My dear People,

Here are two significant sayings about prayer:
One who kneels to the Lord can stand up to
anything.

The shortest distance between the problem and
the solution is the distance between our knees
and the floor.

Most of us have busy lives that consume most
of our time and attention. We are bogged
down with so much of work, we feel we have no
time for the Lord, and so, very often we are
confused, frustrated and dissatisfied.

When we seek Gods guidance and direction
and invite His control in our lives, He will give
us wisdom for good decisions, increase our
strength and energy to accomplish the chores
of the day and free us from unnecessary
anxieties.

The early church prayed together often and
accomplished great things for the Lord. So,
we, as a church should come together very
often, to pray and seek Gods guidance and
blessing for our own spiritual life, the well-
being of our family and the growth of our
church.

I urge all of you to participate in all the
prayer meetings of the church.

Fasting & Prayer:

Fasting and prayer on Saturday, 28th.
Skip lunch and come fasting to the
sanctuary for prayer from 6 to 7.
Fasting and prayer will be held every
month on the fourth Saturday.

Greg Poklacki has a heart problem and to
undergo surgery in the first week of June.

Shoba Prakash went to Delhi for her routine
check up accompanied by her mother Shanti
and sister Prabha.

Poonam Modwells tests came out negative
but she is still battling with her stomach pain.

Bunny Philip fractured his foot and has been
advised three weeks rest.

Fizza had a stomach infection

Jerusha, Jillian And Shrishti got First Divi-
sion in their board exams.

Jerusha Antin is to appear for the Ludhiana
Christian Medical College entrance exam.

Eisenbergs are moving back to Lucknow from
Germany in July, and need a house in Indira
Nagar.

Riya Jacob has gone to Dubai to be with her
brother, Richie for some time.

Luguns have gone to Nainital for summer
break.

Roshini & Pastor Kuru visiting the Klakulaks
in Chiang Mai, Thailand.
