Use of Bell recommended oils ensures
efcient performance and optimum
protection of the engine. However, the use
of low sulphur fuels with recommended
oil provides maximum benet. Sulphur in
diesel forms sulphuric acid that plays a
major role in increasing engine wear. On
the other hand, low sulphur diesel forms
less sulphuric acid when combusted which
leads to lower engine wear rates, reduced
harmful exhaust emissions, improved
combustion properties and longer engine
life. Sulphur in diesel leads to the formation
of sulphate particulates. In the engine oil,
these cause depletion of additives and
reduced oil life.

Description
Fully Synthetic Engine Oil 10W-40 is a super long life, fuel economy engine oil for diesel
engines with and without turbocharger in trucks, buses and industrial machinery. The
SAE 10W-40 Class ensures reliable all-season use. Suitable for the longest oil; change
intervals.
Application
Fully Synthetic Engine Oil 10W-40 has a higher performance capacity than the usual high
performance engine oils. Internationally, this type of oil is designated as UHPD (UHPD
= Ultra High Performance Diesel Oil). Regardless of the current service life, even older
diesel engines can be changed over to Fully Synthetic Engine Oil 10W-40 without ushing.
Protects against erosion, even when high sulphur content diesel fuels are used. The
performance of Fully Synthetic Engine Oil 10W-40 makes extremely long oil change intervals
possible dependent upon the truck manufacturers recommendations. According to the
Mercedes Benz uid specication MB APPROVAL 228.5 an extended oil change interval
is guaranteed for trucks in long distance and local use for the 900 and 500 engine series.

engine oils. However, intermixtures with other engine oils should be avoided in order to fully
utilize the products benets. Consequently a complete oil change is recommended when

Description
Fully Synthetic Low Saps SAE 10W-40 is a revolutionary diesel engine oil designed for
commercial vehicles. The combination of many different properties in one product makes
Fully Synthetic Low Saps SAE 10W-40 unique and special.
The new additive technology of Fully Synthetic Low Saps SAE 10W-40 reduces the
content of heavy metals to provide the highest levels of performance. This is particularly
advantageous in vehicles tted with exhaust gas treatment systems such as particle lters
and catalytic converters, since these devices are not clogged or contaminated by the
additive technology.
Fully Synthetic Low Saps SAE 10W-40 can also be used in older diesel engines and in
vehicles driven by gas engines.
Application
The performance level of Fully Synthetic Low Saps SAE 10W-40 is higher than that of
conventional high performance engine oils. Fully Synthetic Low Saps SAE 10W-40 is better
than UHPD oils in its versatility and performance capacity. Regardless of mileage, older
diesel engines can also be changed over to Fully Synthetic Low Saps SAE 10W-40 with no
ushing required. Fully Synthetic Low Saps SAE 10W-40 is miscible and compatible with
conventional branded engine oils. However, intermixtures with other engine oils should be

Super high-performance oil (UTTO/MFO) for use in transmission and
hydraulic systems with integrated wet brakes, clutches and differentials

Description
Universal Tractor Fluid is a super high-performance oil (UTTO/MFO) for use in transmission
and hydraulic systems with integrated wet brakes, clutches and differentials for agricultural
and construction machinery based on a careful selection of base oils and additive
technology guarantees an excellent wear protection, a good viscosity and temperature
and best friction property.
Application
Universal Tractor Fluid special additive components guarantee outstanding deceleration
performance combined with a high capacity of noise suppression over the full oil drain.
Also gearboxes or combined gearbox-hydraulic systems of agricultural and construction
machinery with ll instruction HD-engine oil SAE 10W-30 or gear oils SAE 75W-80acc. to
API GL-4 can be lled using Universal Tractor Fluid alternatively.
Universal Tractor Fluid is miscible and compatible with conventional branded gear oils.
However, mixing with other gear oils should be avoided in order to fully utilise the products
benets. A complete oil change is recommended when converting to Universal Tractor
Fluid.

Gear Oil Limited Slip 80W-90 is a mineral high performance axle gear oil with Limited
Slip capability and is recommended by many vehicle manufacturers, especially also for
use in LS differentials. Gear Oil Limited Slip 80W-90 ensures safe operation of limited-
slip differentials and maximum lifetime of components. Due to the additive technology
used Gear Oil Limited Slip 80W-90 easily fulls the minimum requirement in regard to the

Transmission oil with borate enhanced EP properties for ZF axles with
LS differentials. Protects against wear causing deposits and, reduces
noise and shudder in wet brake systems.
Description
Borate Oil is a special UTTO (Universal Tractor Transmission Oil) for ZF axles with limited-
slip differentials and axles which operate under very high thermal conditions. Borate Oil
offers improved wear protection and at the same time it reduces noises and shudder in
wet brake systems.
Application
When changing over to Borate Oil, proceed according to the specications of the machine
manufacturer. Mixing with the usual differential oils (LS oils) SAE 90/SAE 85W-90 should
be avoided i.e. ushing is recommended here, preferably with Borate Oil. Borate Oil is
miscible and compatible with conventional branded UTTOs, gear and engine oils. However,
intermixtures with other UTTOs, gear and engine oils should be avoided in order to fully
utilise the products benets. Consequently a complete oil change is recommended when
converting to Borate Oil.

Hydraulic Oil VHVI is an Automatic Transmission Fluid (ATF) performance level DEXRON II
(D) and thus suitable for a large variety of applications. It is formulated on selected mineral

power steering systems and other hydraulic systems.
Application
Hydraulic Oil VHVI is miscible and compatible with conventional branded hydraulic oils.
However, a complete oil change is recommended when converting to Hydraulic Oil VHVI in

Hydraulic Oil VG Range
High quality hydraulic oil suitable for various applications such as bearing
and gear boxes - especially recommended for applications where a low
start-up viscosity at low temperatures and a higher viscosity at higher
temperatures is required.
Description
Proper function and operating safety of hydraulic systems is largely inuenced by the
quality of the hydraulic medium. In addition to the task of transferring forces, the operating
uid must seal, cool and lubricate. Since hydraulic oils are exposed to high stress due to
the operating conditions, they have to full a large number of requirements.
Hydraulic Oil VG Range are formulated using highly ageing resistant mineral oils and
additives.
Hydraulic Oil VG Range are zinc containing HVLP hydraulic and general lubricating oils
according to DIN 51 524-3. Mineral oil based, demulsifying.
Application
Hydraulic Oil VG Range are high quality products used as hydraulic oil and as lubricating oil
for various applications such as bearings and gear boxes, where high viscosity index and
good load carrying capacity are required. Especially recommended for applications where
a low start-up viscosity at low temperatures and a higher viscosity at higher temperatures is
required. Particularly suited to all applications in mobile and industrial hydraulic systems that
require the use of an HVLP oil according to DIN 51 524-3 with a wide service temperature
range.

glycol for heavy duty application as well as passenger cars and stationary combustion engines.
Extended Life Coolant - Premix 50 is free of nitrates, amines, silicates and phosphates
and is formulated using the highly efcient OAT (Organic Acid Technology). Extended Life
Coolant - Premix 50 reliably protects highly loaded engines in passenger cars and
commercial vehicles from frost, overheating, corrosion and cavitation. This high efciency
protection extends to all metals in the cooling system, especially aluminium. Always follow
OEM Service ll regulations.
Application
Bell Extended Life Coolant - Premix 50 gives outstanding protection against frost,
corrosion and overheating in all modern engines, but especially highly loaded aluminium
engines. It effectively protects against corrosion and deposits in the cooling system with
its vital parts, the coolant channels in the block and cylinder head, the radiator, the water
pump and the heater core.

Description
Bell Transmission Oil has been formulated using selected high quality base oils and a
specially developed addictive technology. It has high thermal durability, offers extreme
oxidation stability and also offers reliable performance at very low temperatures. Bell
Transmission Oil is applicable in many applications in passenger cars as well as light and
heavy duty vehicles.
Application
Bell Transmission Oil is recommended for use in automatic transmissions, hydraulic
converters, retarders, turbo-couplings, powershift-transmissions, hydraulic and power
steering systems as well as many other components demanding the specications listed
in this document.
Bell Transmission Oil is miscible and compatible with conventional branded ATFs.
However, mixing with other transmission oils should be avoided as this can eliminate the
benets offered. Therefore an oil change when switching over to Bell Transmission Oil is
recommended. We also recommend that manufacturers oil change intervals should be
observed to generate the best possible economy and service life.

Bell Multi Purpose EP-2 is a yellowish-brown, multi purpose, extreme
pressure, rust-inhibited, lithium hydroxy-stearate based grease.
Description
Bell Multi Purpose EP-2 grease is a high quality EP multi purpose grease with outstanding
corrosion protection properties which is based on the combination of lithium soap, a
selection of base oils, and special additives. Bell Multi Purpose EP-2 features excellent
behaviour with regard to temperature stability, water resistance, work resistance, load
carrying capacities, and wear reduction. It shows good adhesion at metallic surfaces and
protects the lubricating point by means of a grease collar enabling a high sealing effect.
Application
Bell Multi Purpose EP-2 grease is suitable for lubrication of mechanically and thermally
stressed bearings in, for example, steel mill gantry cranes, wheel bearings, bulldozers and
forging presses. It is also well proved at rough ambient conditions as, e.g., in chemical
plants, sugar reneries and in the construction industry.

a dry place. The indication of a minimum
shelf life does not include any guarantee of

Storage and Handling

Bell High Temperature Synthetic Grease is a high temperature grease based
on fully synthetic esters and hydrocarbons and a non-melting thickener
system. It has excellent high temperature performance and oxidation
stability. It allows for the long-term lubrication of journal bearings and
anti-friction bearings at high working temperatures, high bearing loads
and aggressive environmental conditions.

High temperature grease is a fully synthetic grease for lubrication points constantly exposed
to extremely high temperatures. High temperature grease ensures long-term lubrication
of sliding and rolling bearings and other greasing points at high operating temperatures,
