were gone but nothing else. Ms. Richmond advised there where no signs of
forced entry.
Officer observed numerous items throughout the house that would have been taken if a Burglary had been commited IE a Play station 3 sitting out in the
open, flat screen T.V.
Officer believes someone Ms. Richmond knows or trust gained access while she was gone. Ms. Richmond could think of who might have done such a
thing and has no homeowners insurance.
Officer has no clues or suspects nothing further.

Ofc. was dispatched to 982 Gilmore St in reference to a phone harassment. Ofc. arrived and contacted Misty Good. She stated that she has been
back and forth texting Susan Canter Price. She stated that it stemmed from a civil issue with her child she has with Clint Canter. She showed Ofc. text
messages that went from both Ms. Good and Ms. Canter. It appeared that both wanted the final word. Ms. Good stated that she wanted Ms. Canter to
stop contacting her. Ofc. advised her that that went both ways and to also stop contacting Canter. She stated that she would. She also advised that she
wanted Albert Canter, Susan Canter and Clinton Canter barred from her Columbus St address. She gave Ofc. the phone number Mrs. Canter could be
reached on.
Ofc. attempted to contact Mrs. Canter at that number and had to leave a message. Ofc. could only find contacts on Clinton Canter. Investigation will
continue until all parties can be reached, identified and barred.
