• Won complete lubricant business of the largest FuO Engines based IPP, Atlas
Power Generation (225 MW) generating revenue of Rs. 217,000,000/annum
from a single account. Was awarded a Special Recognition award for single
headedly converting a complex prospect into a customer.
• Won Complete lubricants business of Altern Energy, first Deutz engines IPP
reference in Pakistan.
• Prospected and Developed successful Liaison with new OEMs entering the
market e.g. MAN B&W, GE, KPS & Pro Energy Services to facilitate Shell
lubricants sales in their upcoming projects.
2007
• Highest Turnover in the B2B business. Turnover (Rs. 277,000,000),
Accounts Receivables (Rs. 2,000,000), Profits (Rs. 45,000,000)
• Won the AeroShell competition by selling highest volumes of high margin
greases in the cement sector and was awarded with a trip to Dubai.
• Achieved highest forecast accuracy of 79% within the whole Lubricants
organization.
• Won a global sales competition for achieving 120% of revenue and 130% of
receivables targets respectively. Awarded with a VIP trip to Italy to meet
the Shell Global Executive Leadership Team
• Received the highest Individual Performance Factor (IPF) across the B2B
business and secured the ‘Territory Manager of the year’ title
2006
• Posted a year on year volumetric growth of 100% in the Power Sector
business by winning more engines at Japan Power, Southern Electric and
Kohinoor Energy.
