1. Why did theCity of Dallas formanPublic Planning Advisory Committee in2011without the
public being included?
2. TheMaster Plan says that youshould havea"cross section of thecommunity" onthis particular
committee? Areyousatisfied that youdid that in2011?
3.TheCity of Dallas formed anPubliclPlanning Advisory Committee intheyear 2000, why not
now?
4. At theApril 3meeting, youdid not mention that theCity of Dallas and the'CAFwere discussing
theCAF torelocate toDEA. TheDallas Morning Newsand theMidland/Odessa media knewabout
thesetalks in2013. Why didn't youtell usonApril 3that youwere talking tothemsince2013?
5. Tennell Atkins saysthat hepersonally hosted 10TownHall meetings about limprovements at
DEA. When did they happen? Where are thedocuments showingwhat wasdiscussed? DidTennell
