Its about an ice hockey adaptation, of Swedish origin which makes its
practice indoor possible without a lot of material resources.

In Spain its much practiced as a school content because of its high
educative content (cooperation, team work) and because of the great
recreational possibilities it offers.

In our country there are some affiliate leagues, governed by the
Asociacin Espaola de Unihockey Floorball (AEUF)

Technical elements:

- Hold: The weak hand is placed at the end and the strong hand is placed in
the middle part of the stick to lead and to control the movement. Both
hands will be separated some 20 cm between them. As you can hit the ball
by both sides you can change the hold to control, throw or pass better.

- Reception and control: You have to learn to control the ball when it
arrives to you. To do this, you have to absorb its speed putting back the
stick and leaning it with the side looking at the floor, to avoid the ball
bouncing or jumping over the blade. Once you have stopped it you can get
past, pass or throw.

- Passes and throwings: You must push the ball instead of hitting it to
pass to a team member or to score a goal. In this way you can control the
movement better and you avoid doing a fault to raise the stick over the
knees. The stick gets in touch with the ball when its slightly put back
regarding the advanced foot. The hands do a lever movement, so that, the
strong hand applies its strength in the direction the ball is going to leave
and the weak hand acts as a supporting point. In this movement the ball
runs over some centimeters in contact with the stick before it shoots out.
