The Office of Student Services and Development is primarily tasked to guide students in all of their life and to assist them in finishing their course that they have chosen. Also, the Office of Student Services and Development (OSSD) offers methods or devices to obtain necessary information in organiing effective training and assistance to enhance skills and kno!ledge of individuals to make them an efficient learner. The follo!ing student services are envisioned to assist students cope up !ith their college life. The ability to understand one is an unfolding process that continues throughout his life i.e., greatly influenced by social interaction. To understand human behavior, !e need to assume and enhance one. "n this regard, the Office of Student Services and Development as an integral part of the educational institution assists the student in the formulation of a realistic self concept !hich takes place into account the elements of the !orld he lives. #ith its given ob$ectives, it could provide students opportunities to the different services that the college could offer. Specifically, it sought to ans!ers the follo!ing &uestions' (. #hat is the perceptions of the students to!ards the student assistance services program be described in the follo!ing areas' a. )uidance, counseling, and testing* b. Student organiation and discipline* c. Student publication services* d. Scholarship and student assistantship services* e. Student housing services* f. +edical and dental services* g. Admission and registration services* h. ,ood services* i. Sports services and cultural services* $. -ibrary and museum services* and 1 k. "nformation and communication technology services. /. #hat is the implication of the study to the Office of Student Services and Development. S'$pe and Dei#i"a"i$n This study covered all services offered by the %ollege to students, namely' () guidance services, /) student organiation and discipline, 0) student publication, 1) scholarship and student assistance, 2) Student housing, 3) medical and dental, 4) admission and registration services, 5) food services, 6) sports services and cultural services, (7) library and museum services, and (() information and communication technology services. This study covered all the five institutes of the %ollege, including the -aboratory School. METHODOLOG( This study used the descriptive survey method. A &uestionnaire developed by the Office of the Student Services and Development !as used to determine the perceptions of the students to!ards the college student assistance services !hich covered the follo!ing' () guidance services, /) student organiation and discipline, 0) student publication, 1) scholarship and student assistance, 2) Student housing, 3) medical and dental, 4) admission and registration services, 5) food services, 6) sports services and cultural services, (7) library and museum services, and (() information and communication technology services. C$e'"i$n $% Da"a Data !ere gathered through the use of the &uestionnaire and personal intervie! !ith the students. The &uestionnaire used is the ,orm 8 (4 of the Office of the Student Services and Development. ,ollo! up intervie! is also conducted to validate the ans!ers of the respondents to the &uestionnaire given. This research !as conducted from October 9 :ovember /7(0. Sa#pin) Pr$'ed!re The simple random sampling !as used in determining the number of the respondents.
