1.1 Scope
This specification applies to hot rolled and cold rolled,

as defined in section '.0. This !aterial is intended for the

re%ire!ents herein appl& to the steel !ill, an& inter!ediate
processors, and the sta!per.

Material spplied nder this specification shall confor! to all
the re%ire!ents on the en$ineerin$ dra#in$s spplied (& the
prchaser, #hich #ill (e considered a part of this specification
