1. There are three scenarios for creating master recipes: creating a new recipe, assigning a material to an existing recipe, or assigning a material to another existing recipe when the material can be produced in multiple ways.
2. The process involves transactions to create the master recipe (C201), bill of material (CS01), and production version (C202) with minor variations depending on the scenario.
3. The last two steps, creating the bill of material and validating the production version, are the same for all scenarios.

This document has been created to describe the different scenarios regarding creation of Master Recipes. When creating a Master Recipe for a new material two different scenarios exist: 1. New Master Recipe has to be created 2. Material has to be assigned to existing Master Recipe No matter which scenario is relevant it!s a "#step procedure where the last 2 steps are the same in both cases. The procedure involves the following transactions: $cenario 1 $cenario 2 $tep 1 $tep 2 $tep " %inall& a third scenario could occur. ' Master Recipe alread& exists for an existing material but this material can also be produced using another Master Recipe. This scenario is almost li(e scenario 2 except that it has to be done in a slightl& different wa&. $cenario " $tep 1 $tep 2 $tep " $tep ) *age 1 of 1" +2,1 +2,2 +$,1 +22" +2,2 +reate *roduction version -via +2,2. +reate /ill of Material -via +2,2. 0alidate *rod. 0ersion -+22".
