First off, I want to thank you for your ongoing support of the San Jose Sharks.

This past season ended on an extremely disappointing note for all of us. After a successful regular season that
saw the team finish with 51 wins and 111 points, a breakout season for 40+ goal scorer and U.S. Olympian
Joe Pavelski, as well as the emergence of young players like Tomas Hertl and Matt Nieto, the abrupt end to
our postseason run was not something anyone anticipated.

Gaining a three-games-to-none advantage and failing to close out the series is unacceptable. Although this
organization has made the Stanley Cup Playoffs for ten consecutive seasons (the second-longest streak in the
NHL and third-longest streak in all of professional sports), none of us are satisfied with simply making the
playoffs.

As General Manager Doug Wilson has already stated, the status quo is not an option this off-season.

We are proud of the job our coaching staff has done, especially under some trying circumstances with many
of our key players out of the line-up due to injury this past season. But on the ice, Doug has already
announced several changes and there will likely be more coming.

But the most important ingredient to our success next season is you. The passion and dedication that you fill
SAP Center with each night shows the rest of the NHL what home-ice advantage truly is. Last regular
season, our team posted the second-best home record in the NHL. A huge part of that is because of you.

That is why we want you back next season.

For 2014-15, your season ticket price will remain unchanged. In addition, we are once again offering an
interest-free, six-month payment plan for your added flexibility.

Enclosed, please find your season ticket renewal information for the 2014-15 season. Please refer to the
Renewal Guide for specific payment and upgrade options.

This offseason will be a long one, filled with sincere and hard evaluation. But I truly believe that with your

As A Comerica Bank Club Seat Holder You Can Expect:
2014-15 Club Seat Renewal Guide
As a Club Seat Holder, you may renew your existing seats by returning the enclosed invoice with at least
the minimum payment by Friday, June 13, 2014. Retention of your seats cannot be guaranteed after Friday,
June 13, 2014.
Your season tickets can be purchased with a Visa, MasterCard or American Express, cash (in person),
check or money order (payable to San Jose Sharks).
Return your payment along with your completed invoice in the enclosed envelope, or fax to 408.999.6876.
Pay online at sjsharks.com by selecting My Sharks Account under the Tickets tab on the navigation bar
or you may also scan and email the invoice to your Account Service Manager.
This year we are offering two options to renew your Club season tickets.
Option 1 Six-Month AutoPay Credit Card Only
Make your rst payment of 20% with a Visa, MasterCard, or American Express by Friday, June 13 and check
the AutoPay box on your invoice or online payment form and we will automatically charge your credit card
for the balance.
Six-Month Autopay Schedule

July 11 20% October 10 15%
August 8 15% November 14 15%
Option 2 Three Installments Cash, Check or Money Orders
Make your minimum payment of 40% by Friday, June 13 and we will invoice you for the remaining balance in
two installments. This is not an automatic payment option. Checks payable to San Jose Sharks.

No refunds or credits will be given for payments on seats cancelled after July 17, 2014 all payments and
credits will be forfeited.
To maximize the use of seats at SAP Center, the San Jose Sharks reserve the right to adjust your seat
location when a cancelled seat would result in a single seat.
This season you have the option to manage your season tickets and playoff tickets (if applicable) exclusively
online through My Sharks Account at sjsharks.com instead of receiving commemorative ticket booklets
via mail. If you choose to manage your tickets exclusively online and not receive your commemorative ticket
booklets, your $25.00 handling fee will be waived.
If you choose to pay the handling fee of $25.00 to receive your commemorative ticket booklets, you will still
have the option to manage your tickets online through My Sharks Account at sjsharks.com.
Check the appropriate box on your invoice or online payment form if you would like to exclusively manage
your tickets online and not receive your commemorative ticket booklets.
Want to relocate or add seats to your account? Select-A-Seat Week at SAP Center will give you that
hands-on opportunity to select from all available seat locations. Select-A-Seat will be the week of July 14.
Heres how it works:
Check the appropriate box on your invoice or online payment form.
Select-A-Seat appointment requests must be received by Friday, June 13, 2014.
Minimum payment is required to participate in Select-A-Seat Week.
The Season Ticket Holder of Record will be given a designated appointment time (based on the date
of your original season ticket purchase) during Select-A-Seat Week between 5:00-9:00pm.
Approximately one week prior to Select-A-Seat Week, you will be notied of your designated time. If you
are unable to keep your appointment, you may ll out a Seat Request form and we will do our best to nd
you seats based on your request or you may send an authorized representative in your place. All forms will
be included with your Select-A-Seat appointment information.
If you choose not to relocate, you will retain your current seats.
During your appointment time, you will be able to relocate your existing seats and/or add up to 4 seats.
If you wish to add more than 4 seats, please contact your Account Service Manager.
A minimum of 40% of the total cost for your season tickets will be required at checkout during your
Select-A-Seat appointment.
All seats must remain under the current account name and may not be moved into another account in
the future.
