CoolKut, cutting oil is a general purpose soluble cutting oils of the non-EP additiv es
f ormulated by using mineral base oils, emulsif iers and bactericide. This giv es stable
milky emulsion on cutting operation. It helps wide range of metal working
operations. CoolKut is recommended f or v ariety of cutting operations on f errous
and non-f errous metals.
Super Kut SS
SUPER KUT SS Can be used f or any ty pe of metal and their alloy s, especially f or
cast iron machining, It is a mixture of Sy nthetic Corrosion inhibitors with an
excellent cooling ef f ect of high stability at elev ated at temperature, thereby making
them stable at all machining conditions. In all general machining and f inishing
operating like Drilling, Milling, Turning, Boring, Sawing, Grinding etc.
Rust Guard 302
C.N.C. Rust Guard oil is an ef f ectiv e oil ty pe rust prev entiv e oil slated f or
dif f erent industrial applications where more durable oil ty pe rust protection is
desired. C.N.C. Rust Guard 302 oil prov ides outstanding protection as slashing oil
f or f inished products in steel mills. This oil v ery ef f ectiv ely protects cold-rolled
sheets and coils and other products f rom rusting during storage and transit.
Rust Guard DW901
C.N.C. DW 901 is a dewatering f luid, containing oil soluble surf ace-activ e agent
dissolv ed in a solv ent with suitable corrosion- prev entiv e and f ilm-f orming
materials. It contains selected additiv es which impart excellent ability to wet metal
surf aces in pref erence to water. It can be applied at room temperature by dip or
spray method. It prov ides ef f ectiv e protection against rust on to the work-pieces.
