The rates shown in the above table are considered the
BASE RATE. Additional fees apply for if you have more
people attending than shown on the table.

101 200 Guests: Fee = Base Rate x 1.5
201 300 Guests: Fee = Base Rate x 2

Bond Refunds All bonds are refunded via cheque
within 2 weeks after your booking. Bonds are only
refunded in full if all booking conditions have been met
& the area is left free from litter and/or damage.

Private bookings that do not pay a bond upfront are still
required to met booking conditions and leave the area
free from litter and/or damage.

You may be invoiced to cover the cost of any repairs
and/or clean up costs associated with your booking.

ADMINISTRATION FEES

Administration Fee: $25 per application
(The Administration Fee is not refundable)

Alteration Fee: Fee = ((Base Rate 25) x 10%)
(May apply if your booking is altered after it has been processed and
confirmed)

CANCELLATIONS

Wet Weather If you chose to cancel on the day of your
booking due to Wet Weather you must notify the Duty
Ranger at least 1 hour before your scheduled start time
to be eligible for a refund.

Notice Given: Refund = Base Rate + Bond
No Notice: Refund = Bond only

Cancellation If you chose to cancel your booking for
any reason after it has been confirmed a cancellation
fee will be deducted from the fees paid before they are
refunded.

The fee is calculated based on a sliding scale depending
on the amount of notice given.
> 4 Weeks: Fee = Base Rate x 10%
4 - 2 Weeks: Fee = Base Rate x 25%
< 2 Weeks: Fee = Base Rate x 50%



DISCOUNTED RATES OTHER FEES
Half Day Bookings Rather than selecting your own
booking times, you are able to hire an area for either
the morning or afternoon session at a discounted rate.
Morning Session Hire is from 8am to 12 noon
Afternoon Session Hire is from 1pm to 5pm
Both of these sessions attract a 25% discount on the
standard base rate of the area.

Discount Fee = Base Rate - 25%

Additional fees may apply for any entertainment &
other inclusions you bring into the park.

OTHER ACTIVITIES

The following activities are required to be pre-booked
with the trust office & may attract a fee:

All Filming & Photography
Major Events
All Community Events that are advertised
All Commercial Activities
Personal Training & Fitness Classes (including Boot
Camps)
