DECREE
This matter comes on for final determination before the Court on the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage filed by the Petitioner.
The Court finds that the Respondent has been duly served with a proper Original Notice. That the Court has urisdiction over the parties and the subect matter herein.
The Court hears the proof and the corroboration of this matter and finds that the facts are as alleged in the Petition and the Petitioner is entitled to the relief included herein.
The Court finds that the ninety day waiting period from the date service upon the Respondent of the Original Notice and Petition has been waived. The Court also finds that further conciliation would not result in reconciliation and therefore! further conciliation should be waived.
That there has been a brea"down of the marriage relationship to the e#tent that the legitimate obects of matrimony have been destroyed and there remains no reasonable li"elihood that the marriage can be preserved. E-FILED 2014 MAY 16 11:03 AM SAC - CLERK OF DISTRICT COURT
The Court further finds that the parties hereto have entered into a $tipulation as to property settlement% and the Court finds that the $tipulation is fair as to both parties concerned! and the same is incorporated in this Decree and made a part hereof as fully as if set forth at length herein and shall be binding upon both parties involved in this action.
THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the marriage of &ic"y 'ea (iley and )regory Matthew (iley is hereby dissolved and terminated.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the $tipulation and Property $ettlement *greement entered into by these parties is made a part of this Decree! and the same is binding upon both parties hereto.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that conciliation procedures in this dissolution of marriage are waived.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that all court costs are to be paid by the Petitioner.
