How to e-file Annual Statement

i. Publishers are requested to file their annual statements for 2013-14 online at official
website of RNI i.e. http:\\rniefiling.gov.in.

ii. They need to register themselves first by clicking on the link as shown below:-















iii. When the link is clicked publishers would be redirected to a new page for
registering themselves wherein they need to enter their Registration number.
After entering Registration number press tab key for automatic filling up of
publisher name. If your registration number is in the form of Regn No/Year i.e.
12513/1976,you are required to enter the number as 12513 only. In case of
new registration no the number should be in 5 digits.If not please put
zero/zeros before number i.e. DELHIN/2008/01246.

















iv. After successful registration a confirmation message would be displayed on screen
and computer generated IPIN number would be conveyed to the publishers through
SMS and email on their registered email and mobile number.

v.After registration process, proceed to login page by clicking on the home page as
indicated by the arrow.



vi.After the publisher has successfully logged in, a welcome page would be displayed
wherein he would be required to fill up Form II as shown in the figure below.



vii. if the publisher has digital signatures he would be required to attach digital
signatures and also the scanned copy of CA certificate.



viii.After clicking on the above depicted link, the publisher would be redirected to a
page wherein they can attach their digital signature and also scanned CA Certificate.







ix. during filling up of part B. i.e. circulation figure, proceed to next month only after
the average has been calculated and shown in column (1) as depicted in following
figure:-






x. After submission of Form II, take the print out of Form II by clicking on the link
below.


xi.In case of daily press publications you are required to fill up Annexure X only after
submitting Form II.



xii.Annexure X is divided into three parts and all the three parts that need to be completed
and submitted.

Third Part



After successful submission of Annexure X you can take the print out after logout.











In case you do not remember your password you can change your password by clicking on
Forgot password option as shown below.



When you click a page will be displayed that will ask your details and after submitting the
form a password reset link will be sent to your registered mail-id.





The same process would be carried out in case you forget your IPIN.

Note:-
1. In case your account gets locked,It will automatically get unlocked.
