Uso adecuado
La estacin meteorolgica muestra la temperatura
interior y exterior en grados Celsius (C) o Fahren-
heit (F) y la humedad interior en % HR (% relative
humidity = humedad relativa), as como sus valores
mximos y mnimos. La estacin muestra tambin
valores relativos al pronstico del tiempo, la hora
en formato de 12 y 24 horas as como la fecha.
Adems, la estacin meteorolgica dispone de una
funcin de alarma y calendario. Este aparato no
ha sido diseado para uso industrial.

Indicaciones generales
de seguridad
ADVERTENCIA! PELIGRO DE MUERTE!
Podran tragarse las bateras, lo cual puede
suponer un peligro mortal. Si se ha tragado
una batera, debe buscar asistencia mdica
inmediatamente.
J Los nios o las personas que carezcan de los
conocimientos o la experiencia necesarios para
manipular el aparato, o aqullas cuyas capaci-
dades fsicas, sensoriales o psicolgicas estn
limitadas, no deben utilizar el aparato sin la
supervisin o la direccin de una persona res-
ponsable por su seguridad. Vigile a los nios
para que no jueguen con el aparato.
J Observe que los daos producidos por manejo
incorrecto, no seguimiento del manual de ins-
trucciones o manipulacin por parte de personas
no autorizadas, estn excluidos de la garanta.
Indicaciones de seguridad
referentes a las bateras
J Retire las bateras del aparato si no va a utilizar
el mismo durante un perodo de tiempo prolon-
gado.

bateras nuevamente!
J Cuando coloque las bateras observe la polari-
dad correcta. ste se indica en el compartimento
de las bateras.
J Si es necesario, antes de introducir las bateras
limpie los contactos de las bateras y del aparato.
J Extraiga siempre inmediatamente del aparato
las bateras agotadas. Existe alto peligro de
derrame!
J Las bateras no deben desecharse en la basura
domstica!
J Todos los usuarios estn obligados a desechar
las bateras de forma adecuada!
J Mantenga las bateras fuera del alcance de
los nios. No las arroje al fuego, no las ponga
en cortocircuito ni las desmonte.
J Cambie siempre las dos pilas al mismo tiempo.
J ATENCIN! PELIGRO DE
EXPLOSIN! Utilice nicamente
pilas del mismo tipo.
J De no observarse estas indicaciones, las bate-
ras podran descargarse ms all de su tensin
nal. En este caso existe el riesgo de que se
derramen. En caso de que se haya derramado
el lquido de las bateras dentro del aparato,
squelas inmediatamente para evitar daos en
el aparato.
J Evite el contacto con la piel, ojos y mucosas.
Si se entra en contacto con el cido de las
bateras, lave la parte afectada con abundante
agua y / o procure atencin mdica!

Antes de la puesta
en funcionamiento
Q
Indicaciones generales
m PRECAUCIN! Al elegir un lugar emplaza-
miento, asegrese de que la estacin meteoro-
lgica no est expuesta directamente a radia-
ciones solares, vibraciones, polvo, calor, fro o
humedad. No coloque la estacin meteorolgica
ni el sensor exterior cerca de fuentes de calor,
p. ej. radiadores. De hacerlo, los aparatos
podran sufrir daos.
j No coloque los dispositivos cerca de fuentes de
interferencias como televisiones, ordenadores,
muros gruesos, ventanas trmicas, etc. La trans-
misin de radiofrecuencia entre los dispositivos
podra disminuir.
j Asegrese de que los objetos que se encuentran
cerca no funcionan con la misma frecuencia de
433 MHz. Estos aparatos pueden producir una
alteracin del enlace radioelctrico.
j No coloque los dispositivos cerca o encima de
placas de metal. La transmisin de radiofrecuencia
entre los dispositivos podra verse reducida.
Seal de radiofrecuencia (DCF):
La seal DCF (emisor de seal horaria) consiste en
impulsos horarios emitidos por uno de los relojes ms
precisos del mundo, cerca de Frncfort del Meno,
que tiene una desviacin de 1 segundo en 1 milln
de aos.
Su estacin meteorolgica recibe esta seal en
condiciones perfectas hasta una distancia de aprox.
1.500 km. alrededor de Frncfort del Meno.

Puesta en marcha
del sensor externo
Colocacin de la pila:
j Retire la tapa del compartimento de la batera
de la parte trasera del sensor exterior.
j Coloque dos pilas (AA) de 1,5 V (incluidas
en el volumen de suministro) en el compartimento
para pilas 27.
Advertencia: Tenga en cuenta la polaridad
correcta. sta se muestra en el compartimento
de las pilas 27 (vase tambin g. C).
El sensor exterior ahora est listo para funcionar
y el LED de control 25 se ilumina brevemente.
j Cierre la tapa del compartimento de las pilas.

Puesta en funcionamiento de
la estacin meteorolgica
Colocacin de la pila:
j Abra la tapa del compartimento de la batera
de la parte trasera de la estacin meteorolgi-
ca.
j Coloque dos pilas (AA) de 1,5 V (incluidas
en el volumen de suministro) en el compartimento
para pilas 21.

Una vez que ya se han introducido las pilas, la
pantalla LCD muestra la temperatura interior 5 y
la humedad del aire 3 . La estacin meteorolgica
inicia la recepcin de la seal del sensor exterior.
Tras recibir con xito la seal del sensor exterior,

aparece despus de aprox. 1 minuto la temperatura
exterior 7 en la pantalla LCD.
Advertencia: Durante la recepcin de la seal no
cambie la estacin meteorolgica de lugar. De lo
contrario podran producirse fallos en la recepcin.
Tras la recepcin correcta de la seal del sensor
exterior, la estacin meteorolgica inicia la recepcin
de la seal de radiofrecuencia. Este proceso puede
requerir hasta 7 minutos y en la pantalla LCD par-
padear el smbolo 15.
Tras recibir correctamente la seal de radiofrecuencia
DCF, se mostrar el smbolo 15 permanente en
la pantalla LCD.
Si en el momento de la puesta en marcha no fuera
posible una sincronizacin con el reloj atmico,
cambie inmediatamente el lugar de emplazamiento
de la estacin meteorolgica (p. ej. cerca de una
ventana).
j En caso de ser necesario realice un nuevo
inicio de la estacin meteorolgica, si sta no
trabaja correctamente. Para esto pulse la tecla
ADJUST 12.
En este caso, si se producen problemas en la recep-
cin, cambie el emplazamiento del reloj (p. ej. cerca
de una ventana).
Si la recepcin de la seal de radiofrecuencia con-
tinuara fallando, puede ajustar manualmente la hora
y la fecha (vase Ajuste manual de la hora / fecha
manualmente).

Montaje en la pared
Nota: Para este paso de trabajo necesitar un
taladro y un destornillador de estrella.
m PRECAUCIN! PELIGRO DE HERIDAS,
DE MUERTE Y DE DAOS MATERIALES! Lea
atentamente las indicaciones de manejo y seguridad
de su taladro.
ADVERTENCIA! PELIGRO MORTAL!
Asegrese de no taladrar conductos de agua, gas o
corriente cuando perfore la pared. En caso necesario,
realice una comprobacin con un buscador de lnea
antes de perforar la pared.

Estacin meteorolgica
j Marque el oricio de perforacin ( aprox.
7 mm) en la pared.
j Perfore el agujero con un taladro.
j Introduzca el taco 23 en el oricio taladrado.
j Introduzca el tornillo 24 en el taco 23 con un
destornillador de estrella.
j Cuelgue la estacin meteorolgica colocando
el enganche 20 en el tornillo 24.

Sensor exterior
j Marque el oricio de perforacin ( aprox.
5 mm) en la pared.
j Perfore el agujero con un taladro.
j Introduzca el taco 28 en el oricio taladrado.
j Introduzca el tornillo 29 en el taco 28 con un
destornillador de estrella.
j Cuelgue el sensor exterior colocando el en-
ganche 26 en el tornillo 29.

Nota: Escoja una ubicacin cubierta para el sensor
exterior y no lo coloque demasiado cerca de la
estacin meteorolgica (por ej. separado por una
pared). Asegrese de que el sensor exterior no entre
en contacto con agua ni est expuesto a la radiacin
solar directa. Los aparatos electrnicos pueden
interferir en la recepcin de seales.

Colocar la estacin
meteorolgica
j Inserte el pie 22 en la parte inferior de la esta-
cin meteorolgica.
Q
Manejo
La recepcin de la seal de radiofrecuencia DCF
puede alterarse o interrumpirse en el lugar de insta-
lacin de la estacin meteorolgica. En ese caso, es
posible realizar manualmente los ajustes en el apa-
rato.
Q
Ajuste manual
de la hora / fecha
1. Pulse la tecla CLOCK 14 y mantngala pulsada
por 3 segundos aprox. La indicacin de la
hora 9 parpadea.
2. Pulse la tecla ADJUST 12 para ajustar el valor
deseado.
Consejo: mantenga pulsada la tecla ADJUST
12. De este modo conseguir ajustar ms rpi-
do el valor. Este modo de ajuste rpido tambin
puede emplearse para las dems conguracio-
nes. Si durante los aprox. 30 segundos siguien-
tes no se presiona ninguna tecla, la pantalla

LCD recupera automticamente su visualiza-
cin estndar.
3. Pulse la tecla CLOCK 14 para conrmar su
entrada. El indicador de minutos de la hora 9
parpadea.
4. Repita los pasos 2. y 3. para ajustar los valores
para los minutos, segundos, ao 17 y fecha 8
(mes y da).
Advertencia: La indicacin de segundos
slo se puede restablecer a 00.
5. La pantalla LCD se encuentra posteriormente
de nuevo en la visualizacin estndar.
Q
Visualizar el indicador de
horario de verano (DST)
El horario de verano se mostrar automticamente
en la pantalla LCD con el smbolo s 16. La seal
de radiofrecuencia DCF determina si nos encontra-
mos en horario de verano o no.
Q
Ajuste de la alarma
j Pulse y mantenga pulsada la tecla ALARM 13
durante aprox. 3 segundos.
Advertencia: Si anteriormente ha sido ajustada
una alarma, aparece la hora de la alarma
ajustada en la pantalla LCD y la indicacin AL.
De lo contrario, aparecern las indicaciones
0:00 y AL.
j Pulse brevemente la tecla ALARM 13. El indi-
cador de horas parpadea.
j Pulse la tecla ADJUST 12 para ajustar el valor
deseado.
j Pulse la tecla ALARM 13 para conrmar su
entrada. El indicador de minutos parpadea.

j Pulse la tecla ADJUST 12 para ajustar el valor
deseado.
j Pulse la tecla ALARM 13 para conrmar su
entrada.
j La pantalla LCD regresa automticamente a la
visualizacin estndar (hora 9 ).
Q
Encender / apagar la alarma
j Pulse y mantenga pulsada la tecla ALARM 13
durante aprox. 3 segundos. La hora de alarma
ajustada aparece en la pantalla LCD.
j Pulse la tecla ADJUST 12 para activar o des-
activar la alarma.
Advertencia: Si la alarma est ajustada apa-
recer la indicacin sobre la indicacin AL.
Advertencia: Si no pulsa ninguna tecla en
aprox. 30 Sekunden, la pantalla LCD volver
automticamente a la visualizacin estndar.
j La seal de alarma suena durante aprox.
2 minutos, en el momento que se alcanza la
hora de la alarma ajustada. Despus del tras-
curso de 2 minutos la seal de la alarma cesa
automticamente.
Para conectar la seal de alarma, pulse una de
las teclas MEMORY 11, ADJUST 12, ALARM 13
o CLOCK 14.
Advertencia: La seal de alarma suena
cada da a la hora ajustada.

Uso de la funcin de
retraso de la alarma
j Durante la seal de la alarma, pulse la tecla

/ REGISTER 10 para activar la funcin de
retraso de la alarma.

seal de alarma vuelve a emitir un sonido con
un intervalo de 5 minutos.

Visualizacin de la temperatura
En la pantalla LCD se muestra la temperatura actual
interior 5 y la exterior 7 .
j Pulse y mantenga pulsada la tecla ADJUST 12
durante aprox. 3 segundos. La indicacin C
parpadea.
j Pulse la tecla ADJUST 12 para seleccionar
entre la escala de temperatura C y F.
j Pulse la tecla MEMORY 11 para conrmar su
entrada.

Visualizacin de
la humedad del aire
La humedad del aire actual 3 se muestra en la
pantalla LCD. Mediante el indicador de confort 2
se divide la humedad del aire en tres categoras.
Las indicaciones tienen los siguientes signicados:
WET = Humedad del aire 3 > 70 %
COMFORT = Humedad del aire 3 40 - 70 %,
DRY = Humedad del aire 3 < 40 %

Puesta en marcha
del pronstico meteorolgico
Advertencia: Tenga en cuenta siempre la previsin
del tiempo indicada por el servicio meteorolgico
local. Si se presentasen discrepancias entre su apa-

rato y el servicio local del clima por favor guese
segn su servicio meteorolgico local.

Advertencia: Segn el intervalo memory ajustado,
se mostrarn en la pantalla LCD los valores mnimos /
mximos generales del da o de la semana.
j Pulse 1 x la tecla MEMORY 11 para mostrar
los valores mximos 4 y mnimos 6 para la
temperatura interior (IN) as como los valores
mximos para la humedad del aire 3 .
j Pulse de nuevo la tecla MEMORY 11 par
mostrar los valores mximos 4 y mnimos 6
para la temperatura exterior (OUT) as como
los valores mnimos para la humedad del aire 3 .
j Pulse la tecla ADJUST 12 para restablecer los
valores mnimos / mximos.
j Pulse de nuevo la tecla MEMORY 11 para
volver a la visualizacin estndar.

Uso del formato 12 / 24 horas
j Pulse 3 x la tecla CLOCK 14.
j Pulse la tecla ADJUST 12 para seleccionar el
formato de hora de 12 horas o 24 horas.
Advertencia: El smbolo AM se mostrar en
la pantalla LCD cuando est ajustado el formato
de 12 horas, indicando que la hora corresponde
a la maana. El smbolo PM, tambin mostrado
con el formato de 12 horas, indicar que la
hora corresponde a la tarde.

Ajuste de la zona horaria
Su estacin meteorolgica recibe la seal DCF 77
de Frncfort y est programada con el tiempo
estndar de Greenwich.
j Pulse 5 x la tecla CLOCK 14. La indicacin +0
parpadea.

j Pulse la tecla ADJUST 12 para ajustar la zona
horaria deseada (-2 horas hasta +2 horas).
Advertencia: Si se encuentra en un pas en
el que se sigue recibiendo la seal DCF pero
en el que la hora actual diere, puede utilizar
los ajustes de zona horaria para ajustar la hora
a la actual. Si se encuentra, por ejemplo, en un
pas en el que la hora local es una hora ms
que la hora en Europa Central, ajuste la zona
horaria en + 01. La hora todava se rige por el
DCF pero se muestra en una hora ms.

Cambiar las pilas
Debe cambiar las pilas si la pantalla LCD no es legi-
ble o la seal del sensor exterior se ha interrumpido.
j Retire la tapa del compartimento de la batera
de la parte trasera del sensor exterior o de la
estacin meteorolgica.
j Retire las bateras consumidas.
j Introduzca dos nuevas pilas (AA) de 1,5 V
en el compartimento de las pilas 21 o 27.

Solucin de problemas
Nota: El aparato contiene componentes electrnicos.
No coloque el aparato cerca de fuentes de interfe-
rencias como telfonos mviles, apa ratos de radio,
radios CB, mandos a distancia, microondas, etc. La
recepcin de la seal de radiofrecuencia podra
disminuir.
j Retire este tipo de aparatos del alcance de la
estacin meteorolgica / del sensor exterior, o
retire brevemente las bateras de la estacin
meteorolgica / del sensor exterior, cuando la
pantalla muestre averas.
Q
Limpieza y mantenimiento
j Limpie el aparato slo por fuera con un pao
suave y seco.
j Por ninguna razn permita que caiga agua en
el sensor externo (p. ej. de una manguera de
jardn). El sensor externo solamente tiene pro-
teccin contra la lluvia en la parte superior.
Q
Eliminacin

El embalaje est compuesto por mate-
riales no contaminantes que pueden ser
eliminados en el centro de reciclaje local.
Puede averiguar las posibilidades de eliminacin
del producto estropeado en la administracin de
su comunidad o ciudad.

Indicazioni di carattere generale
m ATTENZIONE! Scegliendo il luogo di installa-
zione della stazione meteo assicurarsi che essa
non sia esposta allirraggiamento diretto del sole,
a vibrazioni, polvere, calore, freddo e umidit.
Non posizionare la stazione meteo e i sensori
esterni nei pressi di fonti di calore, quali ad
esempio caloriferi. In caso contrario gli appa-
recchi potrebbero subire danni.
j Non posizioni le apparecchiature vicino a fonti
di disturbo quali televisore, computer, muri grossi,
nestre thermopen ecc. Le trasmissioni radio tra
le apparecchiature in questo modo potrebbero
essere diminuite.
j Si assicuri che le apparecchiature posizionate
una vicino allaltra non vengano messe in fun-
zione con la stessa frequenza di 433 MHz.
Queste apparecchiature potrebbero causare
un disturbo del collegamento radio.
j Non posizioni le apparecchiature vicino o su
piattaforme di metallo. La trasmissione radio tra
le apparecchiature potrebbe essere diminuita.
Segnale radio (DCF):
Il segnale DCF (emettitore del segnale orario) con-
siste in impulsi di tempo che vengono trasmessi da
uno tra i pi precisi orologi al mondo, posto nelle
vicinanze di Francoforte sul Meno, in Germania.
Esso ha uno scostamento di 1 secondo in un milione
di anni.

in condizioni ottimali no ad una distanza di circa
1.500 km da Francoforte sul Meno.

Messa in funzione
del sensore esterno
Inserimento delle batterie:
j Rimuovere il coperchio del vano portabatterie
posto sul retro del sensore esterno.
j Inserire due batterie da 1,5 V di tipo AA (in-
cluse nella fornitura) nel vano portabatterie 27.
Nota: Assicurarsi che la polarit sia corretta.
Questa viene indicata nel vano portabatterie 27
(vedi anche la g. C).
Il sensore esterno ora pronto per funzionare
e il LED di controllo 25 si illumina brevemente.
j Chiudere il coperchio del vano portabatterie.

Avvio della stazione meteo
Inserimento delle batterie:
j Aprire il coperchio del vano portabatterie posto
sul retro della stazione meteo.
j Inserire due batterie da 1,5 V di tipo AA (in-
cluse nella fornitura) nel vano portabatterie 21.
Questa viene indicata nel vano portabatterie 21
(vedi anche la g. B).
Non appena le batterie sono state inserite, il display
a cristalli liquidi visualizza la temperatura interna 5
e lumidit 3 . La stazione meteo avvia la procedura
di ricezione del segnale del sensore esterno. Una
volta ricevuto il segnale del sensore esterno, dopo

circa 1 minuto sul display a cristalli liquidi appare
la temperatura esterna 7 .
Nota: Mentre la procedura di ricezione in corso
non modicare la posizione della stazione meteo.
In caso contrario vi possono essere disturbi nella
ricezione.
Una volta ricevuto il segnale del sensore esterno la
stazione meteo avvia la ricezione del segnale radio.
Questa procedura pu durare no a 7 minuti e viene
visualizzata sul display a cristalli liquidi da un sim-
bolo 15 lampeggiante.
Una volta ricevuto il segnale radio DCF il simbolo
15 viene visualizzato sul display a cristalli liquidi
in modo costante.
Qualora al momento dellavvio non fosse possibile
alcuna sincronizzazione con lorologio atomico, per
prima cosa cambiare la posizione della stazione
meteo (mettendola ad esempio nei pressi di una
nestra).
j Qualora la stazione meteo non funzionasse pi
regolarmente, eettuare un nuovo avvio della
stessa. A tale scopo premere il tasto ADJUST 12.
La ricezione pu essere notevolmente limitata da
ostacoli (ad esempio pareti in calcestruzzo) o da
fonti di disturbo (ad esempio altri apparecchi elettrici).
Qualora la ricezione del segnale orario continuasse
a essere disturbata, possibile impostare lorario e
la data anche manualmente (vedi il capitolo Impo-
stazione manuale di orario / data).

cessario controllare la parete con un localizzatore
di tubazioni.

j Appendere la stazione meteo alla vite 24 con
il dispositivo di sospensione 20.

j Appendere il sensore esterno con il dispositivo
di sospensione 26 alle viti 29.

Nota: Scegliere una posizione coperta per il sen-
sore esterno e non porlo nelle immediate vicinanze
della stazione meteo (ad esempio, con i due appa-
recchi separati da una parete). Assicurarsi che il
sensore esterno non entri in contratto diretto con
lacqua o con lirraggiamento solare. Gli apparecchi
elettronici possono disturbare la ricezione delle onde
radio.

ne meteo.

Funzionamento
Nel punto in cui stato posta la stazione meteo, la
ricezione del segnale radio DCF pu essere distur-
bata o interrotta. In questo caso vi la possibilit
di impostare lapparecchio manualmente.

Impostazione manuale
di orario / data
1. Premere e mantenere premuto il tasto CLOCK 14
per circa 3 secondi. Lampeggia il dato delle ore
allinterno della visualizzazione dellorario 9 .
2. Per impostare il valore desiderato premere il
tasto ADJUST 12.
Suggerimento: Tenere premuto il tasto
ADJUST 12. In questo modo si ottiene unimpo-
stazione accelerata dei valori. Questa imposta-
zione veloce pu essere utilizzata anche per le
successive procedure di impostazione. Qualora
per ca. 30 secondi non si prema alcun tasto, il

3. Per confermare il dato immesso premere il tasto
CLOCK 14. Lampeggia il dato dei minuti allin-

anno 17 e data 8 (mese e giorno) ripetere i
passi 2 e 3 precedentemente descritti.
Nota: La visualizzazione dei secondi pu
essere resettata solamente al valore 00.
5. In seguito il display a cristalli liquidi si trova
nuovamente nella visualizzazione standard.

Visualizzazione dellora legale
Lora legale viene visualizzata automaticamente sul
display a cristalli liquidi attraverso il simbolo s 16.
Il segnale radio DCF stabilisce se lora legale in
corso o meno.

rior e exterior em Celsius (C) ou Fahrenheit (F) e a
humidade do ar interior em % RH (% relative humi-
dity = % humidade do ar relativa) assim como os
seus valores mnimos e mximos. Os restantes valores
do visor da estao meteorolgica referem-se s
previses meteorolgicas, hora no formato de
12- / 24-horas, bem como data. Adicionalmente,
a estao meteorolgica possui uma funo de
alarme e de calendrio. O aparelho no se destina
ao uso industrial.

certique-se de que a estao meteorolgica

p, calor, frio e humidade. No coloque a es-
tao meteorolgica e sensor exterior prximo
de fontes trmicas, tais como aquecedores. Caso
contrrio, os aparelhos podem car danicados.
j No instale os aparelhos nas proximidades de
fontes de interferncia tais como televisores,
computadores, muros densos, janelas de vidro
duplo, etc. A radiotransmisso entre os apare-
lhos pode diminuir.
j Certique-se de que os aparelhos contguos no
funcionam com a mesma frequncia de 433 MHz.
Estes aparelhos podero causar interferncias
na ligao por rdio.
j No instale os aparelhos junto ou sobre placas
metlicas. A radiotransmisso entre os aparelhos
pode ser reduzida.
Sinal de radiofrequncia (DCF):
O sinal DCF (emissor de sinal horrio) consiste em
impulsos temporais, emitidos por um dos relgios
mais precisos do mundo, nas proximidades de
Frankfurt / Main, Alemanha varia 1 segundo num
milho de anos.
Em condies ideais, a sua estao meteorolgica
recebe estes sinais at uma distncia de cerca de
1.500 km de Frankfurt / Main.

j Abra a tampa do compartimento das pilhas da
parte traseira da estao meteorolgica.

Assim que as pilhas estiverem colocadas, o visor LC
indica a temperatura interior 5 e a humidade do ar
3 . A estao meteorolgica comea a receber o
sinal do sensor exterior. Aps a recepo bem su-
cedida do sinal do sensor exterior, surge, aprox. 1 mi-
nuto depois, a temperatura exterior 7 no visor LC.
Nota: Durante a recepo, no mude a localizao
da estao meteorolgica. Caso contrrio, podem
surgir interferncias na recepo.
A estao meteorolgica d incio, aps a recepo
bem sucedida do sinal do sensor exterior, recepo
do sinal de radiofrequncia. Este procedimento pode

demorar at 7 minutos e indicado no visor LC
atravs do smbolo intermitente 15.
Em caso de recepo bem sucedida do sinal de
radiofrequncia, o smbolo 15 permanece con-
tinuamente no visor LC.
Se, no momento da colocao em funcionamento,
no for possvel a sincronizao com o relgio
atmico, altere primeiro a localizao da estao
meteorolgica (por ex. para prximo de uma janela).
j Reinicie a estao meteorolgica quando esta
no funcionar devidamente. Para tal, prima a
tecla ADJUST 12.
A recepo do sinal pode ser limitada de forma signi-
cativa por obstculos (por ex. paredes em beto)
ou fontes de interferncia (por ex. outros aparelhos
elctricos).
Caso a recepo do sinal de radiofrequncia con-
tinue a ter interferncias, pode congurar manual-
mente a hora e data (ver congurar manualmente
hora / data).

Deste modo o ajuste dos valores ser mais
rpido. Pode fazer uso desta congurao
rpida durante os processos de congurao

dentro de 30 segundos aproximadamente, o
visor LCD regressa automaticamente indica-

3. Prima a tecla CLOCK 14 para conrmar a sua
congurao. A indicao dos minutos 9 ca

The weather station displays the indoor and outdoor
temperature in Celsius (C) or Fahrenheit (F), the
indoor relative humidity in % RH and their maximum
and minimum levels. The weather station also displays
a weather forecast, the time in 12/24-hour format
and the date. It is also equipped with an alarm and
calendar function. The device is not intended for
commercial use.

General information
m CAUTION! When choosing where to position
the weather station, make sure that it is not
exposed to direct sunlight, vibrations, dust, heat,
cold or moisture. Do not place the weather
station or external sensor near to heat sources,
e.g. radiators, as this may result in damage to
the instruments.
j Do not place the devices near sources of inter-
ference such as television sets, computers, thick
walls, thermopane windows etc. Otherwise the
transmission of radio waves between the devices
may be impaired.
j Please ensure that neighbouring devices are not
operated at the same frequency of 433 MHz.
Such devices may cause interference to the
radio connection.
j Do not place the devices next to or on metal
plates. Otherwise the quality of radio wave
transmission may be reduced.
Radio signal (DCF):
The DCF signal (time signal transmitter) is made up
of time pulses transmitted from one of the highest
precision clocks in the world close to Frankfurt / Main
in Germany - it varies by 1 second in 1 million years.
In ideal conditions, your weather station can pick
up this signal over a distance of up to approx.
1,500 km around Frankfurt / Main.

Setting up the external sensor
Inserting the batteries:
j Remove the battery compartment cover from
the back of the external sensor.
j Insert two 1.5 V batteries (AA) (included) in
the battery compartment 27.
Note: make sure that the polarity is correct. This
is indicated inside the battery compartment 27
(see Fig. C).
The external sensor is now ready for operation
and the indicator LED 25 will ash.
j Close the battery compartment cover.

Setting up the weather station
Inserting the batteries:
j Open the battery compartment cover on the
back of the weather station.
j Place two 1.5 V batteries (AA) (included) in
the battery compartment 21.
Note: take care that the polarity is correct. This
is indicated inside the battery compartment 21
(see Fig. B).
As soon as the batteries have been inserted, the
LCD indicates the indoor temperature 5 and the
humidity 3 . The weather station starts to receive
the signal from the external sensor. When it has
successfully received the external sensor signal, the
outdoor temperature 7 appears on the LCD after
around 1 minute.
Note: do not alter the position of the weather station
when it is picking up the signal, as this can interfere
with reception.

The weather station starts to pick up the radio signal
after it has successfully received the external sensor
signal. This process can take up to 7 minutes and is
indicated on the LCD by the ashing icon 15.
Once the DCF radio signal has been picked up
successfully, the icon 15 is displayed constantly
on the LCD.
If synchronisation with the atomic clock is not possible
during setup, change the position of the weather
station (e.g. to next to a window).
j If the weather station does not work properly, you
can restart it by pressing the ADJUST button 12.
Reception may be seriously restricted by certain
obstacles (e.g. concrete walls) or sources of inter-
ference (e.g. other electrical devices).
If interference with reception of the radio signal con-
tinues, you can also set the time and date manually
(see Setting the time / date manually).

Mounting the product on a wall
Note: You will require an electric drill and a cross-
head screwdriver for this step.

that you do not hit electricity, gas or water lines when

j Mark the position of the hole ( approx. 7 mm)
on the wall.
j Drill the hole with an electric drill.
j Insert the dowel 23 into the drilled hole.
j Using a crosshead screwdriver, screw the
screw 24 into the dowel 23.
j Hang the weather station by placing the hanger
20 on the screw 24.

j Mark the position of the hole ( approx. 5 mm)
on the wall.
j Drill the hole with an electric drill.
j Insert the dowel 28 into the drilled hole.
j Using a crosshead screwdriver, screw the
screw 29 into the dowel 28.
j Hang the external sensor by placing the
hanger 26 on the screw 29.
Note: Choose a sheltered position for the external
sensor, not directly near the weather station (e.g.
separated by a wall). Ensure that the external sensor
does not come into contact with water or direct
sunlight. Electronic devices may adversely aect
the wireless signal reception.

j Place the stand 22 on the underside of the
weather station.

Operation
Reception of the DCF radio signal may be disrupted
or interrupted at the location of the weather station.
In this case you are able to set the instrument
manually.

Setting the time / date manually
1. Press and hold the CLOCK button 14 for approx.
3 seconds. The hours on the time display 9
begin to ash.
2. Press the ADJUST button 12 to set the required
number.
Tip: keep the ADJUST button 12 pressed for
faster time setting. You can also use this option
for the subsequent settings.
If no button is pressed in the space of approx.
30 seconds, the LCD automatically returns to
the standard display.
3. Press the CLOCK button 14 to conrm your
entry. The minutes on the time display 9 start
to ash.
4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 to set the minutes, seconds,
year 17 and date 8 (month and day).
Note: the seconds display can only be reset
to 00.
5. The LCD returns to the standard display after
you have made the settings.

Displaying DST summertime
Summertime is automatically displayed on the LCD
by the s icon 16. The DCF radio signal indicates
to the clock whether or not it is summertime.

Note: if you have already set an alarm, the

Note: This appliance has delicate electronic
components. This means that if it is placed near an
object that transmits radio signals, it could cause
interference. This could be, for example, mobile tel-
ephones, walkie talkies, CB radios, remote controls
and microwaves.
j If the display indicates a problem, move such
objects away from it or remove the batteries for
a short while and then replace them.

j The device should only be cleaned on the
outside with a soft dry cloth.
j Under no circumstances should you spray the
outdoor sensor, e.g. with a garden hose. The
outdoor sensor is only protected against rain

Allgemeine Hinweise
m VORSICHT! Stellen Sie bei der Wahl des Auf-
stellortes sicher, dass die Wetterstation keiner
direkten Sonneneinstrahlung, Vibration, Staub,
Hitze, Klte und Feuchtigkeit ausgesetzt ist. Stellen
Sie Wetterstation und Auenfhler nicht in der
Nhe von Hitzequellen, z. B. Heizkrpern, auf.
Andernfalls droht eine Beschdigung der Gerte.
j Stellen Sie die Gerte nicht in der Nhe von
Strquellen wie Fernseher, Computer, dicken
Mauern, Thermopenfenstern etc. auf. Die Funk-
bertragung zwischen den Gerten kann dadurch
vermindert werden.
j Stellen Sie sicher, dass benachbarte Gerte
nicht mit der gleichen Frequenz von 433 MHz
betrieben werden. Diese Gerte knnen eine
Strung der Funkverbindung verursachen.
j Stellen Sie die Gerte nicht neben oder auf
Metallplatten. Die Funkbertragung zwischen
den Gerten kann vermindert werden.
Funksignal (DCF):
Das DCF Signal (Zeitsignalsender) besteht aus Zeitim-
pulsen, die von einer der genauesten Uhren der Welt,
in der Nhe von Frankfurt / Main, Deutschland,
abgegeben werden sie variiert um 1 Sekunde in
1 Million Jahren.
Ihre Wetterstation empfngt diese Signale unter
optimalen Bedingungen bis zu einer Distanz von
ca. 1.500 km um Frankfurt / Main.

Auenfhler in Betrieb nehmen
Batterien einsetzen:
j Entfernen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung auf
der Rckseite des Auenfhlers.
j Setzen Sie zwei 1,5 V Batterien (AA) (im
Lieferumfang enthalten) in das Batteriefach 27
ein.
Hinweis: Achten Sie auf die korrekte Polaritt.
Diese wird im Batteriefach 27 angezeigt (siehe
auch Abb. C).
Der Auenfhler ist nun betriebsbereit und die
Kontroll-LED 25 blinkt.
j Schlieen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung.

Wetterstation in Betrieb nehmen
Batterien einsetzen:
j nen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung auf der
Rckseite der Wetterstation.
j Setzen Sie zwei 1,5 V Batterien (AA) (im
Lieferumfang enthalten) in das Batteriefach 21
ein.
Diese wird im Batteriefach 21 angezeigt (siehe
auch Abb. B).
Sobald die Batterien eingesetzt sind, zeigt das LC-
Display die Innentemperatur 5 und die Luftfeuchtig-
keit 3 an. Die Wetterstation startet den Empfang des
Auenfhler-Signals. Nach erfolgreichem Empfang
des Auenfhler-Signals erscheint nach ca. 1 Minute
die Auentemperatur 7 im LC-Display.
Hinweis: Wechseln Sie whrend des Empfangs
nicht den Standort der Wetterstation. Andernfalls
kann es zu Empfangsstrungen kommen.

Die Wetterstation startet nach erfolgreichem Empf-
gang des Auenfhler-Signals den Empfang des
Funksignals. Dieser Vorgang kann bis zu 7 Minuten
in Anspruch nehmen und wird im LC-Display durch
das blinkende -Symbol 15 angezeigt.
Nach erfolgreichem Empfang des DCF-Funksignals
wird das --Symbol 15 dauerhaft im LC-Display
angezeigt.
Wenn zum Zeitpunkt der Inbetriebnahme keine
Synchronisation mit der Atomuhr mglich ist, wech-
seln Sie zunchst den Standort der Wetterstation
(z.B. in die Nhe eines Fensters).
j Fhren Sie ggf. einen Neustart der Wetterstation
durch, wenn diese nicht richtig arbeitet. Drcken
Sie dazu die ADJUST-Taste 12.
Der Empfang kann durch Hindernisse (z.B. Beton-
wnde) oder Strquellen (z.B. andere elektrische
Gerte) erheblich eingeschrnkt werden.
Sollte der Empfang des Funksignals weiterhin gestrt
sein, knnen Sie die Uhrzeit und Datum auch manuell
einstellen (siehe Uhrzeit / Datum manuell einstellen).

j Bohren Sie mit einer Bohrmaschine das Loch.
j Stecken Sie den Dbel 28 in das Bohrloch.

dreher die Schraube 29 in den Dbel 28 ein.
j Hngen Sie den Auenfhler mit der Aufhnge-
vorrichtung 26 an der Schraube 29 auf.
Hinweis: Whlen Sie einen berdachten Standort
fr den Auenfhler und positionieren Sie ihn nicht
in unmittelbarer Nhe zur Wetterstation (bspw.
durch eine Wand getrennt). Stellen Sie sicher, dass
der Auenfhler nicht mit Wasser oder direkter
Sonneneinstrahlung in Kontakt kommt. Elektronische
Gerte knnen den Funkempfang stren.

Bedienung
Der Empfang des DCF-Funksignals kann am Aufstellort
der Wetterstation gestrt bzw. unterbrochen sein. In
diesem Fall haben Sie die Mglichkeit, das Gert
manuell einzustellen.

Uhrzeit / Datum
manuell einstellen
1. Drcken und halten Sie die CLOCK-Taste 14 fr
ca. 3 Sekunden gedrckt. Die Stundenanzeige
der Uhrzeit 9 blinkt.
2. Drcken Sie die ADJUST-Taste 12, um den
gewnschten Wert einzustellen.
Tipp: Halten Sie die ADJUST-Taste 12 gedrckt.
So erreichen Sie ein beschleunigtes Einstellen
der Werte. Diese Schnelleinstellung knnen Sie
auch fr die folgenden Einstellvorgnge nutzen.
Wenn Sie innerhalb von ca. 30 Sekunden keine
Taste drcken, kehrt das LC-Display automatisch
zur Standardanzeige zurck.
3. Drcken Sie die CLOCK-Taste 14, um Ihre Ein-
gabe zu besttigen. Die Minutenanzeige der
Uhrzeit 9 blinkt.
4. Wiederholen Sie die Arbeitsschritte 2. und 3.,
um die Werte fr Minuten, Sekunden, Jahr 17
und Datum 8 (Monat und Tag) einzustellen.
Hinweis: Die Sekundenanzeige lsst sich nur
auf 00 zurcksetzen.

Die Sommerzeit wird Ihnen im LC-Display automatisch

ist oder nicht, stellt die Uhr ber das DCF-Funksignal

j Drcken und halten Sie die ALARM-Taste 13
fr ca. 3 Sekunden gedrckt.
Hinweis: Wenn zuvor ein Alarm eingestellt
wurde, erscheint die eingestellte Alarmzeit im

erscheinen die Anzeigen 0:00 und AL.

Zeitzone einstellen
Ihre Wetterstation empfngt das DCF 77 Signal
von Frankfurt und ist auf Greenwich Standard Zeit
voreingestellt.
j Drcken Sie 5 x die CLOCK-Taste 14. Die
Anzeige +0 blinkt.
j Drcken Sie die ADJUST-Taste 12, um die
gewnschte Zeitzone (-2 Stunden bis +2 Stunden)
einzustellen.
Hinweis: Sollten Sie sich in einem Land ben-
den, in dem zwar immer noch das DCF-Signal
empfangen wird, in dem aber die aktuelle
Uhrzeit abweicht, knnen Sie die Zeitzonen-
Einstellung dazu benutzen, um die Uhr auf die
aktuelle Uhrzeit einzustellen. Benden Sie sich
beispielsweise in einem Land, in dem die Ortszeit
eine Stunde vor der Mitteleuropischen Zeit
(MEZ) ist, setzen Sie die Zeitzone auf + 01.
Die Uhr ist nun immer noch DCF gesteuert,
zeigt aber die Uhrzeit eine Stunde mehr an.

Batterien wechseln
Sie sollten die Batterien wechseln, wenn das LC-
Display undeutlich wird bzw. das Signal zum Auen-
fhler unterbrochen ist.
j Entfernen Sie die Batteriefachabdeckung auf der
Rckseite des Auenfhlers bzw der Wetterstation.
j Entfernen Sie die verbrauchten Batterien.
j Setzen Sie je zwei neue 1,5 V Batterien (AA)
in das Batteriefach 21 bzw. 27 ein.
Diese wird im Batteriefach 21 bzw. 27 ange-
zeigt (siehe auch Abb. B + C).

Fehler beheben
Hinweis: Das Gert enthlt elektronische Bauteile.
Stellen Sie das Gert nicht in der Nhe von Str-
quellen wie Mobiltelefone, Funkgerten, CB-Radios,
Fernbedienungen oder Mikrowellen etc. auf. Der
Funkempfang kann dadurch vermindert werden.
j Entfernen Sie solche Gerte aus der Reichweite
der Wetterstation / des Auenfhlers, oder ent-
nehmen Sie kurzzeitig die Batterien aus der
Wetterstation / dem Auenfhler, wenn das
Display Strungen anzeigt.

j Reinigen Sie das Gert nur uerlich mit einem
weichen trockenen Tuch.

chemischen Symbole der Schwermetalle sind wie
folgt: Cd = Cadmium, Hg = Quecksilber, Pb = Blei.
