Disabled Passage System
Disabled passage system is made of a button and a
system connected to that button. When button
is pressed the revolving speed of the door is
reduced so that disalbed or old people can easily
pass through the revolving door. Also the break-
out system a.k.a. breakable wings can easily be
applied to 3 winged doors.
Inside, Outside Radar
Revolving doors offer prestigious entrances
elegant solutions besides its many other
advantages. Presenting touchless two way traffic
in one entrance with protection from outer
factors and providing energy efficiency. Using
activation and security sensors provide you
comfort with safety.
Unwanted activation of revolving doors
are prevented by direction and cross traffic
recognition systems. All adjustments can be made
remotely.
Equipment Specifications
Hand Pneumatic
Safety pneumatic system is made of a contact
switch and a seal surrounding the contact
switch. Contact switch is placed inside the seal
and the seal is placed in fixed wings profiles
which faces the passage space. The pneumatic
system is activated with a little pressure and
when that happens the revolving door stops
immediately. After this extraordinary situation
pass the door resumes to work normal again. This
is a standard equipment in MR30/SA series. It is
maximum safety equipment especially for disabled,
old and children.
Heel Sensor
Emergency Exit System
Heel sensor system is made of a contact switch
and a seal surrounding the contact switch.
Contact switch is placed inside the seal and the
seal is placed at the back of where pedestrians
pass. The Heel sensor is activated with a little
pressure and when that happens the revolving
door stops immediately. After this extraordinary
situation pass the door resumes to work normal
again. This is a standard equipment in MR30/SA
series. It is maximum safety equipment especially
for disabled, old and children.
MR30/SA also have an emergency exit system.
This system is made of a button and a system
connected to that button. When the button
is pressed in any kind of emenrgency the door
stops immediately. Using this button automatic
revolving door can be used as manuel revolving
door and in some cases this functing provides
the flexibility to use the door either automatic
or manuel.
this function is standard In case the break-out
system is optional.
Structural Specifications
Anti-Panic System
Anti-Panic system can be applied to both
3 or 4 winged revolving doors but it is
more usable in 3 winged revolving doors.
In case of a panic situation it makes the
active wing of the door break. The sys-
tem whcih is a.k.a. breakable wing system
makes the active wing of the door break
when a person pushes the wing hard and
it provides the person inside with a clear
passage to the outside of the building.
Anti-panic system works as described:
when anti-panic system is activated the
wing moves like breaked around the
shaft, sensors stop the motor immediatly
and the door stops.
This system enables the evacuation of the
building fastly in case of a disaster such
as an earthquake or a fire. It also gives
the flexiblity to break the doors and use
make the entrance become manual. This
system is especially prefered in shopping
malls and hospitals.
Brushes
The brushes wich surround the wings
is used in revolving door wings. These
brushes are made of horse hair and with
the electrostatic load it doesnt keep
the dirt on it. Also they are long-lifed,
flexible and hygienic. Thanks to these
bruhses the wings move freely inside the
case while providing complete seal and
keeping outer factions such as dirt, air,
noise outside.

Glasses
In both sides of the passage space of
revolving doors there is seal to keep
hands from getting caught between the
wings.
There is a mechanism both up (in the
canopy of the door) and down. The up-
per mechanism prevent the wings from
horizontal moves while the down meca-
hism have the capacity of carrying both
horizontal and vertical loads. Also
the specially designed bearings prevent
mechanism to be effected of water, dirt,
etc. and to prevent over proccesing the
floor in installation. It is easy to apply
and longeveus.
In active wings 8 mm Curved laminated
glass is used as standard. In fixed wings
4+4 transparent laminated glass is used as
standard. If wanted 5+5 curved laminated
glass in fixed wings and 8 mm transpar-
ent tampered glass in active wings can
be used. All colors can be applied to the
glasses in these dimensions. Glasses are
protected form outer effects by glass
seals.
