WorldVentures Compensation Plan

REPRESENTATIVE BUSINESS SYSTEM PURCHASE REQUIREMENT

In order to familiarize new Representatives with WorldVentures products, services, sales
techniques, sales aids, and other matters, the Company requires that Representatives
purchase a Representative Business System (Optional in North Dakota) for $99 per year.
Except for the purchase of the at-cost Representative Business System, no person is
required to purchase WorldVentures products, services or sales aids, or to pay any charge
or fee to become a Representative. The Business System is an online tool that includes a
Personalized Website and Back Office System as well as an online Training Program with
essential Sales and Marketing tools to help Representatives build their WorldVentures
business.

The Representative Business System $99 annual fee is discounted to $49.99 (savings of
$49) with the purchase of one of the following Retail Products: the WorldVentures
DreamTrips Membership or the WorldVentures RTA Tutorial and Travel Portal. To obtain
the Business System discount an Applicant must submit a WorldVentures Product Order
Form with the appropriate retail purchase and also submit a Representative
Application/Agreement Form. This can be done via a paper application/form or executed
via the internet. No sales commissions whatsoever are paid out on this Business System.

DIRECT COMMISSIONS

A $100 Direct Commission will be paid for every new Qualified Sale. If a Representative
buys a product as a Retail Customer, the Direct Commission is paid to the
Representatives enroller.

WEEKLY BONUSES

A Weekly Bonus is triggered every time six Qualified Sales occur, and is referred to as a
cycle. A cycle is completed with three sales on the left and three sales on the right. Any
additional (unused) Qualified Sales will carry forward as held volume to be used for future
Weekly Bonuses. Each Weekly Bonus will pay you up to $100.*

QUALIFIED SALE - A Qualified Sale is either a DreamTrips Membership or the sale of a
Travel Agent Tutorial package, and includes purchases by downline Representatives as
well as sales to retail customers.

Qualified Sales on your team can be made by any Representative on your team. All
Qualified sales count the same, to unlimited depth.

A Representative must be Active to have DreamTrips memberships or Travel Agent
Tutorial packages credit their account as Qualified Sales.

2007 Ver 2.8
2
When Weekly Bonuses are to be paid, oldest sales are used first. It is First In, First Out
(FIFO).

The Weekly Bonuses are paid every Friday, with a one week delay. The weekly
commission cycle starts Saturday 12:01AM Central Time and goes thru Friday 12:00am
(Midnight) Central Time.

Binary Sales Volume expires after 26 full weekly pay periods. If a sale is not used to
generate a cycle within that time frame, the sales volume expires at the beginning of the
next pay period and can no longer be used to create a bonus cycle. For instance, a sale is
made on a Tuesday. At the beginning of the next weekly pay period, which begins at
midnight on Friday, the clock starts ticking. At midnight of the following Friday, 10 days
after the sale was made but one full pay period, the sale will have 25 weeks remaining
before it expires.

Representatives must be Active and Qualified to receive commissions and bonuses.

TravelPoints

With each weekly cycle, the Representative will also be awarded 20 TravelPoints.
TravelPoints can be redeemed through the company and used in two ways:
1. TravelPoints can be redeemed toward the purchase of any of WorldVentures
DreamTrips if the Representative is also a DreamTrips Member. TravelPoints
can only be used for DreamTrips at the prevailing internet retail price and cannot
be redeemed for the wholesale price (the published DreamTrip Members price).
-or-
2. TravelPoints can be used by any Representative booking regular travel on a
reimbursement basis. The trip is booked through WorldVentures.com and then,
after providing the necessary receipts and proof of travel, WorldVentures will
reimburse said Representative. A Representative need not be a DreamTrips
Member to use TravelPoints in this way.

In regards to reimbursement, each trip needs to be booked and paid in full before the
TravelPoints expiration date. Partial TravelPoints cannot be used for any particular trip. A
Representative must have enough TravelPoints for the entire travel package or travel fare.
No partial reimbursements will be issued. Travel must have been consumed/taken prior to
submitting reimbursement request.

Because TravelPoints are designed primarily to help Representatives build their business
and as a reward for their efforts, TravelPoints are only eligible for redemption toward
destinations at least 75 miles from the Representatives residence.

Only Air, Car, Hotel, and Cruise bookings are eligible for redemption. Entertainment and
food expenses (this includes hotel amenities, mini-bar, room service, etc.) are not eligible.

TravelPoints expire if not used within one year from the date awarded.

2007 Ver 2.8
3
TravelPoints are not transferable, but can be redeemed within ones immediate family.
Immediate family is your spouse and dependent children. Dependent children are those
children residing with their parent(s) or legal guardian(s) who are un-married, in school and
25 or under. In addition, a child that is permanently handicapped (no matter what age) and
under the direct care of his or her parent(s) or legal guardian(s) is a dependent child.

RESIDUAL COMMISSIONS

Residual pay is generated from two types of Retail Sales that have ongoing payment being
made to WorldVentures. They are:
1. Monthly DreamTrips Membership Dues
2. Monthly RTA Portal Maintenance Fees
Both count equally when computing Residual Retail Commissions.

Directors and above are eligible to receive $20 per cycle*. A commission cycle for
Residual Retail Commissions is also six sales units, three on the left and three on the right.

You can receive your first residual check in the following calendar month after qualifying as
a Director.

The two-team structure that produced the Weekly Bonuses is also used to pay the
Residual Retail Commissions.

Residual Commissions are issued monthly, on the 15
th
day of the following month, for
DreamTrips Membership Dues and RTA Fees paid the previous month by retail
customers.

Representatives must be Active and Qualified as a Director or above to receive residual
commissions.

QUALIFICATION

STEP 1) Activate Representative Position
In order to earn bonuses and commissions, a Representative must first Activate his/her
position in the binary tree by making one Qualified Retail Sale, which can be to a
Retail Customer or by making a Personal Retail Purchase. Once you Activate your
position, you begin to accumulate sales credit toward Weekly Bonuses. Until a
Representative Activates his/her position, the new Representative will not be placed in the
binary tree; instead, the new Representative will be placed in a holding tank. Once the
Representative Activates the position, he/she will be placed in the binary tree according to
the Sponsors preferred placement setting. A Representative must Activate his/her
position before he/she is eligible to Sponsor any other WorldVentures Representatives.
The one exception to this rule is that as long as the first person he/she sponsors also
immediately purchases the product.

STEP 2) Personal Sales Volume (PSV) requirement
2007 Ver 2.8
4
To stay active as a Rep you must generate the sale of at least one of World Ventures
products (DreamTrips Membership, RTA Tutorial Package) during the current month; or
you have a personal retail product that you own that is active (current on your DreamTrips
monthly dues or monthly RTA Portal Maintenance Fees).

If a Rep becomes Inactive, they will not lose volume as long as he/she satisfies the Active
requirement sometime within the next 4 weekly pay periods after the period they qualified.
If a Rep is Inactive for twelve (12) consecutive weekly pay periods during anytime, the
Reps Agreement shall be terminated and the Rep shall be reclassified as a Retail
Customer if the former Rep was also a purchaser of any of World Ventures products.

There is no Annual Renewal Fee for Representatives who also purchased a product. For
those who are Representatives Only the renewal fee is $99.00. There will, however, be an
annual New Card Processing Fee of $20, at which point RTAs will have the opportunity to
submit a new picture.

STEP 3) Initially Qualified Representative (IQR)
You become an Initially Qualified Representative (IQR) by enrolling two Representatives
(one on both sides of the binary plan) who both Activate their positions by making an RTA
or DreamTrip sale or by purchasing the product themselves. When you do this you will be
Initially Qualified thru your first 8 weekly pay periods from the time of sign-up. This IQR
status must be accomplished within the first 4 weekly pay periods from the time of
enrollment. If this is not done, all binary sales volumes to that point will flush (zero out).

STEP 4) Fully Qualified Representative (FQR)
To stay qualified beyond your first 8 weekly pay periods you must become a Fully Qualified
Representative (FQR). To do this, you must have at least one personally sponsored
Initially Qualified Representative (IQR) on both your left team and your right teams (two
total), -OR- have three personally sponsored Reps who have Activated their positions on
both your Left and Right sides. If FQR status is not met, all binary sales volumes flush
(zero out).

To stay Qualified, you and your qualifying sales must stay active. If you are (IQR) or (FQR)
youre definitely considered a Qualified Rep.

Once Fully Qualified (FQR), if you fall out of qualification, you have a four week grace
period after the time you were qualified to requalify. If this is not done, all binary sales
volumes flush (zero out).

If a Representative goes inactive for four consecutive weekly pay periods after once being
qualified, all volumes that were holding are lost.

You must be Active and Qualified to earn Weekly Bonuses.

* 65% CAP RULE

2007 Ver 2.8
5
Because binary pay plans inspire such rapid growth and allow for incredible leverage, any
company with long term viability must limit the percentage of commission payout during
volume surges or declines. This is accomplished with a maximum payout percentage or
"cap". The cap at WorldVentures is 65% of weekly and monthly sales volume.

As an example, if weekly Commissionable Volume were $1,000,000 then the maximum
payable compensation for the week would be $650,000. Commissions are then calculated
and the total amount of potential payout is figured. If the figure for the week were $700,000
or 70% of weekly Commissionable Volume, then all commission checks would be "shaved"
an equal percentage to bring the total payout back to 65%. This would cause a cycle to
payout some figure less than $100. The same is true of monthly/residual commissions. It
is important to understand that applying the cap to commission payout is a necessary step
in insuring the long-term health and continued growth of our company. We all want a
company that will be profitable and secure for many years to come.

The Maximum Commissions available at each individual rank are not affected by the
possibility of a shaved check. The maximum earnings potential will remain the same, but it
could possibly require more cycles to hit the maximum. Example: A Directors maximum
earnings on the Monthly Commissions are $2,000 per month, or 100 cycles. That can be
achieved with 100 cycles, at $20 each, in a given month. If in a given month, cycles are
shaved to $18.87 due to the 65% Rule, the potential income is not reduced to a lesser
amount, but that particular month it would take 106 cycles to max out the earnings
potential.

WorldVentures commits to a full 65% of all incoming weekly and monthly sales volume to
be set aside in separate commission accounts. Any surplus funds from previous weekly
and monthly commission runs will be used to cover the respective cap overages before
checks will be shaved.

**It is WorldVentures policy to not shave a check of a new Representative. If the 65% rule
becomes a factor in the overall payout the only checks that will be shaved are those
Representatives that have completed more than 8 cycles.

PROMOTIONAL LADDER

Personal Group Lineage (PGL) Your Personal Group Lineage is defined by those
Representatives whom you personally enroll and the Representatives whom they
personally enroll, etc. If you have 7 personally enrolled Representatives, you then have
seven different lines of Personal Group Lineage. Each is independent from the other, and
each will probably have a different #of active Representatives in each leg, over time. Your
Personal Group Lineage is not who is placed under you in the binary tree. If you get
spillover (someone placed under you by an upline team member), these individuals are not
in your Personal Group Lineage. These Reps are a part of your overall team in your binary
tree (that you can be paid commissions on) but they are not a part of your PGL.

THE TRAVEL BINARY

THE NUMBERS:

When a Travel sale is made, commissions are generated and paid to World Ventures.

70% of this amount is set aside for the sales force.

A small percentage is given back to the consumer by corporate from the remaining 30%.

70% of the Gross Commissionable dollars to the company are what comprises the
commissionable amount.
100% of the 70% is allocated for commissions and is referred to as
Commissionable Travel Volume (CTV).
The Selling RTA/BTA will receive the Direct Travel Commission, which is on a
sliding scale, which will be paid in a range from 30% - 70%.
The spread between the Direct Travel Commission paid and 100% of the CTV is
the amount credited upline in the binary.
2007 Ver 2.8
9

If breakage occurs within the allocated percentages, the unpaid amount stays in the Travel
Commission Account for future Travel Commission enhancements or to cover shaved
Travel checks in the future.

Direct Commission Schedule Travel

Percentage CTV
70% - 10,000
60% - 5,000 9,999
50% - 1,000 4,999 NMD & IMD
40% - 250 999 MD & RMD
30% - 0 - 249

We take the best month in your last 6 and that is where you place on a current month
basis.

If two Representatives split a sale (like a BTA and a RTA), the CTV from the entire sale will
be split in half and each participant will make the full commission on their half of the
volume based on their respective commission levels. The overrides on both halves will
flow up the binary of their respective organizational structures. In other words, if they split
one 600 CTV sale, the computer treats it like two 300 CTV sales.

OVERVIEW OF RULES

The rules are very similar to our rules for our Residual Comp Plan.

First of all, this is a stand alone binary WVs third source of field compensation from the
same organizational structure.

This binary plan maxes out at the same levels that the Residual Compensation Plan does
and according to rank. ($2,000/mo Dir. / $5,000/mo MD, etc.)

The Travel Binary is funded with Commissionable Travel Volume.

Travel Commissions are paid in $5.00 increments.

Travel Commissions are paid once monthly. They are paid on the 15
th
day of the month,
the month after they are collected which is normally the month after the travel trip has been
utilized.

CTV expires 181 days after being credited into the binary. Oldest volume is used
firstFIFO.
First in First Out.

To earn commissions, you must be Active and Qualified.
2007 Ver 2.8
10
The Travel Binary pays on the same ratios as the Residual Commissions. The
Travel Binary pays using a balanced concept (3:3), but calculated with
Commissionable Travel Volume, or dollar amounts, not number of sales.

On the Residual Commissions: Sales Volumes of $60 Left and $60 Right (3 sales left and
3 sales right) creates $20 in commission.
$60/4 =$15
$20/4=$5

Using the same ratios, CTV of $15 on the Left and $15 on the Right would create $5 of
Travel Commissions.

Income Examples:

Left Right Check Generated

$30 CTV $30 CTV = $10.00

$45 $80 = $15.00

$400 $200 = $65.00

$5,000 $10,000 = $1,665.00

$60,000 $90,000 = $20,000.00

Miscellaneous

The Bank Draft Date of our Retail Customer
The anniversary date of when you enrolled will be the day your monthly draft will occur.
Those who enroll on the 29-31
st
will have the 28
th
as their draft date monthly.

The Customer Only Sale
The Customer only sale creates a Business Center, in the binary team structure. This
Customer only Business Center will be designated as such.
It will be designated as Customer Only by color or other designation within the
node in the back office genealogy structure.
It cannot accumulate volume, however volume passes through it.
It is not eligible to earn commissions.
It generates and contributes volume initially and monthly to the binary tree/the
upline
A Business Center can be designated Customer Only by three different
methods:
2007 Ver 2.8
11
1. At sign up. They join us as a Customer.
2. When a Representative goes their initial 120 days with no personal sales activity,
they are reclassified to Customer status.
3. When a Qualified Rep loses Qualified status and stays out of qualification for 16
weekly pay cycles he/she will be reclassified to "Customer" status.
A Customer is eligible to upgrade to Representative status at no charge by contacting
Customer Support. The only requirement is that the customer agrees to the
Representative Terms and Conditions and Policies & Procedures.

A Charge Back to an account can occur in the following manner:

When someone requests and receives a refund for the entire amount:

The Direct Commission ($20.00) that was paid is owed back to the company. A
debit against that Reps commission account is entered and will be collected the
next time a check is earned by that Rep.
This chargeback rolls up and registers as a negative sale against everybodys
counter, reducing their new sales count by one. The existing spot becomes a dead
Business Center (no position rolls up to that position).
Any new sales will go where placed by enrolling sponsor.

There are a number of ways a Rep can end up not holding volume:

Never get Initially Qualified (IQR). Volume would be gone after 4 weekly pay
periods. Rep was never eligible to receive a check.
A Rep becomes IQR, but never gets Fully Qualified (FQR) status. They could have
earned a check during first 8 weekly pay periodss, but then all volumes flush on the
1
st
day of the 9
th
weekly pay cycle.
They become IQR, but somebody cancels and they lose their qualification
o If this happens they have a 4 week grace period to get their status back
without being penalized.
They become FQR, but somebody cancels and they lose their qualification (this
could happen 3 months, or 3 years down the road.
o If this happens they have a 4 week grace period to get their status back
without being penalized.

If any of the above happens to a Rep (well call her Mary), and Mary is now NOT holding
volumewhat happens if she now makes a sale personally.
The question arises because she is technically not holding volume. What happens
to her personal sale that she just made? She is paid the Direct Commission only
and she must become FQR and Qualified in order to hold volume and earn a cycle
check.
The verdict isshe now holds that sales credit on her new personal sale(s) for 8
weeks. This gives her time to become FQR.
She does NOT accumulate new volume from sales made beneath her that she has
not personally made, until she becomes FQR.
2007 Ver 2.8
12
Position Rank Advancements
Position Rank Advancements for the weekly bonuses are updated on a weekly basis
(every Friday) and then paid at the new higher level the following Friday. For example, if a
Sales Rep is at the Marketing Director position and then a few days later qualifies for
Regional Marketing Director. He/She would be paid at that the new level on the next
Friday after the qualifying Friday. In regard to the monthly
Residuals if you qualified as a RMD in J anuary then you would be paid at that position on
February 10
th
. The rule is that right after any pay period ends we run the rank
advancement program and then pay each Rep at the new higher level immediately.

Qualification for your RTA Credentials

A person must first purchase the RTA package prior to receiving RTA Credentials. This
can be a Rep that purchases the package or simply a customer only. Then, in order to
qualify for the RTA Credentials, that person must pass the RTA exam and sell one piece of
travel (i.e. car rental, hotel stay, flight, cruise, or tour).
