May I request your kind office to please re-issue an original copy of Taraki Enhancer Plant Growth
Promoter product registration. When we went to your office in Manila to get the copy, the one in charge
said that it was already sent at our local FPA office in the Benguet Capitol. Upon following it up, Mr.
Vicente Balao said that he did not receive any and we have never received it either so I think it was lost
in transit. We only have a copy of the original which was extracted in your office.

We are going to import our first shipment this May 2014 and we need to have the original so please re-
issue an original.
