Machine Construction

The 45 degree inclined one piece (Monoblock) bed allows heav y machining and easy
operator access and chip remov al. Monoblock machine Super is a f ine example of
product designed to absorb cutting f orce during heav y machining processes. While,
the 25 grade stress reliev ed casting prov ides dimensional stability.
Monoblock machines comes with a spindle that has a highly durable and maintenance
f ree f eature. Adding f urther rigidity and stif f ness to the spindle assembly comes with
three f ront and two rear angular contact bearing conf iguration.
Calibrating the machines with Laser calibration, Macpower ensures maximum v alue
addition and quality out put. Machines are Ball-bar tested f or more quality assurance.
Equipped with the adv antage of an ergonomic design, the machine comes with a f ull
guard that enables a clean premises throughout the operation. This f eature prev ents
the contaminants f rom the machine slides, switches and other electrical dev ices.
The excelent f eture is that trav els on f our circuit linear rails. Setting benchmarks with
its unprecedented speed, precision and accuracy, the carriage assembly pav es a way
f or extremely high acceleration and deceleration response which result in superior
positioning and giv es accurate results repeatedly.
