1.0 Introduction

In the mid-nineties, after spending the preceding decade studying metaphysics and the power of
human potential, Simone M. Matthews was awakened to a vision of establishing a metaphysical
school that inspired people to live life outside of the box and be active participants in creating
conscious evolutionary change.

After completing her medical studies in Naturopathy, Herbal Medicine, Nutrition and Body/Mind
Medicine, Simone founded Indigo Natural Therapies (INT) here in Australia, a multi-modality
healing centre, dedicated to empowering people to heal from the inside out. Throughout this time,
Simone was also awakening to the cherished wisdoms of our ancient ancestors and began
teaching these sacred universal insights and profound healing tools through one-on-one
consultations, meditation nights/events and through her website SimoneMMatthews.com

In 2003, Simone M. Matthews formalised her school naming it The Universal Life Tools
Metaphysical School of Healing (ULTMSH). The school offered weekend workshops, Practitioner
(and later Teacher courses) in the ancient healing modalities Crystal Light Healing

& Essence of
Angels
.


(CLH) was founded and later formally established by Simone in 2003 to
awaken people to crystalline wisdom and empower them to weave together ancient traditional
healing with leading-edge quantum physics and conscious evolutionary principles. Though only
officially established in 2003, Simone had been using CLH in her own healing centre for many
years, and included many of the principles of CLH in her teaching/meditation evenings through
INT.

Essence of Angels

(EofA) was founded and later launched by Simone in 2006 to empower people
to heal themselves (body/mind/spirit), to awaken intuitive/psychic abilities and to accelerate
spiritual development and personal transformation. Though only publicly launched in 2006 as a
practitioner course, Simone had been exploring/studying sacred geometry, metaphysics and the
elements of creation for over 20 years, and had been creating/using the Essences in her healing
centre for many years with hundreds of successful case histories supporting their efficacy.

UniversalLifeTools.com website (ULT) was then established by Simone in 2007 (replacing
SimoneMMatthews.com) as a free on-line resource of inspiring events, multi-media
transformational tools, and community support that empowers people to awaken to their greatest
passions, ignite their highest aspirations, and create a life filled with meaning, purpose and infinite
LOVE. ULT supports the operations of the ULT Metaphysical School of Healing and disseminates
all course information to a global audience.

For many years, Simone has held the vision of training like minded souls to become Masters and
Teachers of Crystal Light Healing
and Essence of Angels
Healing Modalities. In 2008, Simone

facilitated the first Crystal Light Healing
V Teachers Module and after five years of facilitating

this course, Simone has graduate Crystal Light Healing
Teachers around Australia, Canada, New

The Essence of Angels
Teachers Course was offered for the first time in 2012, qualifying students
with a Certificate of Metaphysical Healing Essence of Angels Master Teacher. Simone now has
graduate Essence of Angels
Teachers around Australia, Canada and New Zealand.

It is Simones vision to promote Master Teachers all around the world teaching the principles of

UniversalLifeTools.com website was officially birthed on the 19 March 2007, replacing the
SimoneMMatthews.com website. The information within ULT is designed to provide tools for the
evolution of humanity, helping all souls grow and accomplish their highest soul purpose in this
physical experience here of Earth.

What is incorporated within UniversalLifeTools.com

The ULT web site incorporates free information including meditations,
videos, audios, articles and news updates of current events, blog etc..

Crystal Light Healing Levels I, II & III

There are three levels of Crystal Light Healing (CLH) covering the theory and practical application
of using crystalline wisdom for healing and personal development. The 2-day workshops may be
completed in any order, as there are no pre-requisites.

The CLH workshops are designed for people of all ages and levels of experience. The workshops
are particularly suited to:

~ Hands on Healing Practitioners eg Reiki, Crystals;
~ Intuitive Readers & / or Vibrational Essence Practitioners;
~ Massage Therapists / Body Workers / Osteopaths;
~ Health practitioners wishing to broaden their range of modalities for healing;
~ Students or those guided to establish A CLH practice;
~ Everyone else with a passionate love of Crystals, from the novice to the spiritually adept !

On Completion of CLH I, II & III students qualify for a Certificate of Metaphysical Healing Crystal
Light Healing Practitioner (CLHP) and registration on the Practitioners Directory located on the

CLH is also accredited with the International Institute for Complementary Therapists (IICT) and the
Oriental Health Practitioners Association of Australia (OHPAA). Thus as a qualified CLH
Practitioner (CLHP) one can apply to the Institute/Association for full membership (Australia, New
Zealand, UK), and enjoy benefits such as International Practitioner recognition, professional

Crystal Light Healing Level IV Advanced Level

After being awarded your Certificate of Metaphysical Healing Crystal Light Healing Practitioner
(ie after completing CLH levels I, II & III), practitioners then have the opportunity of undertaking
more advanced study at CLH Level IV (please note minimum pre-requisite to attend CLH IV is CLH
III or Essence of Angels 2 day workshops).

CLH Level IV is facilitated by Simone Matthews, where she takes practitioners on an experiential
journey around the twelve points of the Crystal Light Healing Symbol (the double Merkabah) to re-
discover their multi-dimensional selves.

Attendees will delight in journeying through the Sacred Mystery Schools of Atlantis, Lemuria, Egypt
and visiting the Pleiades, Sirius and their own stellar origins. The journey will involve re-
connecting with the 13 Sacred Keys of Creation (Universal Wisdoms referred to as the Divine
Emanations) in order to work with ones past gifts and competently access ones future gifts, to
make this great shift beyond 2012 a peaceful & loving journey for all humanity.

Crystal Light Healing Level V Teacher Module

The pre-requisite for CLH V is completion of CLH Levels I, II, III & IV). Please note that it is
possible to study CLH I to IV concurrently whilst undertaking CLH V Teachers Module and the
workshops are included as part of the CLH V course cost.

After completion of CLH V, you graduate with a Master of Metaphysical Healing - Crystal Light
Healing Teacher Certificate (MCLHT), enabling you to teach your own Crystal Light Healing
Workshops for levels I, II & III within Australia or Internationally.

Crystal Light Healing Vibrational Tools

Throughout the five Crystal Light Healing Course levels we use both physical and etheric crystals
for healing as well as colour, sound, light, essences, oils and sacred symbols. These frequencies
are resonated through the subtle bodies, octahedron body of light and higher/lower multi-
dimensional vibrational portals to stimulate self-healing, and release dis-ease.

CLH Levels I to III are compulsory pre-requisites to CLH V Teachers Module. CLH Level IV is not
compulsory, however highly recommended.

CLH Levels I to IV - Summary

Crystal Light Healing (CLH) is a journey about discovering who you are, where you come from and
what your purpose is during this lifetime. Crystal Light Healing empowers people to become the
authors of their own experiences, co-creators of their realities and hence lead authentic and
fulfilling lives.

The workshops provide you with the tools necessary to use crystals to channel energy for yourself,
family and/or establish a healing practice. Crystalline energy helps unite people again in peace,
love and harmony!creating a Heaven here on Earth.

The workshop series is a transformative experience of personal growth, spiritual reconnection and
divine understanding. A nurturing and uniting of the One Heart.

CLH I - Overview

The CLH I workshop is the first workshop in the CLH series. The CLH I, II & III workshops may be
completed in any order and there are no pre-requisites.
The primary aim of this workshop is for students to open their hearts to ancient crystalline wisdom,
and understand how when we master this wisdom we are empowered to express without boundary
our soul purpose.

CLH II - Overview
The primary aim of this workshop is to awaken students to the Crystalline Matrix (Octahedron auric
field) of the body, its energetic levels and how to consciously work with the primary energy centres
such as the Earth Star & Soul Star to name a few.
Students complete the course understanding where their Soul Journey fits in with Crystalline
Earth, the Solar System, Galaxy and with all of Creation. Students also graduate with
competencies in hands on Crystal Light Healing, distance healing for personal/client/planetary
healing and crystalline essence grid making.

CLH III - Overview
The primary aim of this workshop is to awaken students to Crystalline Sacred Geometry, to
understand how our Crystalline Matrix and auric field is formed, as well as understanding in a
broader context the creation of Crystalline Earth, the Solar System, Galaxy and all of Creation
through the 8 (13) Dimensions.
Students complete the course with an awakened understanding of Oneness, and a deep
reverence for the wisdoms of Lemuria & Atlantis. Students also graduate with competencies in
activating and attuning DNA to support the awakening of self/clients and to be active participants in
the Quantum Shift of Earth into the Golden Age.

CLH IV - Overview

The CLH IV workshop is the fourth workshop in the CLH series. CLH III/Essence of Angels is the
minimum pre-requisite required for students to attend CLH IV. Students however are warmly
advised to attend CLH Levels I, II & III prior to attending CLH IV, in order to receive the most from
this advanced event.

The CLH IV workshop is designed for people who are serious about their spiritual growth in this
lifetime, and wish to connect on deeper levels to their full authentic selves. The workshop is for
people who are committed to soul growth, and wish to fulfill the highest level of their soul purpose
in this lifetime.

During the CLH IV workshop, participants take an experiential journey around the twelve points of
the Crystal Light Healing Symbol (the double Merkabah) to re-discover their multi-dimensional
selves.

Participants journey through the Sacred Mystery Schools of Atlantis, Lemuria, Egypt and visiting
the Pleiades, Sirius as well as merging once more with their stellar origins. Connecting with the
Wise Ones, Elders and Priest/Priestesses of the Mystery Schools, participants experience each of

The Crystal Light Healing Teachers Course is a nine day face-to-face course facilitated by Simone
M. Matthews, whereby students graduate with a Master of Metaphysical Healing - Crystal Light

On graduation, as a MCLHT you will be able to teach your own Crystal Light Healing Workshops

Who Should Undertake the CLH V Teachers Course ?
CLH V Module is designed for those people who have a passion in their hearts for teaching, and
wish to help others who are committed to soul growth, and wish to fulfill the highest level of their
soul purpose in this lifetime.
You will know in your heart whether teaching CLH is right for you. If fear is holding you back, then

7.0 Course Outline - CLH V Teachers Module - Overview

The CLH V Teachers Module, is a comprehensive mixture of learning mediums to assist the
assimilation of the information from a body, mind and spirit perspective. Student Teachers have
the choice of graduating as either a non-practicing or a practicing Teacher.

A non-practicing CLH Teacher, is a CLH Teacher who chooses not to facilitate their own CLH
Practitioner workshops (CLH Levels I, II & III) ie they attend the CLH Teacher course for their own
personal and professional development. A practicing CLH Teacher, is a CLH Teacher who
chooses to facilitate CLH Workshops and graduate their students with professional CLH
Practitioner qualifications through our ULT School.

What is required for Graduation as a non-practicing CLH Teacher ?

To graduate as a non-practicing CLH Teacher the following is a summary course completion list to
be awarded your Master of Metaphysical Healing - Crystal Light Healing Teacher:

64 hours (9 Days) of CLH Practitioner & Teacher training (compulsory)
40 hours (40 x 1 hr) CLH Practice sessions (compulsory)
7 hours specific Self-Study (compulsory)

On completion of the above requirements, students graduate with a Master of Metaphysical

Soul Evolution Self-Study Course
On enrolment of the Crystal Light Healing Teachers course, Teacher students are gifted our Soul
Evolution Self-Study Course. Whilst this is not compulsory to complete, the Self-Study course
does provide a great foundation of information covered in CLH (the six day Practitioner Course).
Soul Evolution is a 12 Module Self-Study course, designed for personal awakening to the energy
around us, understanding how we awaken a New Earth from within and how we can work pro-
actively toward our own ascension/growth process on the planet at this time.
The 12 Modules are currently being recorded by Simone over 2013/14 and are released to the
public as each module is completed. In each Module Simone discusses a different topic of
metaphysics, then at the end of each event she concludes with a meditation to activate and attune
our DNA Light Code/s relevant to that Modules discussion.
If you have not previously attended a Crystal Light Healing workshop (or Essence of Angels
Practitioner Workshop) within our school, then completion of this Self-Study course is highly

Crystal Light Healing Teacher Training Practical Component

Days 1 to 6 3 to 8 May 2014
The first six days of the CLH Teachers Course is the CLH 6 day Practitioner Course facilitated by
Simone Matthews. This gives all student teachers the opportunity of attending/experiencing the
full 6 day Practitioner course. On completion of these six days, all students will be awarded a
Certificate of Metaphysical Healing Crystal Light Healing Practitioner.

Day 1 of the course runs from 9.30am to 6.00pm, and Days 2 to 6 from 10.00am to 6.00pm.

Please note: If you have attended CLH workshops previously (either with Simone or with another
registered CLH Teacher), it is still COMPULSORY to attend these first 6 days of the Teachers
Course.

Days 7 to 9 9 to 11 May 2014
The next three days are dedicated to your CLH Teacher training. Simone will conduct teachings
over a range of topics including metaphysics, quantum physics and take the ancient wisdoms of
CLH to a deeper level of comprehension.

Firstly the course focuses on Your Personal Evolutionary Journey and the profound role you
play in the evolutionary journey of Earth and our Galaxy. You are part of an entire generation
birthing Earth, all her life-forms and our Galaxy into new 225 million, 225,000 year and 26,000 year
cycles of conscious evolution the Golden Age.

We then delve into the deeper (theoretical & practical) aspects of Crystal Light Healing, working
with science and cherished ancient wisdoms, to understand how our energy fields are the bridges
that facilitate this quantum shift into the Golden Age. As Souls, within a physical body, we are the
direct channels of Energy (Waves of Love) from the Centre of our Galaxy (8th Dimensional
Galactic Heart), through our Hearts (4th Dimension) into crystalline core of Mother Earth (1st
Dimension Earth Heart).

The course then focuses on teaching methods and finding your personal soul place with CLH, daily
discussions (philosophical and to promote group discussion) and homework each evening (approx
one hour each evening in your own time) to support the following days group work/presentations.

The course is facilitated via group work, short videos/audios, practical sessions, case historys and
an opportunity work outdoors on the Earth.

The face-to-face teacher training will provide students with the opportunity to ask questions, revisit
CLH healing techniques and bond/network/share the journey with fellow students. The skills learnt
at the course can be used as a foundational framework for any business/personal ventures in your
life and guarantee the success of any future events.

For those students who may not have undertaken study for many years, please do not be
concerned regarding the course structure/case history /presentations. Detailed outlines will be
given and lots of support offered. The Teachers course is actually for you (not me), in that the
course is structured to assist your comprehension and learning of the material, not to test how well
you can perform when under assessment.

All 3 days (days 7 to 9 ) run from 10am to 6pm each day.

Compulsory
Practice Hours
The best way to understand and intimately connect with all the information covered in the CLH
workshop manuals and Tele-Seminars is to Practice, Practice Practice !!! Practice hours are
recorded on a Practice Hours Schedule. In order to qualify for the MCLHT certificate, a minimum
of 111 practice hours must be recorded.

The 111 hrs will be comprised as follows: minimum 64 hrs of face-to-face instruction (attending
the 9 days of CLH Teacher training), 7 hrs of Other Self-Study (of your choice) and 40 hours of
hands on healing (ie 40 x 1 hour client healing sessions).

Of course you may choose to do a lot more individual study time than just the compulsory 111
practice hours, in order to broaden your knowledge of CLH and complete your final CLH V
Assignment (should you wish to graduate as a practicing CLH Teacher).

Compulsory or Non-Compulsory
Final CLH V Assignment Business Plan

On graduation as a CLH Teacher, if you choose to teach CLH practitioner workshops (CLH Levels
I, II & III), then it is compulsory that you complete the final CLH V Assignment for the course.

You have two years in which to complete and submit your final thesis, should you wish to be a
practicing CLH Teacher through our ULT School. If however on graduation as a CLH Teacher you
choose not to teach CLH, then the final CLH V Assignment is not compulsory.

Details about the Final CLH V Assignment:
You will receive a detailed outline/guidance on how to prepare the Business Plan! so the Thesis
will not be difficult, just simply a process of taking the time to consciously work out what your goals
are and how you plan to achieve them. Only 5% of businesses have their goals written down, and
of that 5%, 95% are still operating successfully within 5 years. Thus as you can see, making a
commitment to your journey on paper is a very valid task.

Again, please do not be concerned/daunted by the prospect of completing an assignment. This
document is for you. By committing to paper your goals (in areas such as marketing, finance,
spiritual etc!) you are creatively manifesting your future multi-dimensionally. The final
assignment is not marked but rather reviewed for accuracy and understanding. If however the
material submitted was of poor quality, the student maybe asked to re-submit their final
assignment.

Non-Compulsory
Crystal Light Healing Further Training

Whilst not compulsory, students are also gifted the opportunity of attending a CLH IV workshop for
free at a later date, as a means of enriching your understanding of the application of CLH.

You may still graduate as a Crystal Light Healing Teacher without having attended a CLH IV
workshop. Simone facilitates CLH IV courses around Australia / Internationally. You are welcome
to attend one CLH IV workshop at any time as her guest. (Please see CLH IV note on next page).

In addition, Simone invites you as a guest to any of her future CLH Level I, II & III two day
Practitioner events around the world. This is a great opportunity to brush up on your skills,

within the workshop manual or we bring in new information (which is always a great learning
experience). Thus it is possible to finish closer to 6:30pm.

The final ceremony on Day 9 is a little unpredictable re length, so please do not book flights out on
Day 9 as attendance at this ceremony is compulsory. We also may decide as a group to stay on
for drinks or a shared meal after the ceremony! a wonderful opportunity to unwind, share and

Marcus Beach is only a 10 minute drive south of Noosa Heads, 7 minute drive south of Sunshine
Beach or 2 minute drive north of Peregian Beach. My home is a short 3 minute walk to tranquil
Marcus Beach, a non-patrolled residential beach with few tourists! paradise !

Peregian is a delightful beachside community hosting a patrolled surf beach, and a funky
beachside village atmosphere with many shops, restaurants and cafes.

Noosa Heads/Sunshine Beach is one of the top holiday destinations in Australia. With its pristine
beaches, national parks, hinterland villages, glorious weather, world class restaurants and locally

Brisbane Airport is the International and major Domestic airport for southeast Queensland. It is a
1.5 2 hours drive from Brisbane airport to Marcus Beach (130 km).

There is also a smaller local Sunshine Coast Airport at Maroochydore (Mudjimba) that has regular
Virgin Blue and Qantas (Jetstar) domestic services from Sydney (NSW) and Melbourne (VIC), with
connections from other capital cities. It is a 25 minute drive from Maroochydore airport to Marcus
Beach (22 km).

Coach or Bus Services are available from both Brisbane & Maroochydore airports direct to the
Marcus Beach for a small fee. Hire Cars are also available from both airports to the Resort, as
well as taxi services. Please refer to the webpage noted above for all the details.

Workshop Materials:
All participants are provided with all workshop materials throughout the workshops eg Course
Manual, use of all Essence of Angels Products, crystals and crystalline products etc.. Whilst there
is sufficient space to make notes with the Practitioner & Teacher course manuals, you may
however wish to bring along additional paper if you feel guided.

Students are required to provide their own massage table for days 3 to 9 of the Teachers Course.
If you are unable to bring along a table (eg you are coming from interstate, overseas, or dont own
a table), then tables are available for hire from as little as $15 per day. Please indicate if you will
be requiring table hire on the booking form (attached to this prospectus, or when booking on-line).

Meals during the workshops:

14.0 Your Investment

When you commit to participating in the Crystal Light Healing Teachers Course, you are in fact
investing in a lifetime partnering with ULT as a teacher of Crystal Light Healing.

For a relatively small course investment, you are fully supported with an established and proven
database to get your Crystal Light Healing workshops off the ground, and to grow and expand your
CLH teaching business. There are NO additional costs payable to ULT after payment of your
course investment. As a registered CLH Teacher, when you run your CLH workshops all
expenses/income are your own, as you are an independent Teacher running your own events.

Thus your registration on our ULT website, listing of your events etc., is all provided free of charge.
Once your course investment is paid, there are no hidden costs for the life of you being a Crystal
Light Healing Teacher through our ULT School.

The following is an outline of the investment required to be part of our ULT teaching team. All
monies stated are in Australian dollars and are inclusive of GST.

Crystal Light Healing V - Teacher Course Investment

Course Investment to attend the Crystal Light Healing V Teachers Course &
Graduate with a Certificate of Metaphysical Healing - Crystal Light Healing Master Teacher :

What you receive for your Investment

After payment in full of your Course Investment, there are no additional costs or moneys payable
to ULT whilst undertaking the Teachers Course or throughout the life of you being registered as a
Crystal Light Healing Teacher with our ULT School of Healing and facilitating your own Crystal
Light Healing events.

The only costs you will incur when attending the Crystal Light Healing Teachers Course are your
own personal expenses as follows:

Personal travel expenses & accommodation at the practical workshops;
Meals & personal expenses at the practical workshops;
Massage table hire for 7 days (if required);
Computer & Software (Excel & Word) all students are required to have access to a computer, the
internet and the above software in order to complete the CLH V Course;
Purchase of books (or you could borrow these from your local library) that form part of your Self-
Study work.

We have tried to keep the Course Investment cost to a very minimum, to support students with
their budgets, and to ensure the course is financially viable for all.

SCHEDULE B CLH V TERMS OF AGREEMENT

I hereby acknowledge and agree that:

1. In attending Crystal Light Healing (CLH) V Teachers module, the ownership of all intellectual
property provided in the teachings belongs to Simone M. Matthews (SMM), and that I may only
teach CLH levels I,II & III in the manner expressly provided by this agreement.

2. I will complete all components of the CLH V curriculum as set by this prospectus and SMM, in
order to qualify for certification.

3. In attending CLH V, and then in my subsequent relationship with Universal Life Tools (ULT),
I will not divulge any information I am privy to about the internal workings/business operations/
financial affairs of Universal Life Tools and its associated operations (eg The Wave of Love,
School of Healing etc..) to any other person, unless expressly required to do so by SMM.

4. As a CLH V student and then teacher of CLH, I will not give/share/lend/copy etc in any form
any CLH information (ie workbooks, tele-seminars, emails, master document files, etc..) that
I am given authority to use by ULT.

5. All training/marketing/Teacher materials provided by ULT during the CLH V Course and then
upon graduation (full CLH V Teacher Graduation pack) - I acknowledge I will adhere to the
terms of use.

6. During my attendance at CLH Teachers Course I will not record the proceedings of the
workshop by use of any (but not limited to) mechanical, audio and/or visual devices (eg
phones, dictaphones, video recorders, laptops, flipcams etc..), without the express permission
of SMM. Photographs are most welcome, but please respect the privacy of other participants
particularly during healing sessions and ceremonial work.

7. I will not teach CLH until I have been awarded by SMM the Certificate of Metaphysical Healing
Master Crystal Light Healing Teacher (MCLHT) AND been awarded the Teacher Graduation
upon successful completion of my CLH Thesis.

8. I will teach CLH Levels I, II & III in their entirety, and will not combine the teachings with other
modalities. I agree that this is a necessary requirement of the ULT Metaphysical School of
Healing (ULTMSH) to ensure consistency amongst CLHP graduates and to abide by
agreements ULT has in place with other associations which accredit CLH as a Practitioner
Modality (eg IICT).

9. In teaching CLH, I will acknowledge myself as a MCLHT certified by the ULTMSH, but that all
content is copyrighted to SMM.

10. I will not teach in full or part any of the CLH material as a full or part component of another
workshop, and have taken note that the teachings and CLH name are Trademarked to SMM.

11. As a certified MCLHT, ULT welcomes and supports me in facilitating my own workshops/
teaching my own material as an important part of personal growth and community service.
However I acknowledge that I will not teach CLH under any other name or guise.

12. As a certified CLH Teacher, all proposed CLH workshops are registered with the ULTMSH.
I will not facilitate any CLH Workshops unless they have first been registered with ULTMSH.

SCHEDULE B CLH V TERMS OF AGREEMENT

13. If in breach of any aspect of this agreement, my MCLHT Teacher Certificate may be revoked,
and I will no longer have the legal right to teach CLH.

14. All training/marketing/Teacher materials provided to me upon graduation as a practicing
MCLHT remain the property of SMM, and if I am in breach of any aspect of this agreement,
and hence my MCLHT Teacher Certificate is revoked, then I agree to return all materials within
7 days of my Certificate being revoked.

15. I will endeavour to advance my training through continuing professional education (selected at
the discretion of myself), to ensure my knowledge/teaching skills are at a professional level as
would reasonably be expected of a professional teacher.

16. As a spokesperson for CLH/ULT, I will uphold the professional reputation and integrity of ULT
in a national/international market.

17. I agree to the following disclaimer:
I hereby acknowledge and agree that in attendance of the above mentioned CLH V Teachers
Module, the ownership of the intellectual property provided in the teachings belongs to Simone
M. Matthews, and that I will not use any of that intellectual property in any form of advertising,
education or promotion whatsoever, except as expressly agreed within this Schedule.

I also acknowledge that use of any procedures or techniques learnt in the CLH teachings are
in no way designed to replace medical practices or medical advice given to people from
qualified medical practitioners.

The CLH teachings make no claim to cure any illness or disease, nor does it claim to diagnose
and prescribe medical advice. The information is not intended to offer medical, psychological
or other professional services, and whenever persons find themselves in need of treatment by
a qualified medical practitioner, the above mentioned party encourages them to do so.

In the event that you use the information from the CLH teachings for yourself and teaching
others, the above mentioned party assumes no responsibility for your actions or any personal
liability or public indemnity for facilitation of events.
