The Campbell Soup Company, the worlds leading
maker and marketer of soup, seeks quality and safety
conscious individuals to join our Napoleon operations
team for the current season. Ideal candidates will have
manufacturing work experience, be willing to work any
shift and must be able to work overtime as needed. Fork-
lift experience is a plus. Most positions require the ability
to lift/carry 50 lbs. repeatedly.

This is a sales position primarily responsible for building relationships with customers
in the Ag-production market segment. The FSO will use their knowledge of agriculture
and fnance to fully understand the customers or prospects business and personal
plans and then market the Farm Credit Mid-America fnancial services that best meet
the needs. The FSO has responsibility for originating credit to customers by assessing
the request and obtaining business and fnancial information needed to determine the
viability and proftability of the deal. After initially screening for soundness, the FSO
submits the information to an analyst, underwriter or scoring system for fnal decision.
The FSO leads the customer relationship and often coordinates with others to serve
the customers loan, lease, crop insurance and servicing needs. This is an entry-level
position for the FSO trainee with primary responsibility to become a fully functional
Financial Services Offcer through training and on-the-job experience. Bachelors
degree in agriculture, business or related feld required; work-related or education-
related agribusiness experience desired.

by supporting the delivery of fnancial services. Responsibilities include gathering
customer fnancial information, processing loan requests and completing closing
processes. Will also provide backup support for the Customer Relationship Specialist
role; work with others in the feld business development division; maintain information
and reporting as directed; renew/convert existing credit-scored loans; originate
new loans for walk-in and telephone customers; order/check title work, appraisals
and closing documents; and make sure all documents are accurate and ready for
closing. Will conduct closings as directed. This level of Financial Support Specialist
supports credit and servicing for credit-scored commercial, agricultural mortgage
and/or consumer loans. Knowledge of agricultural industry (personal, professional or
educational) is required for agricultural loan work. HS diploma and at least four years
of successful experience in two or more of the following areas: fnancially related
customer service, loan processing, loan servicing or Farm Credit Services Customer
Relationship Specialist responsibilities required.
