FORMAT FOR PREPARATION OF PROJECT/ TRAINING REPORT FOR
TECH ECE
GUIDELINES FOR STUDENTS
a) The theme / topic of the Project/ Training should be current and based on latest
technology.
b) The candidate has to give a Project/ Training brief or synopsis to the In charge, and
the guide(s) will be assigned to him related to his topic before commencing the
Project/ Training wor.
c) The length of the report may be about !" to #$" page.
d) The Project/ Training must be %ard &ounded with &lac 'olor cover and
(olden te)t. (Other forms of binding will not be accepted).
e) The Project/ Training must be submitted duly signed by the (uide/%*+.
f) The Project/ Training should be neatly typed on one side and in A4 size Paper or
bond paper only.
FOLLO!ING TYPING INSTRUCTIONS SHOULD E FOLLO!ED
i. #.! line spacing should be used for typing the general te)t. The
general te)t shall be justified and typed in the ,ont style -Times .ew /oman0 and
,ont si1e #$.
ii. 2ubheading shall be typed in the ,ont style -Times .ew /oman0
and ,ont si1e #$ and bold.
iii. %eading shall be typed in the ,ont style -Times .ew /oman0 and
,ont si1e #3 and bold.
iv. 'hapter heading types in times new roman with font si1e #4 and
bold.
v. Page numbers shall start from %eading Intro"#$t%on inner pages
of report. 'ertificates and rest pages will be mared in /oman .umbers.

Students are advised to get their Project/ Training Report checked /
scrutinized from Project/ Training Guide / HOD before taking printout

SUMISSION OF PROJECT/ TRAINING&

2ubmission of Project/ Training should reach the department on prescribed date. The
Project/ Training report should accompany various supporting documents as described in
below paragraphs. There is no need for any synopsis at this time to be submitted for the
Project/ Training chosen. The student can directly submit their Project/ Training report in
prescribed format. The student is re5uired to submit hard copies of the Project/ Training
report hardly bound in &lac 'over and (olden Te)t. 2tudent is also re5uired to submit
'oft$op%e' on CD/D(D (full source code in woring condition, +atabase with +ummy
+ata and 7dditional re5uired installation files if re5uired any, Project/ Training report,
presentation).
7long with this, student should also eep the soft copy of the Project/ Training,
Presentation and the Project/ Training report ready for the viva9voce and presentation if
re5uired by the :)aminer.

Chapter 1 starts with a brief introduction of sensor network, system architecture and
design issues, difference between sensor network vs traditional networks, challenges of
sensor network, clustering in WSN and application of sensors followed by the motivation
of this work.
